Experiencia fantástica: I love the whole experience in this studio. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by a very friendly staff and a relaxing scent. I love everything about Karen’s class - she’s very knowledgeable, humorous, and calm, but also helps you challenge yourself. If I ever consider becoming a yoga teacher, I’d love to learn from her. :) The studio completes the amazing experience with a cool eucalyptus towel after a warm yoga class. I wish my schedule were more flexible to attend more classes (or wish the studio offered 6am or 4/4:30pm classes for working moms ;)). Two thumbs up for a great experience and great classes!

Experiencia positiva: Tuesday was the first time that l attended a yoga class, let alone a hot yoga class. I couldn't tell you what I was expecting but the class was everything ! could have wanted and more. The instructor, was extremely kind. She offered and demonstrated alternatives for most of the poses. You can tell that she was passionate about her craft. Let me tell you as a first timer highly recommend, there are other kinds of yoga classes taught here that I am looking forward to trying out. Parking is meh around here depending on when is your class (but I don't blame them for this)

I admit I was running late but as soon as I walked in the receptionist made me feel so calm and like I had arrived right on time. They have mats you can borrow and all the equipment you'll need for the class. The instructor, Kim, was so kind and explained everything so well. The restore class was great, especially for a beginner like me. Kim even gave some alternative moves which I thought was great for those with some lower mobility or flexibility. I left feeling amazing and had zero stress left in my body. A great workout and stretch! Highly recommend!

The Restore classes at Yoga Six in Highland Park were the perfect way to find my way back to yoga. The instructors, the owner and the other staff members very welcoming and supportive people.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to YogaSix for 1 month and I’ve done classes with multiple instructors and everyone’s style is different but they’re all so good. Every experience I’ve had here has been so positive. It’s very clean and they even have mats, blocks for you to use. Also towels and at the end of your session they have cold wet eucalyptus towels. These are so refreshing. If you have been thinking of starting yoga this is the best studio to begin your journey!

It was lovely - the instructor was great and I didn’t feel any pressure to move beyond what I was able. The room was spacious and very clean. The room was a little warmer than I would have liked, but I’m always hot. Would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first yoga class in a very long time as I am much more of a weight lifter and really feel like I need to work really hard to get a good workout. Having just had surgery not that long ago and looking for other options to get a good workout without doing heavyweights. I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to my first hot yoga class. It is an extremely good workout, energizing and really helps with flexibility and stretches you in places you didn't even know needed stretching lol. I will be getting a monthly membership and enjoying more of the yoga classes as they are a great workout and a great way to stay in shape and I'm really excited that I gave the experience a go again. It is highly recommended for all levels!

Being new to yoga I was very apprehensive walking in the first time. Wow, was I mistaken. It was a wonderful experience. The teachers and staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Now many classes later the instructors have helped me reach goals I would have thought impossible. Goals like being able to sit on the floor, and get up! I can tie my shoes, stand on one foot, heck I have toes, haven’t seen them in 20 years. Yoga six HP has also helped with stress and anxiety management. The staff is really very professional, friendly and caring . Thank you Yoga Six HP. I am forever grateful.

The space is clean, warm and provides props. Their water to rehydrate after or during class is amazing. I tried out a first time offer and now have a class package to go 2-3 times a week.
