He helped me with knee pain that had come on suddenly, teaching me a simple approach that I could do on my own. Chrysalis shares space with acupuncture and massage therapists, which is a *tripleta* of self care.

Experiencia fantástica: I see Dr. Dave for chiropractic care, and Dr. Lola for Nutrition. I love how Dr. Dave always listens to my concerns and aches - and targets the treatment to fix the issue. He'll also suggest stretches or exercises to keep me aligned. Dr. Lola's nutrition program uses response testing to learn what my body is lacking with regards to supplements. She also uses food logs to make recommendations of how to improve my diet (more veggies!) The program has not only helped me reduce my weight, but has increased my energy. "It's all about a healthy gut," says Dr. Lola.
