Experiencia fantástica: I don’t want to seem melodramatic, but my life has significantly improved, in So many ways since I began the LP Fitness health challenge three short weeks ago. I am being shown how to eat to fuel my body in order to build muscle and I highly enjoy the positive atmosphere of the workout classes! The word Boot Camp used to scare me and I avoided it like the plague… However, it’s different there and as soon as I stepped in the doors, I felt very welcome and supported. Here are just some of the improvements to my life: - I was in a very unhealthy relationship with food, and was consistently over eating/making myself sick by eating too much; I now have a plan to tackle my nutritional needs & feel full with yummy food without making myself sick any longer - I have this mental clarity that I have not had in a long time/ my brain fog has disappeared - I have more energy to take on the busy days - I am prioritizing my health, and I am so relieved that I have a game plan because I was being very hard on myself since I turned 40 and it felt like my metabolism/ body took a crash for the worse - I have lost 10 pounds in three weeks, 30 pounds to go - I enjoy working out once again and make it a priority in my week - I can tell I’m getting stronger and feeling more comfortable in my own skin I feel very confident I will be able to continue to implement this lifestyle long-term. This is a total game changer for me, and I highly recommend LP Fitness to anyone who is looking to significantly improve their health & lives on so many levels!
