Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointed. Paid for an appointment. No one showed up on Zoom. Eventually got a phone call from the doctor. Was given an Rx. I've been unable to fill said Rx as "Dr. Garcia" does not respond to texts or phone calls from me or his office. I've spoken to Deloni in the office multiple times over the past few weeks. Complete waste of time, money and energy. Go elsewhere for your medical care. Only giving one start because zero stars is not an option.

Then when u can finally talk with someone they said that there’s only one doctor and he doesn’t wanna do his job but in the meantime they are getting money with all the appointments that they let people book!!!! Experiencia negativa: I’ve waited over 3 weeks before coming here. I usually don’t write negative reviews but felt like I needed too. Waited over 30min on the zoom meeting with no one joining the meeting. Called the office and the secretary reschedule for the same to happen. I’ve been calling for the past week and nothing has been done. I’ve asked to be rescheduled and the secretary advised not to bc same will happen. Asked for a refund and they said they weren’t able to do it, Dr Garcia is the only one that can refund but he is not responding, I have no option other than disputing the charges since I cannot complete an appointment. I’ve tried everything I could before writing this review or disputing a charge. On the website slots are still available and they keep taking appointments knowing it’s not going to happen

Há uma semana que ligo e ninguém atende apesar do local se mostrar aberto. Tentei consulta online por 2 vezes e o link não deu certo. O barato sai caro. Quero meu dinheiro de volta.

Experiencia negativa: NÃO RECOMENDO! Há muitos meses atrás, eu recomendaria, porem nas ultimas 3 consultas que paguei $55 apenas para solicitação de medicamento, tive uma péssima experiencia. Primeira vez, o médico não "compareceu" ou me ligou,.segunda vez e terceira vez, solicitou o remedio incorreto. Vc manda mensagem ou ligar reclamando, a secretária diz "ja passei essa informação pro Dr" (mas o medico NUNCA te retorna ou resolve seu problema). Meu amigo tambem esta tendo o mesmo problema.

I called the clinic 3 times, Besides they Berber return your call , they refuse to refund your money. It’s the second and for sure the last that this happened. Careful it’s about their culture their habit of take your money or not being honest at all. I do have all the proofs.

Just a couple office clerks and a couple of women who are wannabe "nurses " but nobody even remotely resembling a doctor. I've had to resort to Urgent Care places to even get my prescriptions refilled.

Espero que ela melhore no tom de voz na atenção falar com pessoas , falar com respeiro, sem deboches se colocando no nosso lugar.. Ela me deixou bastante irritada e nervosa. Por favor façam um treinento com ela isso no mínimo! Fiquei triste por ter uma peofissional assim. Porque será que ela estava tão brava nervosa e sem paciência? O intuito dessa avaliação é mais para informar a forma que fui tratada. Espero que ela leia isso e faça uma auto avaliação.

Experiencia negativa: Não economize! Acrescente alguns dólares a mais e faça uma consulta presencial. Eles não enviam a receita (prescription) pra você, eles encaminham apenas para a farmácia. No meu caso seu problema no Walgreens e agora não tenho a receita e eles não me respondem. Solicitei atendimento por zoom em português. Recebi um atendimento de uma mulher que só falava espanhol e inglês, a mesma estava com muita pressa pra encerrar logo meu atendimento e faturar meus $55 dólares.

Experiencia negativa: My husband is sick with covid and had an online appointment with $55 pre-pay. The doctor never called in his prescriptions. The doctor even promised to call right back if he had any problems calling the pharmacy. I’ve called the support number, and the person who answered the phone was angry, saying the doctor calls in prescriptions after appointments, which is when my pharmacy is closed. So I hoped the prescription would be called in within 24 hours but still no prescription, and we had to go to urgent care. So disappointed and anxious at the same time, especially with a sick loved one.

I paid and had the appointment, and it took almost one week to get the request sent to my email. But the request came missing some tests and codes. I asked again and I am still waiting on their feedback. I.e., 2 weeks later I do not have it as the way it should be.

One of the greatest compliments I can give them is that not only do they listen to you but they hear you! My husband had swelling in his leg, called the office and they brought him in right away, did an ultrasound and found that he had blood clots. Intervention was started right away and I truly believe they saved his life. My 3 adult children see them as well. They are great about calling in refills and are so easy to talk to. They always follow through and I just can't say enough great things about him and his staff. If you want a doctors office that cares about you and your needs, this office is the BEST!!! Dr. Garcia.... thank you for everything you do for me and my family!

The Physician came to see me in the Hotel I was staying in Miami 30 mins after called requesting the service, and it was around 8:30pm. Very sweet and professional. To be honest, I don’t want to spend my super valuable time driving to medical offices anymore since I can count on IcareVIP! Why driving to medical offices, wait there in the lobby full of other patients waiting to be assisted, if I have the convenience to be in the comfort of whatever place I am at, having them coming to see me?! The healthcare provider took their time, asked detailed questions to understand all the symptoms that I was suffering from, and explained each medication that they intended to prescribe. The Support Staff went above and beyond in transmitting prescriptions to different pharmacies due to availability and technical issues pharmacies were having.

