Experiencia fantástica: When I first started to come see Dr Douglas McLeod, I was experiencing a sharp pain in my right hip joint. Pain whenever I stood up or sat down for long periods of time. Since October 2021, I have been coming for regular adjustments. I NO LONGER have pain. The office is clean, the staff is extremely pleasant, and they communicate on a regular basis with me to check on how I am doing. When you have a chance, call Lilly at the front desk and talk to her about coming in for a consultation about the health of your spine!

One of the amazing office staff makes you feel right at home with a huge smile under their mask of course. I have been dealing with a bad back for ten years. I have five herniated disk. I never believed a chiropractor would be able to fix my back. The day before my first visit I couldn’t move at all. My pain level was a 9 out of 10. After 3 short visit I felt 100%better. I was completely shocked on how much better I felt in only a few days. I would highly recommend this place!!!

A few times I have woken up not being able to move my neck a certain way without feeling pain, they always get me in ASAP to have Doc adjust me. I've been going there a little over a year, and the difference in the way my back feels is like night and day! They always make you feel like family when you walk in and on the rare occasion you have to wait a little bit to get adjusted, you don't mind because the conversation with the girls up front is always amazing. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: I had no idea corrective chiropractic was a thing. We chose it on a whim cause its near our new house and had good evening hours. It has been nothing less than amazing! The girls up front are so friendly and take the effort to learn everyones name, and greet you the moment you walk in! Dr McLeod is friendly and efficient! The whole place really is like a family. We even had an appt friend who was on the same schedule as us for a few weeks! They take this really cool muscle test on your back that shows where your muscles are over-compensating and work to correct it. After about a month of visiting 3x week, they did the test again and we get to see the side by side next week! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ love these guys!

Experiencia negativa: This is my personal opinion :We were disapointed & shocked!!!!! Have heard good things about Dr. Mcleod but also heard the billing is problem. I asked when I made the appt. Is your billing Dept ok She said "yes, we have things straightened out now. "When we came in, his staff Insisted we buy a $49 welness type plan to assure Chiro X Rays would only be $160. They said otherwise X Rays could be up to $800. REALLY??? Dr. Mcleod said it could be. This was not a auto or work related or terrible injury. I know better than that!!! Then told us adjustments were $72.00 and could be higher without the plan. Have Medicare & knows what's covered & what's not!!!! I have never ever have heard of that. We left & was not seen. Went somewhere else full set of XRays $125, Adjustment Charge is $37 no hassel great adjustment , & felt more comfortable knowing we were not going to get overcharged! I understsand it's a business but that was just not normal !! I called 3 other chiro offices & x-Rays were not above $180 for a complete set of basic Chiro X-rays.
