I hurt my back on a water slide recently so I think that slowed my progress. They offer a wide variety of services with your adjustment including cupping, stem/ heating, and light massage. It took several weeks of visits, but after the first treatment, I felt SO much relief. I trained in both MMA and Jiujitsu, until I tweaked my back after a few years of training at the start of Covid lockdown. I couldn’t see anyone due to restrictions, I then moved to Houston and was recommended to Dr. Ashley D. And she is hands down the best chiro I’ve meet. I was not able to bend over or pick up light items without strain and after I finished a program she had started me on, then I am now able to freely move my spine. Over the years I have come to know the wonderful Dr. Ashley Winslow and her staff as it has grown, and I don't think I will ever have anything negative to say. My husband and I went in for an adjustment that was way past due, and walked out feeling better than we have in a long time. With my hubby delivering heavy packages 6 days a week, and me having pains due to being 29 weeks pregnant, an adjustment, great customer service, wonderful/friendly/family type staff, was definitely what we needed. Although we are very far (over 1hr in a half) from their location, we will be making the drive as often as possible, because it is definitely worth it! Amazing staff, amazing work!
