Experiencia negativa: Tenía muchas expectativas acerca de Dr. Be, y cuando sacó una promoción que era más asequible para mi presupuesto no dudé en tomarla, la promoción incluía como 10 cosas diferentes, de las cuales recibí ese día 2, la cita con el Dr. y una terapia, en la cita me programo 12 sesiones, unas inyecciones para el dolor, prp, que eran “opcionales” si las quería tomar o no, según el Dr. al salir la secretaria me puso un paquete con todo, las terapias las inyecciones y el plasma, las demás 8 cosas que incluía la cita, me las tenía que hacer la semanas siguientes cuando ya estuviera tomando las terapias y pagado el 50%, ósea para tener lo que prometía la oferta tenía que pagar casi $1000, y estar tomando las terapias. Las mujeres de la recepción son muy hábiles para no darte otra opción de que te vayas sin estar tomando terapia. Muy bien entrenadas!!! Aparte no aceptaban mi seguro! Así que tenía que hacer tremenda inversión por una tendinitis en un brazo, que mi seguro me cubrió y me lo hizo en 8 sesiones. Me siento muy decepcionada de que estas empresas se aprovechen de esta manera de las personas, la terapia en general me pareció buena, pero no justifica todo el dinero que me querían cobrar por eso, además que ofrezcan algo en una oferta y la secretaria te programe la cita sabiendo que ese día no hay ni la que hace rayos X, ni la nutricionista etc. quedé extremadamente triste de ver cómo lo único que les importa es el dinero y no tu salud! Aquí se me cayó la imagen buena que aparentaba este lugar! No lo recomiendo para nada.

Experiencia negativa: Fui Junio 2024 a la consulta del Dr Be el día antes mandaron por mensaje una larga lista de preguntas médicas y personales y al terminar fue imposible enviarla traté cuatro veces.llame a la oficina y me dicen que lo haga de nuevo al llegar a la oficina había que tomarse un tiempo largo ya que eran más de cuatro páginas, después de un largo tiempo de espera me hace pasar a su oficina el Doctor y después de todo el show de llenar las preguntas resulta que el Doctor no las leyó ni menos llevo el tablet y se dedicó a vender su producto lasTerapias $95 c/u Page por escuchar su larga exposición $200 para al final decirme que no puede hacer nada por mi si no tomo sus terapias .Fue una estafa dinero regalado al que se hace llamar Doctor BE

Experiencia negativa: I went to Dr. Be in Miami for chiropractic and PT multiple times and had a good experience on the medical side. However, Dr. Be’s billing team is not cooperating with my health insurance company and greatly delayed submitting the out of network claims by months and once they were fully paid by my insurance company, they are not reimbursing me for the full costs I paid. They have not responded to my numerous emails, phone calls and text messages since January and refuse to work with representatives from my health insurance company to refund me the money so in essence, they are getting paid double by both me and my health insurance company. Shady business practices. EDIT: I sent you emails to both Billings and Jessica with the explanation of benefits of your office being paid out more than 45 days ago and the health insurance company confirmed that they indeed paid. You have my phone number and email so you can reach me to make sure this is resolved. Awful I have to write 1 star reviews to even get a response from your office.

Unfortunately, 1 star for now as my insurance claim has not been submitted since February 6 after 7 follow ups by emails and 4 calls. Poor customer service team ruining the reputation of such a great place Update: the owner replied stating they processed the claim. I don’t see it on my end. There is no reply to 7 emails. Please provide the evidence by replying to emails. The customers should not have to reach out via google reviews to get a response to an email.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Dr.Be for spine issues and pain. We did a protocol using spinal traction decompression and the difference is huge, I feel relief and the pain went away within a few sessions. Highly recommend it!

Hice terapias en muchos lugares, me colocaron un montón de vitaminas, analgésicos y nada. Me recomendaron al Dr. Guillermo y llevo apenas menos de 1 mes de terapias y mi recuperación ha sido excelente, no ha sido fácil el proceso pero El Dr. y todo su equipo son una maravilla, desde que te reciben en el front desk hasta cada uno de los terapistas. Debo decir que la felicidad de estar aliviado y sentirse bien después de tanto tiempo de dolor, no tiene precio. Gracias a todo el equipo Dr. Be!

Experiencia negativa: My experience wasn´t great. I went a few weeks, only the first time I had an interaction with Dr. B. after that, every single time it was with one of the therapist, who were always very professional and amazing, but unable to help in the long term. I requested a follow up appointment with Dr. Bello but, even though he was around, he didn´t seem to really be concerned about checking on me, nor didn´t spare a minute to assist me. I really regret not going to a proper doctor right away.

Together, they have been addressing my injury in the most effective ways, and they have been patient through my ups and downs, providing encouragement when I saw little hope. Their reputation behooves them, and you can trust all therapists blindly. It is because of them that I have been able to slowly regain my mobility to carry out a high intensity exercise program. Their facility also has top-notch equipment to address any aspect of your therapy. Don't hesitate! Just do it! You won't regret it. It's truly an all in one experience, which includes the experts, their preciseness in your care, a top of the line gym-like workout facility as well as a great massage.

If you’re late even 5min they won’t take you, they don’t care if you come from far or no… 0 hospitality ! The girl don’t even speak english correctly, so when you call you understand half of the conversation. It’s more a factory than anything else

Yuri is hands down the most attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely caring provider I’ve come across when it comes to this type or massage. She takes her time on your areas of concern and works them until relief constantly checking with you to make sure you’re comfortable. I see no end to my visits here.
