Experiencia negativa: Bueno my experiencia no fue muy buena ..mi primera vez me atencio un doctor y fue muy amable no tengo queja ninguna de el..pero mi segunda vez fue con una doctora y no me gusto por que uno quiere saber que significa lo que esta explicando pero ella me dijo espere a que yo termine de hablar y cuando le diga que si tiene preguntas entonces me pregunta, y no fue nomas eso ..y pasan los dias me dejan unos examenes y en el laboratory me dicen que en dos Diaz van a estar listos pasan 4 dias y no me sn llamado , luego llamo a la clinic y pregunto si ya estan kistos..la persona que me contesta me dice..que si ya me llamaron dije que no..la pregunta no tiene logica por que si estoy llamando es por que no lo an hecho..luego dice usted no tiene que andar llamando cuando los examenes esten listos nosotros le vamos a llamar . Bien grosera para hablar

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrendous place, I called in the morning on a Saturday asking until what time they take patients they said 3:30 even though the online page says 7pm, that's fine I came in at 3:15 and they denied to see me with the excuse they had too many patients inside even though the parking lot was completely empty, I was the only car outside. Never again coming here!

Experiencia negativa: Went to this clinic bc I dint want to pay “all this money” but ended up paying way more!!! Literally charged me 140$ to just take my height, my weight, blood pressure and ask me what was wrong. After that they sent me to go and get a sonogram done were they also charged me 150$ ohhh yeah,,,we had to keep bugging them so that they could check if they had the result ready in, they kept on telling us they didn’t so we had to call the other place where I had the sonogram done and they had send it 2 days after I had the test done so took 3 extra days just sitting in there mail. They also told me the 140$ was going to cover my visit back so they could tell me if something was wrong. But as soon as I got there, they wanted to charge me $85 But was able to bring it down to 40$ horrible experience!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Recientemente visité Angels Medical en Fairmont para un examen físico requerido por motivos escolares o laborales, y lamentablemente, mi experiencia estuvo lejos de ser positiva. Antes de la visita, confirmé por teléfono que el examen estaría cubierto por mi seguro y recibí luz verde. Sin embargo, al llegar y después de entregar los formularios necesarios para el chequeo requerido por la escuela, me encontré con una serie de decepciones. Durante la visita, el personal me aseguró que mi seguro cubriría los costos del examen físico. No obstante, después del examen, me sorprendieron con una tarifa administrativa de $45 por la firma de la clínica en el formulario, lo cual no habían mencionado en ningún momento antes. Esta tarifa, supuestamente por "fines administrativos", no estaba cubierta por el seguro, a pesar de las aseguranzas previas de que no habría costos adicionales. La falta de transparencia y la revelación de último momento de tarifas extras fueron muy decepcionantes. Tras presentar este dilema al enfermero encargado Jorge, él desestimó mis preocupaciones y exigió el pago. Además, aunque había cambiado mi proveedor al Dr. Marshall Packard como me indicaron, solo fui atendido por un enfermero, no por el médico. Esta tergiversación, combinada con la tarifa inesperada, hizo que mi visita a Angels Medical no solo fuera frustrante sino también engañosa. Los posibles pacientes deberían ser cautelosos con las prácticas de facturación de la clínica, especialmente la población con poca alfabetización en salud a la que supuestamente sirven. Dado que son una de las pocas clínicas hispanas, recomiendo que los futuros pacientes pidan todos los posibles cargos por adelantado. Basado en mi experiencia, parece que la prioridad de la clínica está más enfocada en las ganancias financieras que en el cuidado y la transparencia hacia los pacientes.

