Initially, I came in with modest expectations, just wanting to try something new for myself, but I quickly found that this place surpasses every standard. After several treatments, I’m thrilled with the results. My main goal was to reduce acne scarring, and after my very first Opus Plasma treatment, I was genuinely amazed by the noticeable improvement. The reduction in scarring on my face is truly impressive! I also had concerns about tightening my inner thighs. I was skeptical at first, but after giving the treatment some time to take effect, I can see a difference! While there’s still some work to do, I’m confident I’ll achieve the results I’m aiming for. What really sets Lolla Spa apart, though, is the amazing team. Every staff member is friendly, warm, and genuinely attentive. They provide exceptional service that makes you feel pampered and valued. Experiencia negativa: Ganhei um gift card de aniversário e Resolvi adicionar 100 dólares Extra para um Gold spa! No qual supostamente deveria incluir 5 procedimentos! Fui atendida pela Lorena, O spa e tão GOLD que não massageiam seus pés e mãos para começar! Após 3 procedimentos do spa, ela disse você está pronta! Coloquei a minha roupa e fui bem Decepcionada pagar (o spa de 4 horas durou 2:30) então me avisaram que tinha direito a mais 2 procedimentos, e me deram um voucher já que já havia chamado minha carona! Como não gostei da massagem e atendimento, obviamente não vou voltar! Na hora de pagar os dois procedimentos não realizados foram cobrados, e cada um vale 99 dólares! Não indico, principalmente por não ter aproveitado nada do meu presente de aniversário e um dia que tirei para mim, foi de extremo stress!

Experiencia fantástica: A few months ago, I did a training mentoring at Lolla Spa with Lorrany. And that was wonderful! I received a lot of attention from the whole team. The team, as well as Lorrany, they are very kind and polite. Lolla Spa facilities are great. At the spa they have a lot of equipment with high technologies. I’ve been having a lot of attention from Lorrany and the whole team after my training mentoring. When I need some help I contact them, and promptly they always help me. I really loved having the training at Lolla Spa, and highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Despite everyone being so kind. I drove two hours for a consultation. To then RECIEVE news that I needed to work on my inner before my outter body and that I was going to receive recommendations on how to do so so I can schedule the procedure I was looking into. Well here we are two months later not one call back from anyone. When I reached out I was told they are very busy but will get back to me. Sad because I was really interested.

You walk out definitely better than before and with some friends, advices, recommendations, and at times even a healthy snack. The membership is the best thing I've done for myself. Not only I get an hour for myself as I get my body taken care with experience, gentle and amazing professionals. The deal of the week is my extra gift to myself. Experiencia negativa: Had a bad experience, went there for almost a year, asked them to freeze my membership because I just had a baby and couldn’t go for a while because I didn’t have no one to stay with the baby after a month they didn’t freeze it, when they asked me to schedule a massage I said it was frozen , they said I needed to pay one month even without going otherwise they wouldn’t freeze it, but I had told them a month before, they charged me not only a month, but 3 months on my card. So frustrating.

I began doing my treatments and all I have to say is why haven’t I started this before? I did the body detox with scrub and the lymphatic massage. Not only is it the time I invest on myself it is by the hands of the best professionals. Lolla Spa is clean, quiet, and best of all they are always on time. I love all the staff that works there. Everyone makes you feel at home. I have also purchased a massage for a friend of mine who is pregnant and she loved it. I will be purchasing another relaxing massage for my mother soon. If you are looking for a facial, hair laser removal, and all types of body treatments, you will not regret going here!

It was a very relaxing hour and we were even able to add a 30 min facial massage to my time, too. I saw a difference in my body same day. Will definitely be back soon!

They give good advise plus good body shaper massage ‍♀️ to be honest at time I end up falling asleep of how great it feel to relax during these time of COVID. They are being very safe and careful for all the customers that come to the spa everyone wears a mask and there’s hand sanitizer everywhere in the spa. They know what they are doing. Trust me you will not be disappointed, and this is coming from a women who don’t like body rubs at all but I feel comfortable safe and relaxed. When I came to my first appointment the front desk and Lolla were very friendly and I was educated on all of the treatments. I opened up about my trouble areas and then recommended the proper treatments to target those areas! I felt that the team truly cared about quality rather than just getting another customer. Thank you lolla and the team for taking care of me and for always being so flexible with your schedule. I feel secure and fortunate to be here :) p.s. I’m learning some Portuguese during my appointments too so that’s a plus.
