Experiencia fantástica: Decided to try their 'red light therapy' treatment for stubborn menopausal weight around the stomach area. I don't have weight issues anywhere else. After trying other things that had meds for months - that helped, but not for long. And not wanting invasive treatments or sculpting etc. Menopausal weight is firm and resistant, this therapy has softened my stomach (should make it easier to keep slimming down -- on my 30min x 3days bike/treadmill only - my normal routine). My clothes feel much more comfortable with only 5 sessions; though, I have not done my final measurements yet ... I can SEE and feel a definite difference!!! The team members at the Littleton office are just wonderful, helpful and very pleasant to go through this with. THANKS TO ALL OF THEM!

I heard about this service on a local sports radio show and was to say the least I was very skeptical. Looking at yourself every day its hard to notice changes but 3 sessions in my wife said that when she hugged me she could put arms around me. I used this opportunity as a catalyst to reset my view of how I treat myself and my body. I started working working out again, going on walks and eating better. Thank you ABS, at 50 it's hard to reset our mental habits, but you helped me. For those of you on the fence, please give yourself a chance to start over in a healthy way.

My bra has gone down too. So far I am happy with the results. This has not helped with any lift. But, I can feel the weight off my shoulders.

Per session: Only one 20 min treatment all the rest were just 8 min. Had midsection and arms Done Up side it did help with my back pain.

Experiencia positiva: I did everything, taking the pills everyday, drinking water so much my urine looked like water, I wore the belt 10-12 hours everyday, I gave up coffee and alcohol made every visit and used the shaker. I worked out as often as I could. the staff was professional however it didnt feel to me that they were all on the same page. One said I could drink coffee but for every cup of coffee I had to drink a cup of water, one said I couldnt drink any coffee. It seemed that the most important thing to do was take pills and wear the belt. at the end I was told I lost 6 inches but I honestly cant tell any difference. all of my jeans fit just like they did before I spent $1200 and did all of the above. I wouldnt recommend or would go back. I dont even believe that by given this review I would get a free session.

I went to their Littleton office the staff was amazing made me feel comfortable and relaxed answered my question. My first visit I was told I list 10 2/8 inches of fat and was giving a copy my friends are noticing my lost sometimes I'm not sure but when I put on my clothes they are bigger on me and I look nicer. It's has been a Jumpstart for me I will continue eating right and exercising. Thanks Littleton staff

Experiencia fantástica: I'm completely amazed with my results. I am a 58 year old post menopausal woman who could not lose weight in my waist, no matter what I tried. My first day measurements was about 3" overall. I worked with Carly in the Arvada office and she was amazing. ABS suggests a clean way of eating and at least 30 minutes of exercise and i drank about 86 oz of water every day. I could tell I was losing weight but I wasn't going to get on the scale until the end. I lost a total of 14 lbs and 16 5/8"!!!! OMG are you kidding me??? Doing this procedure is not an invitation to eat whatever you want, eat clean, drink water and move for 30 minutes. If I didn't do the waist trimmer red light therapy I probably still would have lost weight but not 16". Anyone who is skeptical, don't be. Follow what they say and do this for you, not a quick fix and you will also have good results.

Experiencia positiva: Hi, I want to share my experience at absolute beauty solutions, in general, very pleasant & relaxing. Despite what I think to be a rather high price for the treatments, I’ve been very happy with my results, with the gold pkg., six 80 min sessions. They don’t track your weight but I did - started at 128.5, after the 2nd session I was down to 124.9, and have maintained 124.1-8 ever since. Over the four waist areas they measure, I lost 20 inches! I believe if you follow their requirements of drinking a lot of water, taking the supplements, abstaining from alcohol the first 48 to 72 hours and wearing a compression garment - you will see good results as well. I also had two lymphatic drainage massages the day after treatments, which I believe helped increase my elimination of the fat/toxins. My only suggestion to ABS is for them to provide a list of compression garment brands/styles they believe will provide the best results. I learned half way thru, the spanx-type I bought was not as tight as it should be…..but, I’m still happy with my results.

In my 6 treatments I have lost 8 1/4 inches in my waist, thigh measurements. The facilities are clean, private and updated. My schedule is busy, but they were flexible to meet my needs. I have started second 6 treatments. The FDA approval for the red light therapy was a significant factor as this has helped my arthritis as well. I do recommend this therapy. Be sure to bring earphones or a book. It is relaxing with no side effects.

Experiencia fantástica: With 6 treatments I lost over 7 inches, almost 3 of them from around the middle of my belly (belly button level). It's much easier to get into a pair of bluejeans that I have always had to suck in my belly & strain to get them fastened. Now I can fasten them easily. I can also now bend over to put my socks on with ease (wasn't able to put my right sock on at all without crossing my right leg over my left).

It was stress free simply laying under the light as it treats your targeted area, and the clean rooms and courteous staff made the visits relaxing. The results weren't dramatic in the beginning (especially the stubborn waist/belly) but, with some mid-treatment reevaluation and extended focus time on the problem spot, there was a noticeable positive change toward the end. You can have them target an area for longer minutes if you have a "tough area". I have lost over 5 lbs and definitely lost numerous inches,and we still have a few sessions left! Tried on a pair of non stretchy denim capris and was so surprised because i struggled to get them buttoned before and now they fit perfect! It’s not inexpensive, but I do think that the treatment itself plus the lifestyle changes that they recommend do work. If anything I would suggest that they weigh their clients at the beginning and at the end of treatment. I was surprised that is not done. They also only measured me before the first treatment and after the first treatment and that was it. I was also surprised about that. I do recommend the service and will probably return in the future.

They sold me 6 treatments for the waist buster for almost $3000 at the TX location and the red light treatment did absolutely NOTHING - not even 1mm difference after 6 treatments. They take measurements on the first appointment before treatment but do not show you the measurements. After treatment they take measurements again and still do not show you. Then they claim you lost 2-5 inches after the first appointment. When I came home and measured myself, I had not lost even half inch. This is a gimmick to take advantage of people's insecurities and the treatment absolutely does not work. They recommend diet and exercise protocol and when I asked if that is a must to see results, I was told "No, the machine does what it does". Let me tell you the machine does nothing. We all know diet and exercise work and in that case we don't need the red light therapy. I am so disgusted by the lies and I just want to warn people to not fall for this gimmick. The only positive about the entire experience was that Cynthia who works there was really nice but that's it.