Experiencia negativa: Llevo años siendo paciente de esta clínica , e sido paciente de diferentes doctores que an pasado por esta clínica, el año pasado fui por que tuve una alta de presión arterial y fui atendida por un doctor con una prepotencia horrible , que me ablo de forma grosera , muy arrogante aquien no le importa en lo mas minimo el malestar que llevava lo unico que se veia era su interes por los estudios generales que para ser atendido en esta clinica tienes que aserte año con año y el costo es elevado de alrededor a $200 dll , me vi presionada a asermelos en esa clínica para que me recetaran las pastillas siendo que por años me recetaron las pastillas en esta misma clínica , el doctor decidió darme el mismo medicamento que no funcionó no me normalizó la presión regrese a la clínica para aserselo saber al doctor y nisiquiera lo vi solo me pasaron al cuarto y una enfermera me tomó la presión y atravez de ella me mandaron decir que tomara agua y me dio otro medicamento que en ningún momento me explicaron nada , le pregunte a la enfermera donde estaba el doctor porque presiono tanto por los estudios para poder medicarme y nisiquiera se apareció cuando su medicamento recetado no avía sido el adecuado la enfermera me dijo que el estaba ocupado por que era el encargado de la clínica, fui y surtir el medicamento para unos meses y hoy se me acabo para los primeros 6 meses por que ellos lo dividen en 2 tiempos de 6 meses, llegue y espere como 30 min para que llegara una enfermera muy grosera que esta asistiendo a la doctora que me atendió el día de hoy ya no quise ver al otro doctor otra ves entonces esta enfermera muy grosera me dijo que cada 3 meses me tenia que aser un examen de orina y le dije que para que era ese examen si yo ya me avia echo lo que ellos pedian para seguir teniendo la receta del medicamento que fue examen general , la enfermera me iso i mala cara y dijo este es de orina no de sangre con un costo de $25 dll para que le puedan recetar las pastillas de la presion arterial ,, sin mas explicacion lo tuve que aser por que necesito el medicamento ,,,,aparte del examen general que ya mencione que me avía hecho el día de hoy fue la consulta de $40 + el de orina $25 ,me quede con la duda si ya iban a querer dividir el examen anual para poder recetar las pastillas en trimestres para cobrar más dinero pero con mal trato que ya me avian dado no pregunte, pague $65 dll solo por la receta y ser tratada de mal modo por el personal la doctora en menos de 5 minutos te quiere atender nisiquiera pone atención no les interesa la salud de los pacientes última vez en este lugar , aquí es regalar el dinero por un mal servicio
Experiencia negativa: Que decepción manejamos asta dos horas para poder ser atendido por la doctora angélica. Pero tienen una enfermera tan arrogante que yano volvemos a benir a esta clínica. Lo sentimos yani pudimos presentarle nuestro bebé doctora angélica.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a GREAT clinic, I had bad elbow pain after a injury in a soccer game, my mom took me to my pediatrician and she said it was fine, the pain was still there for a few days and my mom decided to take me to this clinic, the doctor there then took a look at it and sent me to get a MRI and X-Rays and I had a hyper extension on my elbow tendon, the doctor then sent me the required medication. This isn’t the first time I go since I always go there when I get hurt/sick. Definitely recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: The doctor said I had to be referred to another doctor before she could tell me anything. The female doctor charged me $70 for nothing. She didn't recommend or prescrib anything. They are a joke. The front desk couldn't pull my appointment I made online either lol.

Experiencia negativa: The worst place you can ever go to see a Dr. Unless you like someone taking your money and you get nothing in return I’ll never go back again!! I went to get checked out and to get a letter for my disability so I can get help so I can get my mail delivered to my home and they didn’t do nothing for me they just wanted my money and kept saying they need to do more test on me after I told them what was wrong with me. They were like we need to run this on you so you need to pay this much. Test you for this and that so it’s gonna cost this much and so on.. So After I did my A1C test I told them can I get a Dr. Note so I can show the post office so they can deliver my mail they said no we need to do more test. I was like for what? So it was back and forth between me and them so I said ya rather me drive not feeling good to go get my mail at the post office putting my life and other people life in damage all because ya didn’t want to give me a note for my disability.

