Being someone that has struggled with obesity my entire life, this dream team has not only helped me take off the weight but has taught me skills on how to keep it off. I have never in my life eaten healthy and with their time and patience, they slowly worked with me by adding a few healthy choices each week until I actually found myself eating healthy on my own. Highly recommend if you want to become healthy again. Oh and I can not forget to praise the office crew as well, all of them are always willing to go out of their way to help you. Experiencia negativa: Dr. Eberwine and the staff are the sweetest people and it saddens me to write this review. I am not comfortable sharing my information and have to use a different email. Upon having a virtual call with Dr. Rudy I was so excited to start my program to improve my health. After the consultation, I received a welcome video explaining the next steps. I was assigned to a Cindy (my health coach) who was supposed be checking in weekly to monitor progress etc. She was hard to get ahold of, texts were not answered until 2-3 days later and till this day after I completed the fist program weeks ago- I have not received a call or email to schedule follow up with Dr. Eberwine. I spent thousands of $$$ and still feel the same way i did 4 months ago. Very disappointing that I have to find an another clinic.

It's difficult to get appointments since no one will call you back. Websites are also terrible and are no help in getting an appointment. Even when you ate able to get in, rarely does anyone follow up. So glad I found MHI. Dr. Rudy and Carlos have been phenomenal. Always educating, helping, taking time to explain details, and follow-up is incredible. They truly care about their patients. Plus, I'm getting great results and feel much better! Keep up the great work!!!

I first visited A New You because I was ready to lose 30 extra pounds that I was not comfortable with anymore! Being a 2 time cancer survivor I was concerned about doing anything without a Dr’s consent- but at A New You, not only was I able to get the professional attention I was looking for, but I also received nutritional advice from a certified nutritionist. The program, the staff, their products- all of it has helped me shed over 20 pounds in about 4 months! I can’t say anything more than just do it! Experiencia fantástica: I came to this office today because I wanted to lose a few pounds after having my third child. During Covid it’s been hard to keep losing weight and eating healthy. So I came here to get a little advice. I’m currently on medication and this doctor was kind enough to tell me to come back after I’m done with my medication and after I’ve seen my current doctor and made sure it was fine. I thought this was very professional of them. They are just there to get you in and out. They are there to help you. Even though he didn’t get paid for my visit he gave me some tips and advice in the mean time.

I have tried every diet, every program and they all failed because they lacked what these people have! Forget about the programs, it all starts and ends with them two and their wonderful staff. From the moment you get there you are welcomed in with a smile and they make you feel at home. The first thing the Dr. told me is that his job was to prepare me so that I can maintain the New Me, without him...that is his goal. When Keisha went to take my “before” picture, she said something that has stuck with me and has reassured me so much. She said: “let’s take a picture of the last time you’re going to look like this”. Just amazing, amazing people! Now, to talk about the results! I am sooo happy. I have lost 25lbs in 6 weeks. I feel great!!! It has not been hard at all. I am already free of my caffeine and sugar addictions and truly feel that this time I am going to be able to keep the weight off, because I like the new me. I still have a long way to go, but my ultimate goal is attainable and I am glad I have this team to back me up. Stop thinking about it and book and appointment already!