Experiencia negativa: Absolute abysmal experience and worst customer service experience I have ever had. Three separate times they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, and now that I no longer need the prescription, they refuse to acknowledge a refund for the inconvenience (a refund I was promised by two separate employees). Instead, I keep being told to wait for a manager to contact me, which has not happened yet - and it has been over two weeks I’ve been on the phone with this very unprofessional company many times and they simply hang up once they run out of excuses to not honour a refund. Unfortunately, but to little surprise, I have come to understand that many of the positive reviews left for this company are indeed dishonest and forged. I would give zero stars if I could.

With Covid, early treatment is a must and this place helped all members of my family and is very affordable.

Experiencia negativa: Eu paguei pela primeira consulta para minha filha com a psiquiatra , fiquei semanas aguardando pela primeira consulta e quando chegou no dia simplesmente a doutora sumiu e depois que eu insisti contato, ela me enviou mensagem dizendo para remarcar por causa do fuso horário , mas ué quando eu paguei pela consulta eles estavam sabendo da diferença de horário e nao foram capazes de tentar um reagendamento antecipado ,achei uma falta de respeito com o paciente pq se esta necessitando de uma consulta é pq com certeza está fragilizado com alguma situação, um descaso tremendo. Eu dei preferência para essa clínica pq era da nossa comunidade brasileira … mas me arrependi e estou na luta para devolverem meu dinheiro que foi $75.00 por apenas uma consulta que ate agora nao aconteceu …..

Experiencia negativa: Criei coragem depois de muito tempo decidi procurar a ajuda de um “PROFISSIONAL” que pudesse ajudar no meu processo de emagrecimento. Através de uma pessoa que sigo no Instagram, descobri o perfil do Icare e fiquei feliz em ver que disponibilizam um serviço de atendimento médico a distância. Marquei a consulta e efetuei o pagamento para me consultar com a Dra Mirella Matos há 4 dias atrás e aguardei ansiosa pelo dia. Segui todas as instruções enviadas por email para a consulta virtual e as 2:55pm eu entrei na sala so Zoom, aguardando o meu horário marcado para as 3:00pm. Esperei até 3:10pm e ninguém apareceu. Resolvi ligar para o número e somente na terceira tentativa uma pessoa, o Sr. Junior atendeu o telefone. Me apresentei e fiquei muito surpresa com a maneira com que essa pessoa me abordou. Disse que tentou me ligar várias vezes na parte da manhã para dizer que a Doutora Mirella teve um imprevisto e que só poderia me atender às 4:00pm. Mencionei que vi um número diferente tentando me ligar, mas como não conhecia o número e estava no meio do meu trabalho, não consegui atender e por não ter deixado mensagem de voz, não dei importância. Para minha surpresa, o Sr. Junior disse que não deixou mensagem pois “brasileiros não têm o costume de olhar caixas de mensagens”, portanto ele resolveu não deixar nenhuma mensagem. Gostaria de dizer que NÃO recebi nenhum outro tipo de notificação ou email solicitando a alteração do horário previamente agendando e pago. Como confiar em um serviço desses? Que justificativa foi essa em não deixar mensagem? Muito triste e frustrante. Eu esperava um comportamento bem diferente. Hora alguma escutei um pedido de desculpas pela situação. Escrevi uma mensagem na página do Instagram deles e para mais uma surpresa, apagaram a minha mensagem e me bloquearam. Ou seja, tempo perdido. Da próxima vez, deveriam ser mais profissionais.

Experiencia negativa: DONT TRUST THEM ! Works like this: you get an appointment and doctor should send your medication to the place you choose. For the third time I'm having the same problem. They have prommised to my wife 12 months refil of her contraceptive. In her second refil, the pharmacy said she needs to talk again with the doctor, and they cant give the medication. OK, then you try to contact them by phone. I have called 16x times and no one is there to talk in the phone. As I said before its my third time having the same problem with them. They always have a different excuse. In last time they told us on fridays they just work until noon. but today is wednesday. Do you want to trust some doctor you cant reach when you have a problem ??? Now my wife needs to take the contraceptive and we have no options and no solution. It seems to be a VERY dangerous situation, dont you think ?

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. G since my insurance stopped accepting my old physician about 4 years ago. I was referred to him by a friend and it was the best referral I ever received! I have never given a positive review to any doctor or specialist I have seen and that is simply because it wasnt warranted/deserved! Dr. G is truly awesome! Upon my very visit, he was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, caring and had a great sense of humor. I still recall my 1st visit to him many years ago as I waited in line to check in, I overheard a patient in waiting room say to another patient how much she loved Dr. Garcia and what a great doctor he is and then another patient said they totally agreed with her. Never being a big fan or impressed by doctors I remembered wondering if these were staged/fake (LOL) patients planted in waiting room because it was almost like the entire waiting room had chimed in to agree how happy they were with him! Well after being his patient for about 4 years it is apparent to me why all those patients were saying positive things about him. Also, Dr. Garcia has implemented remote appointments. This has been such a time saving blessing for me personally. If I do not need to physically see him I can have my appointment with him over the phone with video where we can see eachother..and even on Saturdays! It has saved me so much commute time and is such a seamless process. Even with my remote appointments, it is almost like I am at his office. He still gived me the same service since my very 1st visit. When I tell my friends about my remote appointment they usually respond with "Huh?, that's weird, but wow I wish my doctor had that option"! Just another reason why I am spending my time and effort to give him a positive review, he is innovative cutting edge doctor on top of all the other positive qualities I mentioned. Since my initial visit back in March 2019, I've only needed my phone to meet for appointments.
