The patient portal he uses is pretty user friendly and enables me to request prescription refills, and view lab results and other information regarding my health and account.

Experiencia negativa: I was a patient of Dr Favia’s since I was 15 years old. I followed him to his practice when he left his original office & entrusted him & Dr Cantu with my family’s care. In the last year or so, things have swiftly gone down hill. My husband has had problems receiving adequate care for an ongoing medical issue & as of late, they simply don’t call back! I addressed this with Dr Favia & he told me that they miss calls & it just happens. Never once have I experienced a medical office not returning a phone call when in need of medical care. My husband ended up in the emergency room. To add, it takes the office weeks to follow up on test results & the medical assistants are left to relay messages, however they lack knowledge & confidence when doing so. Additionally, we were excited to have our son see Dr Cantu when he was born, however we were pawned off on a brand new PA who had clearly never cared for a newborn before. The experience was very alarming & we never took him back. It’s a shame to see what’s happening & even more a shame to be written off by someone who’s provided care for more than half your life.
