Experiencia fantástica: 5 star customer service and facial experience. I bought a Groupon for a classic facial, because let's be honest we're all trying to save a little money where we can right? Some how Groupon showed the voucher as redeemed, and it had also expired (without me using it). When I called the office, the front desk receptionist was more than kind saying she would be able to honor it even though it was "expired". She was able to look up in her system that the voucher had not been used. Now the facial was amazing! I've been to many different spas, but Miss Claudia Gomez works so magically on my skin. She's gentle but still provides the satisfying extractions. I may or may not have fallen asleep during my facial. Definitely a self care ritual everyone should give a try. Thank You WHLMS and Miss Gomez!

Fast and reliable service when it comes to pharmacy refills also. Even when my medication is shipped from out of San Antonio. I will continue to use this clinic for all my wellness needs.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this clinic because it had good reviews. Maybe they’re fake. No idea. But from the moment the woman brought me (she didn’t introduce herself and I have no idea of her credentials) I was treated with distain. Like she was disgusted with me and didn’t want to treat me. Then she made up an excuse that the machine may not be working. She would have to get back to me after speaking to the gynecologist who owns this clinic but isn’t there when services are being rendered. She left me half a message the next day to confirm the machine isn’t working. Why not take it off your website and not bring me in for a consult if that is the case? Wasted an hour of my time. Her message cut off and she didn’t bother to call me back to finish her excuse. Won’t be going back for any services.

She was super sweet, very accommodating and knowledgeable, and made me super comfortable. She was patient, kind, and answered all my questions. Most importantly, she had everything clean and immaculate and she kept washing her hands and changing her gloves which I always appreciate 100%. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! I didn’t catch the receptionist’s name, but she was super sweet as well. Easy paperwork. Clean and ambient office and “procedure” room.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been been using Westover Hills Laser Spa for 3 months now for their over the phone phentermine weight loss. I have used Dr. Waterman for my consultations from the being and she is amazing! I have lost 20 pounds since the start of my journey, the visits are affordable, the prescription is ready within minutes of completion of the phone interview and in my opinion it’s a small price to pay for such a big improvement on getting the confidence, self esteem and energy back. A huge thank you for all your help along this journey.

Experiencia negativa: Had been doing business with them for over 2 yrs, this particular time I had replaced my phone and did not get call from numbers not in my contacts, I repeatedly tried calling back to no avail..was charged 75 for a missed appt and no one called Me back until about 3 days later and was not given any consideration for the misfortune .

Experiencia negativa: Tried this place out with a groupon because I have commitment issues when results are unknown for laser hair removal. Did my 3 sessions from Groupon and decided to dive in and continue the treatments, there location is convenient. I went in for my 4th treatment and was purchasing a package for 6 more treatments just to make sure I maximize what I could.. your supposed to shave and I guess I missed an area and my tech let me know that if she had to shave the area then they would charge me 5 dollars for a dollar store razor since that was something the spa was doing now, she stepped out to ask the manager if she didn’t have to charge me specially since I was buying a package and I wasn’t informed of this prior to the appointment. The manager refused and she apologized but he wouldn’t budge on it, totally contemplated paying it but I ended up cancelling my appointment and leaving due to how it was handled, if this was something I was aware of then cool I would have brought my own razor just in case she needed to fix any of the areas I may have missed but when I’m about to buy a 6 treatment package and as a one time courtesy 5 dollars couldn’t be waived since I was already there at the appointment and purchasing the package then it’s a no for me, I’ll go somewhere else since that 5 dollars was worth not having a repeat customer. Just seems like any kind of money grab they can do, Now I understand why I have heard the things I have about the manager there from the employees and customers.

Experiencia negativa: I was a loyal customer for a long time, lately customer service is not as great as it used to be. I booked an appt in advance and I actually requested the day off for it and they cancelled me the day of due to a call off. Their responsibility was to accommodate based on my availability but even the manager Monty sounded frustrated and not willing to help. ironic they're really good at charging No show fees (many comments about it) but not willing to reschedule their customers who have been cancelled at the last minute. Sadly I wont be returning to this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Samantha Ann did an excellent job on the classic facial! The overall environment of the spa was calming and definitely enhanced the experience. Great reception, which was also done by Samantha, as well. Her room was well decorated, she was insightful and provided information throughout the session about the products and the effects on our skin. Very sweet and thoughtful person whom I would definitely go back to see again. Only one thing: be cautious of the Raspberry exfoliant! It’s pretty spicy on sensitive skin! But Samantha was so caring, noticed it was a bit too much for my skin and immediately applied cucumber water and soothed the skin. All in all, it was a great experience for a relaxing day. Definitely recommend. Photo right after the session, she also applied SPF after the facial!

