Experiencia fantástica: We took our chihuaha Benito for nail trim. They did an AMAZING job, very professional and knowledgeable. Benito hates nail trim and is a loud screamer, but the way they handle him today with so much care and patience, all wrapped in a towel like a burrito, he didn't scream at all and got all his nail trimmed. We recommend Two Brothers Dog Wash 100%.

Experiencia fantástica: Skylar worked on my dog Bear yesterday and she did a great job grooming my boy. She stated that Bear behaved well. She did a French poodle cut on him even though he is a Golden doodle. Short trim on him as he is being prepared for the hot summer that is coming soon. He looks so handsome and I wasn’t ready for the shorten haircut but I got used to it. Price was reasonable with a discounted rate . Bear is returning in 2 months for a follow up trim.

Experiencia negativa: I was prepared to give the nice groomer a $100 tip, but ended up giving $15.00 tip. My dog left with the worse haircut ever, I cried when i got in the car and apologized to my dog for leaving her there. I showed several people (including my coworkers) my dog before and after and they were just as upset as i was and said how bad the cut was. Something told me to cancel the appointment. I still tipped because I'm just a kind hearted person and regardless a service was still done....she still did a service. I set another appointment after that. I figured, I'll let her fix and grow my dog hair back out. But after a long thought, she will never return. Because the groomer said she would call before cutting...once she blow dried her out. That did not happen. I ask for a 30 min call prior to pickup. That did not happen. I gave 2 stars because everyone was very nice....the groomer, the guy who answered the phone when i called and the cashier....very nice and the little bit of hair she did leave on my dog was very soft. For a $137.00 I should have gotten a call before cutting like she said she would...especially when she said out her own mouth, " I see how adamant you are about leaving her hairlong....". Now its cold and so is my dog. The groomer was not thinking.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve tried ‘several’ groomers in VaBch last 11 yrs - ‘no one’ was as efficient, skillful & accommodating as Two Brothers & ‘Sydney’ and groom yesterday. Our Labradoodle was groomed exactly to what we expect from a groomer + Sydney continually commented…’please let me know if there was anything I did not do correctly’. You do not receive ALL above from other groomers (Pet Smart, Petco, etc., & are ‘overcharged’ for every extra request of what you ask of these other firms). Two Brothers will be my ‘go to’ groomer. My dog deserves the very best…as she is after all my child! Thank you again Two Brothers & Sydney!

Do not require your records. Negatives: Driers unheated No partition between tubs The door to the ladder doesn’t latch like some walk in tubs do No protection at the door if a dog escapes Pricing isn’t entirely up front but I paid 22 for an Aussie puppy at about 40 lbs so it’s not terrible. No glasses for the driers No records required so vaccination status of some dogs maybe out of date.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first time using Two Brothers Dog Wash's self-service grooming amenities, and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly as they got me and my dog set up at a station and showed me the many supplies I could use at no extra cost (several different types of shampoo, ear and eye wipes, etc). The water was a great temperature and pressure, as was the air dryer. The price was an extremely good value. We'll definitely go back again.

(she behaves much better for the professionals, she thinks i’m enemy #1 when i try to clip her nails) For both dogs and cats, they have a great selection of holistic pet food that’s hard to find anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help answer any questions. They really care about animals, and treat them with kindness :) I can’t recommend this place enough.

Experiencia fantástica: My pup and I had such an amazing experience at Two Brothers Dog Wash ! My old man has a hard time getting in and out of the tub and we were struggling with fleas. Not only did they help me get him nice and clean, they helped me find a treatment that actually worked for my yard and helped me find a brand of medication that helped. They helped me get set up with a self service wash and it was the best thing I have ever done for my back and for my dog. I definitely will drive a hour to use them again! If you are questioning on if you want to use their services I highly recommend you do they are affordable and just absolutely amazing!

