Experiencia positiva: I saw Dr. Young for a year. He does a good job recognizing initial problems and creates a treatment plan for each patient. I did see improvement. That being said, I often felt like he rushed through adjustments and when I mentioned that something specific was hurting me, he would tell me to let him know later and come back if it was still bothering me. He wouldn’t address it in that visit though. I always felt like he and his assistants talked so fast that they didn’t want me to ask questions. I also felt like each evaluation of my progress was a sales pitch. They talk fast and try to get you to accept the maintenance plan at the end of the year with the surprise that your last visit only includes an adjustment if you pay for the visit separately from your monthly $220 payment you already pay. All in all, I saw improvement, but the way they speak is like a rehearsed sales pitch and I am over it. I never felt like they actually wanted to listen to my concerns.

Chiropractic care has changed our lives for the better from anxiety relief in myself, to mood and behavioral changes in my young son, and currently my daughter who has a spinal deformity/scoliosis. Experiencia negativa: Absolute swindlers blasting gospel music as a cover for dishonest behaviors and high pressure sales pitches. I was literally on my knees in 9/10 pain as their "financial advisor" sat over me with a clipboard insisting that I agree to a year long "care plan" costing over a thousand dollars before they could treat me. I expressed my concerns regarding the cost and they assured me they could adjust the cost if I stopped care. After a month of treatment with Dr. Stephen I wasn't seeing much improvement and found that physical therapy was what really helped and informed them I'd be discontinuing care. Guess what? I'm still stuck paying $1000 dollars.

Was pretty nervous and not sure it would help my pain. Being in the dental field for the past 19 years has really taken a toll on my body and function. As soon as I came into the office the staff was so friendly and explained everything so well. I felt and feel so comfortable every time I go in. Starting treatment was easy and payment plans available to fit my budget. I was desperate to be out of the constant pain. I think I'm half way through my treatment and I am feeling SO much better. I am able to function in daily activities so much better. I am excited to see my end result and know that this will be a maintenance situation given my career. Definately recommend!!!

After a month of treatment, she has completely stopped wetting the bed. My 11 year old deals with migraines and anxiety. She has made serious improvements. She is, over all, a much happier kid than she was a few months ago. For me, I deal with lower back issues, and have for most of my adult life. Experiencia negativa: HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! I called their office and made sure they took my insurance. I made an appointment. At that point I was told I had to pay a deposit of $40.00 to secure my appointment, of which would be applied to any balance I owed. When I arrived a young lady showed me around (who was nice), and explained how their office works. She also informed me I had to have a pre-authorization for my insurance to pay. She gave me an estimate as to what I might be paying. I told her at that point I would not be seeing the doctor as I did not have nor was I aware I needed a referral. As we proceeded to the front desk, I asked her about the $40.00 deposit and if they could just put it back on my credit card. She told me that should be no problem as they did not perform any service for me to even owe anything. As we got to the front, the girl that was at the desk informed me the $40.00 was a non-refundable fee. That is NOT what I was told on the phone while booking my appointment. I told her as much. Her response was a hateful, "Well it is not refundable", and refused to give me my deposit back. So you people want to take $40.00 of my hard earned money when the doctor did not perform any services at all, no therapy, NOTHING!! That is unethical and quite frankly theft and misrepresentation! I can promise you, had I been informed it was a non refundable fee, and this being my initial visit, I would have declined this office all together. BEWARE!!! What you did is not right! Not only did you unjustly take my hard earned money for nothing, you wasted my valuable time, not to mention going through this along with the pain I was having. You should be ashamed of yourself. You need to refund my $40.00 that you deceptively, and unrightfully TOOK! If I could put negative stars I would!

Experiencia negativa: In tonight's latest saga of how Connected Chiropractic scammed me, they charged me double what they should have for Amelia's care plan and I have it in black and white. Have updated my chargeback with my bank to reflect this new knowledge. I have also filed a formal grievance with insurance. This is all in addition to them not rescheduling visits I had already paid for (also have this in writing), as well as telling me insurance wouldn't pay any additional and I had to pay cash price upfront, even though i had additional insurance benefits remaining... I'm now using those benefits at another chiropractic office no problem, and not being charged up front for care not received. I'm supposed to go in in person tomorrow but i have no interest in hearing them try to justify stealing.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing place for babies!!! Take your babies, y'all!!! They very gently adjusted my preemie and helped her SO much! She was born at 1 lb and spent 7 months in a hospital bed with little exercise. We tried everything from physical therapy to at home therapy with no luck. When I brought her to them, she couldn't crawl, stand, pull-up, or sit very well. After just 12 weeks of gentle adjusting, she crawls fast, sits up well, moves much faster, she can pull up and stand, and she has much less constipation problems!!! We highly recommend them!!!

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE, pressure SALES pitch type of business where the goal is getting you locked into a membership style plan after their group education meeting on your second visit. Not up front or transparent about their billing style, means you will waste your time coming in for your first appointment - time is sooo valuable too, and you wont even get adjusted. They say they take insurance, but really, they don't... How do I know? I spent 2.5k upfront several years ago for a 6 month plan at a place with the exact same business model. I went 3 times a week for 3 months until life happened as it does, priorities of a working mom, it became too difficult to go that often. I made this clear to two of their staff, I could not do more than once a week, and was pushed elsewhere. Its a 1.5 hour drive round trip at $20 in gas for me to go to town once a week, that's all I can do time wise and financially, especially when I see other holistic health practitioners (all out of pocket) and work full time. I'd love to go more than that; but seriously, who has time for that?

I even went to a pain management that wanted to do surgery on my neck to get rid of the migraine. As a last resort I came to connected chiropractic. ( this should have been my first try) After about 3 to 4 months I quit having the headaches. I’ve got to say I’ve been headache free for about 2 years now! So I would highly recommend them and the staff is wonderful and so are the doctors. They actually listen to you and they know your name. And most importantly they know what they are doing. I am extremely grateful that I feel so good!

Nothing was a quick fix (which I was told from the very beginning that its not quick). It took about 6 months when I started REALLY noticing a difference. As changes were happening, my beginning issues were gone and the weekly maintenance has taken care of new problems that come (like working too many sitting hours or straining a certain area). 18 months later, I am very happy that I have continued the weekly maintenance and consider it just a part of my healthy living lifestyle.
