Experiencia fantástica: I have been getting meals from Project lean nation (PLN) for over a few years now and highly recommend the business for their delicious and healthy meals as well as amazing customer service. The value PLN meals provide is that they are measured for macros (carbs/proteins/fats) and it makes it easier to track calorie and nutritional intake. They have a diverse menu with great options so its easy to pick what you’re in the mood to eat that week and building your own box. The meals are quite filling though I usually add more veggies/salads on my own. Also, love the shakes they make in their store with Pb&Jacked being my Uber favorite. During a hectic work week, when I don’t have the time or patience to prep my own meals, I’m relieved that I can always go and pick up a box at PLN and stay on track with my healthy eating goals. 5 stars to PLN for the incredible difference they have made to my goals.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in for a shake and it was delish! Also got an InBody scan (first one is free!) - they have a great location right by Plaza Midwood/Chantilly. While the shakes are a bit pricey in my opinion, they are HUGE and have lots of flavor options/can be customized. Great to have PLN in the neighborhood!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone encountered here is lovely, incredibly helpful and kind. Walking in at the recommendation of my physical trainer I had no idea what to expect or what I "needed". I was greeted with warmth and patience as I expressed my overwhelm with this phase of my wellness program. The body scan was a helpful tool to allow me to better understand the "why" behind some of my fitness challenges (not eating enough and eating foods that were not protein rich) and my scan was explained in depth with zero judgements. I can't remember the last time I left a business feeling so genuinely appreciated as a patron or as happy to hand over my $s. Added bonus~ the foods that I have sampled thus far are delicious!

Experiencia negativa: The young lady had a dog off the leash in the location. This dog has been there every time I’ve come. The dog ran up on me jumped up on me & I am allergic to dog hair and didn’t expect to have to deal with this going into an establishment like this. I was on the way to work but now I have to call out of work because I’m having terrible allergic reactions. Do not go to this location, it’s very unprofessional and no sense for professionalism. The last time she petted the dog and never washed her hands or put on gloves before making my shake.
