They are non judgemental and VERY realistic that diet and exercise go hand in hand to maintain/ accomplish your goals. Definently got the boost I needed. It's the accountability for me. Those weekly weigh ins are the next best thing to having a personal trainer because you learn what not to put in your body that will affect progress. Prices are very affordable too. Love all these Ladies at Rejuvenate.

Experiencia fantástica: So I am a few weeks of a one year investment. I’ve struggled for the past few years of my weight increasing without any reason. Doctors couldn’t figure it out or help me. I started at Rejuven8 July 29, 2022 and one year later at 198lbs and growing to 148lbs. I’m down 50lbs from a size 14 creeping to a 16 dress to 8-10 dress. From a XXL/XXXL to a size large shirt. My stomach has shrunk and I don’t look 8 months pregnant. I enjoy shopping again and wearing stylish clothing. The weight was a struggle for me because I’ve never been a big person. I feel great, look great and ready for my next chapter of life. Also, I have hypothyroidism. This works without side effects and ALL of my blood work has come back in the normal range. My Endocrinologist and Gastroenterologist are pleased with my results as well as me taking control of my health. I’m going one more year to continue resetting my body. Thank you to my friend who introduced me to Rejuven8 and all the workers there. My husband is on the program as well and he is doing awesome. He now shops in the regular men’s section of stores.