After that, I took her to Two Brothers and her entire persona changed. They are such a personal and caring groomer, and they take such good care of my pups. Now she is great at having her nails clipped and I know it is because the workers here are so kind, patient, and comforting with my dog. And after my dogs have their nails clipped here I find the best treats to rewards them. There is a huge selection of treats as well as many other things for dogs like food, shampoo, collars and more. I always recommend Two Brothers to everyone who has a dog!! My favorite place, and they deserve all the praise! Thank you Two Brothers for caring for my dogs.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very pleased with my experience at Two Brothers for grooming. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks and I love the cage free process. If your appointment is at 12, your dog gets started at that time on his grooming. Lexie was great with my 11 year old golden and did an awesome job on the trimming and helped him relax alot compared to when he first went in to the shop. He was done within two hours and was super happy when complete. She gave me updates on any issues she noticed. The other staff was very helpful and they have a good array of supplements, food, toys. Stephen also gave me information about a supplement that Jack my pup is taking that I did not know. Great experience! Will definitely go back!

Our first time in and the staff made us feel right at home and helped keep her calm and comfortable. The guy asked the groomer if she could squeeze me in that day and she said yes. It was great to get in so quick and just get those mats out so he wasn't in pain and irritated anymore. She did a great job with him. He's scared of everything and I'm so happy she was able to get it cleaned up for me. Didn't do a full groom because they were booked up but I plan to bring him here for sure when I can get him in! They're awesome! thank you! Oh and Loki loves their beef disc treats!

Experiencia fantástica: I do apologize to the customers today who went home with my dogs fur since we made the facility into a fur winter wonderland with all my dogs fur blown everywhere. Today was my first time ever at this facility, and first time really grooming my dog by myself. I have a grumpy 10 year old Siberian Husky who was all clumped up from his blows since Covid began. Most groomers rejected to do grooming for his size and time it’ll take. I finally caved to do it myself. I saved a lot more money by doing it myself at this facility. The staff showed me how to blow my dogs fur out, use the tub and instructed me on proper shampooing, conditioning and shampooing again with de-shed. I HIGHLY recommend this place and even excited to continue to groom my own dog from now on.

Not only do they stand behind every single product they carry, they are all beyond kind and helpful. It’s like visiting friends every time we go in!! My big baby Bro is an anxious dog that doesn’t do so well around another pups and time after time they have accommodated us during his nail trims. Doing everything possible to make it as comfortable as possible for him. Even after moving an hour away, we are and will remain loyal customers of Two Brothers. Five stars, ABSOLUTELY recommend.

Everything you need for a wash is included, right down to brushes and ear, eye, and teeth wipes. I recommend this place often to my large breed double coated dog owning friends. This time he was there they kept him for a half a day and didn't do what I ask they need to listen to the customer. Hair all over the place.

We paid $16 (goes by weight of your fur baby) & They have everything you need & different options which we loved. He also needed a nail trim and it’s a discounted price with a bath. They close at 7 & they were super sweet for not rushing us out. She actually took her time, played with Domino & even gave us some samples for food they sell there that’s top notch! I highly recommend bringing your pup here for any grooming services :)

I take my dog for a self wash every month and no issues, never used the grooming services and I bring my own dog shampoo so can't comment on those but nail services were fine. I called to see if there was availability and Steve, the owner, answered and was so polite and courteous on the phone and let me know there were dog wash stations available. Upon our arrival Steve warmly greeted us and immediately showed us to a station and walked us through the stations and supplies. They have shampoo/conditioners, brushes, temperature controlled water, a towel, sham, a blow dryer, and best of all: a waterproof apron! After the wash they have dog cologne/perfume available at the counter that you can spray your dog with. Steve truly was such a great owner who cares about his business and clientele and makes sure they are well taken care of. I highly recommend supporting this local business that truly cares for the community.

If you call ahead, they can try to make sure you get a tub toward the back or very front, so that your pup isn't walking by other dogs and getting worked up. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the staff is very kind and friendly.

She told me the differences in the shampoos and showed me what brush would be good for my dogs type of fur. She was very nice and welcoming. It was very well priced, everything was clean, and they cleaned the bath once we were all done as well. The customer service was GREAT! I will definitely be taking my pup here from now on :) highly recommend!