Experiencia fantástica: English/ Español I went there 2 weeks ago. Took my son there because his pediatrician (Texas Children) was not able to pinpoint the cause of my sons abdominal pain. When I explained the doctor the situation, she immediately said it could be either his intestine or muscle related. Sure enough, it was muscle related.. She prescribed him medicine and rest time (he plays soccer) .. He is doing so much better. I always go there when I feel my primary pcps are not doing a great job. I trust the providers at Ángels Medical clinic./ Lleve a mi hijo hace como 2 semanas, su pediatra (Texas Children) no descubría la causa del dolor en el abdomen de mi hijo, y ordenó exámenes que yo sentia no tenían nada que ver con su dolor. Lo lleve a la clínica Ángel por que los doctores allí son confiables, y la doctora me dijo que podria ser una de dos cosas, el intestino o el músculo. Justo como lo había sospechado era el músculo, la doctora le mando medicamento y ahora mi hijo está mucho mejor… Siempre que mis doctores primarios no están haciendo bien su trabajo, yo voy a la clínica del Ángel y siguiendo sus ordenes mi familia y yo nos hemos sentido mucho mejor. Muy agradecida.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t go here, my wife took our daughter for a physical… wife let them know that our daughter has a chronic a liver disease so we waited for lab work.. a couple days after they called her back there because my daughters liver numbers were odd and that it was so serious we had to rush her to the hospital(clearly clinica el angel sucks the don’t review charts for past medical history)…. So we did end up rushing her to the hospital…Daughter’s liver number we’re completely normal!!!! For a child with liver issues!!! We were so worried and concerned… wife crying because our daughter’s condition is life threatening so we thought it came back to hunt us…. Clearly the provider had no idea what condition my daughter had or didn’t even care to look at her chart (white female provider, unfortunately don’t recall the name if not I would gladly share it here) Horrible way to scare people… man… check y’alls chart before freaking someone out!! Pay a bit extra and go somewhere else…
Angels Medical takes every patient's medical care very seriously. We have long wait times due to our providers taking extra time to review patient records and take additional time to discuss issues with patients. If lab results come in with an Urgent label then we immediately will call patient to inform them and provide further instruction for immediate care. Even with prior medical histories, there are certain perameters that if trigered require immediate medical attention. We will do our best to provide comprehensive quality medical care to every person who walks in our doors. Our community, our patients, and their loved ones hold us to a high standard and we will always maintain that standard.
Experiencia negativa: The service in general has declined a lot, the patient is not important even if you feel really bad. They had space, and time and they refused to give the service.
This is very disheartening to hear. We would like to speak with you futher about your experience and understand what we can do to improve our services. We have had a difficult time through COVID to maintain our speed of seeing patients, but our quality is most important to us. We aim to resolve every one of our patients' concerns unlike other medical offices. Because of this our visits tend to last longer but our patients recieve excellent care. We hope that our policy on this is understandable and we hope to serve you better in the future. We appologize for the hardship this may have caused you and wish you nothing but the best.
Experiencia fantástica: Yo le doi gracias a Dios que la doctora atendió a mi hijo a pesar de que su agenda del día ya estaba llena, le agradezco a la Dra Angelica por aver echo el tiempo de ver a mi hijo con mucha amabilidad y paciencia a pesar de que ya eran las 8 pm y el día avía sido muy largo, gracias por todo y Dios les bendiga en el poderoso nombre de Jesús de Nazaret!

Experiencia negativa: No dudo que los dueños son buenas personas y con doctores exelentes pero hoy quise pedi information para poder pasar consulta y la receptionist. Cara de bruja uso un tono poco amable y espere 15 minutos siendo ignorada.me fui se que son momentos dificiles para el personal de salud. clina el angel es bien colaboradora con la comunidad. Ayudan mucho pero con personal haci pierden mucho gracias.

Experiencia negativa: I took my brother to this “clinic” around 5pm because he cut his finger while fixing his car. They took a long time to see us and, when they finally did, they took a picture and went inside to show the doctor. The receptionist came out and said that there were doctors available but that none wanted to treat that there, and they sent him to an Urgent Care facility or that he could come back tomorrow during the day. No more explanation, nothing else. They just didn’t want to see him that day. What’s the point of having a clinic if you can’t even treat a cut in a finger. Not coming back to this unprofessional place.

Experiencia negativa: No quisieron atenderme porque tengo un poco de tos con flema, y ningun otro sintoma, no sabia que solamente existia el virus , como clinica deberian de saber que existen otras enfermedades, si tienen algun sintoma (diarrea, vomitos, congestión, etc.)ni vayan porque no los atenderan a menos que se hagan la prueba,..

Llegue a las 10am y espere mas de 3hrs para entrar y después tuve que esperar aun mas para que la doctora me viera... Parece ser que una sola doctora para todo el paciente que viene... La doctora es muy atenta y amable, y dedicada...