Experiencia fantástica: I went in to see the esthetician Yazzy. I heard many great things about her. I have always struggled with acne. Getting chemical peels, going to a different med spa and getting on a medication that ruined my face. I got red scars from that and my acne was just getting worse. When I first saw Yazzy she immediately greeted me being the sweetest person! She went in great detail on what she was going to do for me that day and what exactly it was for. She talked about a plan she could give me to help with the scarring. I left feeling sooo amazed. She was greatly professional and informative. My face immediately felt and looked different on just day one. I am looking forward to taking this new journey of having great skin again. Definitely recommend Yazzy for your skin care needs.

Experiencia positiva: They place is very clean and smells fresh. I had purchased the laser hair removal package but did not see any results. They have a rule of canceling/rescheduling within 72 hours that is allowed for rescheduling, if you cancel less than the time frame, I believe they told me that the cancelation fee was between $60-$90 to which I was very surprised. It's alot. I didn't give this place 5 stars because of the cancelation price and time frame required to cancel/reschedule. We are in pandemic times still, anything can also happen. I recommend the 72 hours to be reduced to 24 hours like majority of the places.

The service with them was horrible, I made an appointment on July for October because they “full” a week before the appointment they canceled it because they didn’t have availability for me and my husband, they could only take one person which was ok because I could wait maybe an hour, BUT NO!! the next availability was on JANUARY, so for a massage I had to wait 6 months which is absurd, the manager very RUDE with me when I called and complaint and the only thing he told me is “you can take a day off from work if you want a massage that bad” OH! And they can’t even give me my money back. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

She made sure I was comfortable before she began and it went so much faster than I anticipated ! Experiencia negativa: Don’t waist your time with their laser hair removal. For months I couldn’t get in because their laser machine broke down and they were waiting on a new machine. Once they finally got a new one in I was able to get my treatments. I noticed no difference at all after 2 treatments. I had one left and I chose not to go waste my time and I was charged a fee for canceling. I asked them to just keep my last sessions and not charge me the fee, but they still did. You are better off going elsewhere for laser hair removal.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going for about a year and service has been great. However when I scheduled my last appointment, I noticed on the text it was with someone I had never been to before. So I called them and told them I want to see who I normally see. They said ok, but she is not available for the next week. I said fine. The rescheduled my appointment. Today I was charged $35 for not showing up to the initial appointment that they failed to cancel. When I called he said yes I see the other appointment but the fee still stands. I have asked to speak to a manager but she’s not in. I have contacted my bank that this is a fraudulent transaction. Be careful because the guy at the front desk is very rude.

Experiencia negativa: I had my first facial today with Brenna. Unfortunately, my skin was too sensitive to the products used and she had to stop services . About an hour later she sends me a text that she canceled my membership and I waS no longer welcome at Westover Hills Med Spa. Before her I had been going for a massage every month with Jason he was always very professional and the best Masseuse I have ever had. When I called to ask Brenna why She discontinued my membership she just answered that she had the right to do so. I was not impolite to her and she could plainly see that my skin was turning red with the products. It is something that Had never happened before and couldn’t be helped. It was no reason to discontinue my membership.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a customer there for almost 2 years. The offices are always clean, neat and dependent on the season very nicely decorated. The staff is always friendly and try to make everyone comfortable and spoil customers by offering refreshments. What I like a lot about walking into the waiting room and front desk is none of the staff is yelling or talking very loud to blurt out my private information for everyone in close proximity. The treatment areas are always well taken care of and after use very well disinfected. Everyone in the back is very welcoming and well trained in all the procedures. I can only recommend this practice to everyone. One is really well taking care of. I would give 100 *’s if I could.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a star rating of 0 I certainly would. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you are 1 minute late they will not see you. I certainly understand the importance of taking the precautions of sanitizing due to Covid but how is it not possible to have some flexibility. We are talking 1 minute not 10 or 15 minutes. Not even a Dr.'s office where they are saving lives have this restriction. And I am certain a Dr's office has just as strict sanitation guidelines if not more. When I asked for the policy that stated if you are a minute late you have to reschedule of course it was not available.
