Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy coming to Triborough GI. The staff is warm and friendly. Very clean cffice, waiting area, bathroom and exam rooms. The best part is Dr Chapalamadugu. He is the coolest! This is my second visit to the office. Absolutely the gold standard of quality doctor/ patient care. Excellent listener, explains everything clearly and concisely. He shows you what he explained if needed. Warm, relaxed & friendly but consistent professional personality. Not condescending or dismissive at all. You can rest assure your concerns will be addressed thoroughly. Highly recommend for the anxious/ nervous patient.

Experiencia negativa: I been going to this clinic for a while and was very satisfy until I was informed by Dr prateek chapalamadugu that I had a bacteria in my stomach and it took him 3 months to informed me my results for h pylori were positive and that’s medical neglect. I had seen him at least 4x after the test and he never bother to informed me while I was seeing by him. I would not recommend this doctor at all after this incident. I also got a reaction from the medication he prescribed and when I saw him he was very dismissive and unwilling to discuss the new medication With me and refer me to the pharmacist to discuss the medication he was prescribing. After that this doctor No longer exist in my roster. I don’t recommend him at all!!!!!

In particular, Dr. Chapalamadugu left such a positive impression on me from my first visit to the office, and this was a constant trend during follow up procedures and visits. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate and caring GI doctor. He genuinely took the time and diligence to answer all my questions, exhibiting the utmost care, respect and humanity. His explanations are clear and thorough, making dense information palatable for his patients. I did not feel rushed, which is an added bonus these days. Moreover, I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and timeliness in the care and attention provided to me during subsequent visits. In addition, I was given the opportunity to come in earlier than scheduled due to other cancellations, which I appreciated given my hectic personal schedule.

I was very nervous and my anxiety was going through the roof! In fact I had to delay the procedure but they stuck by me before, during and after all was done. I want to thank all the staff, front desk ladies, Maria , Selena, and the young gentleman assisting, (sorry forgot his name), also Christine (?) who assisted me in recovery and the other young lady who assisted me after the procedure, and of course, Dr. Peysin and Dr. M.! I know for many this is routine procedure but not for me and they all understood that. Thank you again and Yes I do highly recommend! Blessings.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a colonoscopy today and honestly the worst part was the prep the day before. My attending physician was Konstantin Peysin, DO. He and his team were awesome. I felt comfort the entire time. From the front desk to the anaesthesiologist and the recovery nurse (who had a great sense of humor) I felt taken care of. Dr. Peysin met with me and afterwards and we discussed his findings. I give them all a 10/10. If you need a colonoscopy I highly recommend.

It was my first time getting a procedure done where I had to be put to sleep and Ana (Receptionist) made me feel so comfortable. Her bubbly attitude and her care to patients really makes a difference when you walk in! Shes so welcoming. The doctor was amazing as well, explaining everything that was going to be done and everything that was seen and done after my procedure. I also want to thank Christine (MA) for being such a sweet loving soul with me! She really gave me mom vibes! Thank you everyone that took the time and care with you! Experiencia negativa: Wasted a few weeks waiting for the appointment just to be told at the visit that they do not even do 24-hour PH basic gastro test even though a secretary said they do when I was making an appointment. Don't waste your time going there if they can't even do basic gastro diagnostic tests like this.

They also verified who i was while lying on the bed to get the procedure done. Which me made feel like they are doing a professional job. In deed they did. The whole process took about an one hour and 15 minutes between signing paperwork, getting prepared for the procedure and being discharged. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was really nice, even when calling to make the appt. Doctor was very warm as he asked questions. I then had to call back and change a scheduled procedure and there was no problem with changing it. I was seen slightly later than my scheduled appt but was only at the office a total of 90 minutes (I was 25 mins early for my appt) which is actually very good. I've spent upwards of 3 hrs in some doctor's offices!!