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at this clinic was excellent. All the staff is very friendly and responsive. Lorena at the front desk answered all questions I had and was very helpful in explaining the process of my exams and getting my results. Alejandra who took my blood for testing was also very knowledgable with any questions I had and explained everything fully. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area!
Experiencia positiva: The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER received! I am so disappointed in my visit to this health establishment. From the get-go it was a bad visit. I came to this clinic because I was referred there from the doctor at the Deer park location because the Red Bluff location closed down. I was happy to find out this facility was much closer to my home. Well, once I got there, there was a large sign outside explaining that you must wait to be prescreened by an employee before entering due to this whole pandemic. Completely understandable, so I'm waiting outside for about 10-15 minuets, mind you I'm not the only one out there waiting. Then someone standing inside(a patient i'm assuming), opended the door and told us we could just come in. Confused(because this was obviously not an employee) I walked in and there was NO ONE even monitoring the front door. I would have been standing out there for ever waiting to prescreened for entry had that kind man inside let us know that know body was paying attention to the people outside. I walked to the front desk and was completely ignored for at least 3 minuets before one of the ladies out of the like 4 up there acknowledged me. I said I was a patient from the clinic that closed and was told to come here and that I didn't have an appointment, but if they were accepting out of pocket (no insurance) patient walk-ins and if so how long would I have to wait, and I was looked at almost as if she was confused and handed me a clipboard to sign in. After waiting about 2 hours with no update on any of the questions I asked, I walked back up to the front and I was seen like 30 minutes later. The doctor was stern, but nice overall. However the technician that took my blood seemed not very well trained, or new at least. It never hurts when I get blood taken cause I have huge veins, I literally had a huge bruise after getting my blood taken there, it hurt. Then even though they knew I was short on time, they thought it was the perfect opportunity to train the person already helping mr on my ekg. After paying $140 and waiting like 3 hours, I was finally able to leave and the front desk indicated nothing about scheduling a follow up. Well I am now out of my Rx and emailed them to ask about how to go about getting a refill. I never received a response to that email, so I called this afternoon. The lady that answered said she couldn't find me in their system. I'm like, How??? I literally had blood work, and am ekg done there and I paid $140, I was definitely there. So then she says she will call me back in half an hour. 2 hours later after not getting a call back, I called back up there, now this girl said she could find me however I needed a follow up appointment at the facility. I'm obviously upset because the staff was quick to take my payment(before I was even seen my the doctor) however, they couldn't inquire about my follow up so I could get all of that settled so I could easily get my refill when needed for this 3 month program as the doctor said. The Lady just kept asking me if I picked up my first rx, and I'm just completely dumbfounded my the incompetence of this staff. Finally fed up with her just repeating herslef and not grasping what I am saying to her, I ask to speak to an office manger or owner, and she places me on hold for 5-10 minuets just to get back on and tell me that the manger left. She said she would have them call me tomorrow. I am just so dissatisfied their service. I was really hoping they would work out for me since they are so close. It's unfortunate that they have such a nice facility, with such a rude/incompetent staff. Update—09/12/2020 customer service has improved dramatically. I was very happy with my visit today, everyone was not only kind but professional. I hope this continues. Changing my initial 1 star rating to 4 stars. However I understand every business/facility has their down days. Thank you to the staff for taking constructive criticism well and improving tremendously for my next visit. I truly appreciate that.

Experiencia positiva: I have read and you have not corrected the problem of wait times. Gone I. The 4 times and once for blood work results. Everytime it has 2 hours or longer. Everything else here is good but wait times are terrible. Like they have no since of urgency That answer is not good each time there has been only 1 to 3 people and your satisfied with those results. 2 years ago you said you corrected this. So how in a 2 month period with for visits your ok with this

Experiencia fantástica: Excelente servicio, cuentan con un equipo multidisciplinario preocupado por la Salud de los pacientes, se aprecia la calidad humana al llegar a la clínica, recomiendo este lugar para el servicio de salud que cualquiera lo necesite. Me mintieron porque me dijeron que me iban a llamar para darmelos, nunca lo hicieron y tan poco me los mandaron.... Perdí los $250.00 y ni una pastilla tan siquiera me dieron...

Experiencia negativa: They practice prescription fraud. The doctor told me what my prescription was to be with the refills but when I picked it up from the pharmacy, it said 0 refills. And when I go to try to correct it, I get an a bad attitude like I'm making up the prescription. They tamper with the prescription for whatever reason which makes me think that's why they refuse to ask the doctor anything otherwise they would get exposed. Talking to the NP does nothing cause she sides with her criminals.
Experiencia fantástica: THe wait time was only 25 minutes..Very nice nurses. Doctor took his time with me and explained thoroughly what was wrong and what he would do. Office is clean. was prescribed 4 medications for $64 bucks. Not bad at all. Highly recommend this office.

But unfortunately Ellen, the one who processes new patients is difficult to get ahold of and never returns messages or calls. My friend who is a current patient says everyone there is great. But I'm just writing this review from my experience with lack of communication.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing clinic!!!! I have no insurance it’s the cheapest around Pasadena. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Raul was amazing and didn’t even charge for a follow up. Very nice office, probably nicer than offices that I pay a $50 co pay and it’s only $30 here. The wait was under 30 minutes each time and I called ahead and they gave me the approx. wait time. Also if they prescribe you medication they give you their price but do not pressure to buy and will send to your pharmacy but if too high can call back and they will fill for you.

Experiencia negativa: Hablé con alguien por teléfono y me dijeron que antes de las 1 porque ala mejor iban a tener muchos pacientes. Yo llega a la 2 y me dijeron que ya no estaban aceptando pacientes para el día. Están abiertos todavía hasta las 3.
