Through a chiropractic regimen, Dr Keith helped my neck and shoulder alignment which improved the problem significantly, and with the addition of the physical therapy/massage therapy from Charlie, my shoulder pain is gone. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Keith Brennan is awesome! My back is feeling a million times better than when I started in March 2024. Even migraines have lessened from the adjustments! Charlie's great therapuetic massages really got the super overly tight muscles to calm down. I tried the Stimwell technology back therapy and it was surprisingly helpful. I'm looking forward to adding that to my therapy routine. Kate, Jade, and Grace are all so kind and helpful with greeting, insurance needs, and scheduling. Even Dr Keith's golden retriever, Sunny, provides me some well needed pet therapy while on the wobble chair. When my back does go out, his friendly staff never hesitates to get me right in! I know that I will always have to take extra care of my back. I have a hard time walking and taking the stairs is darn near impossible. I just walked straight up the stairs and stepped down the curb with ease. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't go on about this place enough. I've had chronic neck pain my whole life but it got much worse in my mid/late 20's. I am now in my early 30s and I'm finally taking care of it. I've had 11 or so treatments and my neck pain and headaches have improved dramatically. I've had maybe 1-2 headaches since I've started this process. I'm very pleased.

I have never met a provider who was punctual. Outside of adjustments, he will email exercises to incorporate with your treatment plan. The office sells an assortments of supplements too. You can interact with the staff via phone or text. They readily accommodate my revolving schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: I initially came in with horrible lower back pain and after the first treatment there was a little relief. I started to notice a big improvement after the second visit. One day I had horrible pain on my right side, in my neck and shoulder area. I was able to get an appointment right away. Dr Keith was able to ease the pain once again. I didn't call my primary care doctor because I prefer natural healing. Dr Keith is so wonderful. However, it's important to comply with the care plan. Doing the exercises helps you feel better and energetic. I have learned from experience, along the way, the importance of eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. It truly does the body good. Dr Keith is very helpful with getting one on track with a healthy lifestyle. I must mention, I had reflexology and massage with Tina. She is amazing. I love Dr Keith and the staff at Back to Health Wellness Center because they are all very professional and so kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my third massage and stretching session with Charlie, and I’ve already seen amazing results. I’ve struggled with neck, shoulder, and hip pain on my dominant side for years. During my first session Charlie immediately noticed postural and structural issues that are very clearly the root cause. Through his unique blend of massage and stretching, he was able to help loosen muscles that have been perpetually tight from years of improper posture and movement. Loosening these muscles has helped to allow my neck, shoulder, and hip to regain correct alignment and movement patterns. Each session I feel more relief. Loosing the muscles in my neck has also given lot of relief from headaches. If you have any type of muscle/body pain, I highly recommend you book an appointment with Charlie!!
