Danny the dietitian is always helpful with new recipes and ideas. If you are thinking about trying a weight loss program you should go to Nutrihealth.

I just had my second appointment with them and I’m doing great with my weight loss only 2.5 weeks in. They make you feel good about yourself and there’s absolutely no weight shaming. They give you great advice on types of foods, protein, water intake, and symptom management. If you’re thinking about coming here definitely do it! You won’t regret it.
