I also love that they have minimal classes where the trainers can focus on you and your form to ensure you will not injure yourself. Oh, and did I mention they are very affordable :)

What I enjoy most about their training session, is the passion they have for what they do. At times during the exercises, I would want to give up, but under their watch, that's not an option. Over a period of eight weeks, I attended around 20 hour long one on one sessions that successfully prepared me for a personal goal. Working mostly with Jorry, each session was individualized and personal to help me reach that goal. I am happy to say I met that goal, with the support and commitment from Jorry and Ace. I am very thankful for their knowledge and dedication. They are positive, skilled, and able to train you for your nutritional and fitness goals. You can trust them and you will see results.
