When I came with my husband for his consult after doing the promotional first visit Dr. Courtney knew I was in pain just by seeing me and how I sat and grimaced. So I started seeing her and her team and I am very impressed with their compassion and how everything flows here! Everyone here knows your name and greets you. Experiencia fantástica: I came to Durrum because I seen a difference in my wife. I started coming for adjustments not realizing what to really expect. Once I started I continue the plan set as my goals. If I miss a day I make that day up for I know the continuing adjustments help. Where I had issues with back neck and hip I see the outcome of continued care. I can reach further when I bend to the floor something I could not do and the neck I am able to move further than when I started this is a must for those that have limitations because of needing to be adjusted. Following exercise regimens to keep up the adjustments are a bonus. The Dr. Here is wonderful and treat me as a person not just a patient. Experiencia negativa: Worst ever experience at a chiropractor! 30 minutes in the waiting room and when I scheduled the appointment they didn’t explain anything to me. Horrible customer service. The front desk people were cold, not welcoming. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked and the lady told me to sit down. I did a Facebook deal and it was a total scam. They advertised for services and when they called to make the appointment they never explained how it worked. When I got there they asked me to leave my purse in a random room. There was an off putting feeling all around. Called Matkin chiropractic as soon as I left and they were able to get me soon, much better customer service from the initial conversation. I’m thankful I was able to find another chiropractor. I’ve never had a negative experience with one before until Durrum.

I think the best part of being treated at Durrum Chiropractic is that they EDUCATE folks. I've been going to chiropractors for nearly 50 years and none of them have ever taken the time to educate me on how my spine and subluxations in the spine cause health issues. By correcting the subluxations, you can help the body heal itself. This seems like a simple concept, but I had never put those together before because I'd never been told that's how the body works. I don't ever want to stop living my life, for any reason, but especially due to pain.
