Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for about a month now. I couldn’t ask for a better place to visit to help me with my pain. Everyone is so caring, helpful, kind, and works together as a team. I highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Some things I wish I would’ve known before going to see Dr. Casey would be how costly the orthopedic laser would be. My insurance was in-network with them, however, insurance thought I only paid $85.20 for my treatment of care here. However, I actually paid $2,952.90. That laser is expensive, especially for an 8 week program that resulted in 16 visits! There is no way anyone’s insurance pays for this either due to the equipment not having a code for billing. I didn’t know how the cost broke down, and I could’ve looked into it more but I didn’t and just paid it. Rookie move as a young athlete and a college student that was urgently seeking to be pain free and gain mobility. I definitely learned my lesson the hard way here. In addition, my worries and concerns about my diagnosis / injury were swept under the rug by Dr. Casey. For 8 weeks, I received treatment for my neck (which I had no issues with) to help my shoulder, however, my shoulder continued to worsen and I began to have issues with my neck. I was told by him to “lift heavier weights and not worry so much about my form”. At the end of treatments, he showed me the picture of my neck X-Ray before and after treatments and there was no difference. From my experience, I don’t believe Dr. Casey wants what is best for his patients and is very opinionated in what he believes. If you are considering seeing Dr. Casey, I encourage you to get opinions from a few other places too! The girls who work there are very nice, considerate, and professional.

Experiencia negativa: If you’re seeking immediate therapy, do not schedule with Casey Family Wellness… I scheduled an appointment seeking relief for neck pain. Dr. Casey was assertive in his examination by applying uncomfortable amounts of pressure without providing me any treatment. No adjustments, therapy, acupuncture, massage, etc was provided to me during my appointment. Instead, X-rays were taken and a comprehensive medical plan, consisting of a team of specialist. Dr. Casey seemed agitated with my lack of commitment (10-12 weeks of therapy) and offered no alternative. He ended our appointment by informing me there are plenty of “bone crackers” in town and an Asian lady in Springfield that provides acupuncture. Two stars to the office girls, they were all very professional and courteous.

Experiencia fantástica: I have recurring lower back and right hip pain, more than likely due to arthritis, as well as middle back and neck issues once in a while due to just overdoing things once in a while. Dr Casey is very knowledgeable and capable in relieving my pain with these issues. When I call for an appointment, they get me in right away. Dr Casey and his staff are very caring relating to my issues, and they are very personable. I’ve been going to this business for multiple years and would definitely, and do, recommend them.

I was always a little skeptical about going to the chiropractor because I've heard of people becoming dependent on needing their back cracked to feel ok. Dr. Casey wants to find what is causing your pain and find a way to fix it so you don't have to rely on going in for an adjustment to alleviate pains. He's focused on long term fixes. I used to be in so much pain, and after learning stretches and exercises from Dr. Casey, and what I needed for my specific back/neck issues, I haven't felt this good in a few years! I would and have recommend Dr. Casey to everyone I know who suffers from back pain.
