I am used to being able to see what comes out and here you cannot but you can ask questions. Kea saw some candida which was very helpful for me to know. Highly recommend and will most certainly come back if I am in the area again!

Experiencia negativa: Unfornutely, customer service is not something this place practices. The phone is very seldom answered. When you make an appointment for service like let’s say sauna the owner, kym forgets to turn it on. That happened multiple times. But they keep sending me invitations to write a review so here I am. I wouldn’t recommend the colonics or the sauna packages. There are other places that do a better job.

Many people will give you weird looks or tell you that its dangerous and your body will remove toxins naturally. That is not always the case. Kim will educate you on the health benefits of gentle colon cleansing . She is very passionate about eating based on your blood type. They offer other services here like massage therapy , kinesio taping, infrared sauna to name a few. The office is warm and welcoming, the process is very discreet , comfortable and professional . Her front desk associate , Yvette is one of the warmest , friendliest people as an employee you will come across. A business really depends on the first and last point of contact a customer has. This office is the total package. Sure I have local Colon Hydrotherapy offices but I drive from Sarasota area when I can because I dont trust anyone else's expertise .

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to clean your gut. It is a little uncomfortable to have a hose up the rear. But it is worth the temporary discomfort. Afterwards you will need to floranste to get your system working again.

Experiencia negativa: Kim Russo (the owner) provided a very uncomfortable phone call for me. As of April 1st, 2021, I've never had a colonic but i'm very interested and committed to getting one. In my opinion, she's one of those that has a lot to say to you but she's NOT interested in addressing your questions. When I attempted to ask a question, she would interrupt me in the middle of my sentence to answer what she thought was going to be my question. Therefore, since she didn't let me finish my question, her answer had nothing to do with what I was trying to ask. If she was a good listener, she would have allowed me to finish my question. Instead, I felt like she was very frustrated and aggravated at the fact that I had questions. I felt like I had no right to ask her anything. She assumed that she knew where I was going with my question....she was wrong each time. How dare me have any questions at all. She TOLD me that each client is handled in a customized way. But if that was true, then she would not have a canned answer to throw at me. I felt like she already had the same prepared speech to give to anyone and everyone...so she interrupted me while I was in mid-sentence (actually, many of my attempted questions were only 3 to 4 words into the sentence when BOOM I was suddenly shut down with her canned answer. She TOLD me she had 16 years of experience so I called another place where the therapist had 20 years of experience and the other place was the extreme opposite. The other place was so interested in hearing me out and so sensitive to the fact that I had never had a colonic. So I will never have a colonic at Colon Hydrotherapy (@ Kim Russo) but I now have an appointment for my first one ever with a 20 year gentle expert. Daniel (aka "Eddie")
