Experiencia fantástica: My first trial class and it was a HITT! I enjoyed the empowerment and encouragement from the coach. You are coached through proper forms and I welcome the challenge of the different exercise modules each day. The concept is very ingenious and coached classes are held every hour. I could see myself achieving my desired goals duly owed to the way they have tailored the program. My 1st class but highly recommended! It's really a family!

Being the only new face in the group can be overwhelming, we worked hard, we worked together. Being encouraged in my beginning stage although I was among advanced members, I was able to go at my own pace and that is the very reason why I will continue to partner with HEW fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: Joined about a month ago. If you are looking for a traditional gym to bench this is not your place. If you want stronger legs and core and like class atmosphere this is the place. I left a UFC gym in Miami and have found the workouts just as challenging. All of the instructors are great and the members are also. The crowd will depend on the time of day but I enjoy the 7am and 8am classes. It’s been 3 weeks and I have lost 8-10 pounds and my legs are much stronger. Side note the stiffness when I get out of bed has gone away.

The coaches met me where I was and encourage and pushed me to be better. 2 years later and I look forward to being there every day. Do yourself a favor and get in there for at least 1 class and then go back for a second.

They take every part serious, from the fun warm ups, to complete stretching and cool down in every session. It doesn’t feel like they are rushing you through a quick workout. It’s always changing and they have the perfect combination of conditioning with strength. So either if you love running or lifting, they have you cover! The best part is that the owners are always present and involved. They even work out with you often! The coaches are all passionate and they really pay attention to your form. Doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an expert, they offer modifications for every exercise and you will never feel intimidated. I really like that they have enough bathrooms with showers! I have attended a couple group class gyms, and some don’t have showers. They even have a kids area with many stuff to keep them distracted. Lastly, this one is one of the most spacious and clean gyms in the area. The best part is that it feels like you truly belong to a fitness family!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to HEW Wellington for over a year now and the gym is truly more like a family. The owners Inge and Stephen are amazing and welcoming. The other coaches are engaging and supportive. The workouts range from moderate to hard challenging but they provide modifications so that no matter where you are in your fitness journey you're still able to get a good workout in without feeling overwhelmed/ discouraged. Overall I've lost about 30lbs since giving birth to my daughter and it's with the help of HEW from the challenges they have here and there to the bonus workouts I sometimes partake in. Most importantly it feels more like a community than a gym. 10/10 would recommend!

Experiencia negativa: This gym is not a bad one and is a good atmosphere, but the owners participate in competition when they are not supposed to I don’t think is fair for anyone else but they still do. Also, they tell you you can’t wear a sports bra and let other members wear a sports bra and don’t say anything they are not fair equally to every member. Also, the workouts lately are boring and doesn’t include a lot of heavy lifting with bars. Overall is been boring workouts lately.

Fast forward nearly 9 years later and when I found out Blake and Talia were opening HEW West Palm I’m between my workplace and home I was thrilled. Talia and Blake’s passion for fitness and helping people reach their full potential and become their best selves is evident. This isn’t your average gym. Anyone at any ability level is encouraged and made to feel welcome. It’s truly something one cannot describe in a 5 star Google review. Since being back in a space led by Talia and Blake, my motivation and desire to reach to push myself to be in my best physical shape has been reignited and for that I M extremely grateful. An incredible experience that change my life forever. HEW has pushed me to do things that I never imagined i could have done in my life. It’s not just a gym but a second home . I have some good friends who are like family to me now. I had never even ran before in my life now have done a few half marathons. He is always there to push me in workouts, helps me focus on my nutrition, and is just an all around amazing coach/photographer.
