I saw Dr Tracy for a urgent visit and was blown away w 1)how quickly they got me in 2)how kind and compassionate everyone was from Scheduling nurse to front desk to CA to the doctor. Dr.Tracy was so helpful and thorough. She made a very uncomfortable and painful issue much easier to deal with. Thank you!!

Waited over 30 minutes for lab draw. Use to getting results almost immediately, now waiting days. Final straw is Quest spamming me with recommendations for additional testing. Prefer working with MD on what I need.

Experiencia negativa: I have had to tell them that my brith control skips placebos EVERY TIME including at my physical. So, when I pick it up, it says I’m too early to fill my birth control since I skip the placebo pills. This has happened three times. They cut me off from my birth control with no warning that I’m passed due for an appointment. They also fill one month at a time which is unnecessary and adds another 20-40 minute trip of waiting in a long line each month. This most recent time, it took 3-2 calls, then they filled it at the wrong pharmacy. So I edited the pharmacy pick up location, which cancelled the adaptation to my prescription stating that I skip placebo pills. I had to call AGAIN, now they’re refusing to fix it at all. The nurse always uses a harsh tone when speaking on this matter. She left me a voicemail saying they are not going to fill it. Now I’m on hold again. I have been bleeding excruciatingly for a week now because of this issue, I’m in pain, I’m miserable. Some women have horrible periods and of corse.. the doctor is a man. I don’t think this clinic really seems to care about womens health. Also I called to complain abt the matter, and I should she allowed to have the prescription I requested, now I was hung up on. I’m being absolutely 100 percent polite, no tone, no complaining, just explained the issue. Fun fact: most of the time it’s not necessary to bleed while on the pill.. it’s not even a period, it’s withdrawal bleeding. But notice how no woman is typically offered an option to skip that horrendous part of the cycle

My primary doctor, Dr. Rita Hurd, is attentive and thorough in handling my concerns. She checks my history and evaluates what test are appropriate. She is very personable. I feel that my medical needs are in good hands!

Preventative nutrition is not stressed by healthcare as a whole it seems. Maybe that's entirely a patient's responsibility. But that's not a critique of Dr Spears but rather healthcare as a whole

Experiencia positiva: My visit included a mammogram, doctor visit, labs and Xray for my right hip. The mammogram was a little late and the technician was very apologetic. The rest of my visit went very smoothly, organized and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: My Provider Dr Peterson has been awesome no complaints on my part thus far. He is patient, kind , a great listener and usually steers me in the right directions for care.

Experiencia negativa: The wait times are ridiculous. If I have an appointment at say 11am, I always end up waiting 25-40 minutes before the doctor actually turns up. I’m here on time why aren’t you? This isn’t a one-time occurrence. It’s every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Responsive and timely work toward a solution to meet my family's needs by admin and support staff. Scheduling team is especially prompt and courteous when an urgent matter needs attention. Our regular provider is knowledgeable, delivers care with compassion, is clear with instructions and expectations. When that provider is not available, the alternate providers give care in a similar manner. They seem to know our medical history and respond to questions with the detail we want. Very transparent service. Lab techs who draw blood or perform other tests have all been skilled and kind.

Today's visit was greeted with a smiling check-in staff, received by a familiar nurse, visited with the doc who has saw me for over a decade, and concluded with the usual expedient lab tech work. The whole visit was short enough to feel efficient, long enough to feel like l visited with friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had a very pleasant and positive experience with this organization as my entire family has been seen with them for over 15+ yrs. Unfortunately theirs a first time for everything and I had a welcome meet and check for my toddler as our previous primary was wonderful yet left another location for different opportunities. So I did some research online to see who maybe could take me on for women's health and my son for pediatrics, so then I picked Dr. Haveman and everything went terrible after the first visit outside of my control of course as if she was far from what I could have ever expected. Seemed very discriminatory towards my son off tops so I very politely addressed it to the office staff and rescheduled with someone else that I know will be great because she's been with my entire family. All I can say is the nurse was very pleasant and my son being 3 yrs old and busy was very calm and comfortable around her and he was very well mannered and passed all his tests with her entirely along with laughed and enjoyed himself. Then the nightmare came in with the new doctor seemed very hostile from walking right thru door causing my son to not pay attention because he could feel her energy towards us and she made him very uncomfortable asking me if he had pajamas at home for his nighttime routine and said he couldn't have the phone at all at night for screen time only 1 hour a day in a 24 hour period and absolutely never outside of that almost demanding it on me as if parents don't have options when they all watch a little movie or lullaby at night before bed which is very normal for him and his other young siblings. Then it went from that to her saying she believes he's 50th percentile in her understanding him when any other adult including the nurse during actual visit that have been around him can hear him clearly and he's a talker even at a young age usually more then most toddlers around him and I have him already studied up for pre K requirements. Hasn't done his screening yet but we have time still for that state requirement. At home he knows all the pre recs. Anywho, I wouldn't recommend her to any person of color with small children because after what I experienced I hope she learns to treat and have her level of professionalism and patience with the little tots especially the 1's of color more effectively and pleasantly giving them a chance vs the way she came at me as a mother especially considering this was suppose to be a meet n greet to have her as a primary. Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr. M Vesterfelt for dermatology. She's kind, gentle, and explained things in ways I could understand. Dermatology can feel really personal because of the whole body exam, but I felt very respected during my mole check. Dr. Vesterfelt used the utmost of discretion by keeping all parts that she wasn't actively looking at well covered.

She listened intently, was able to diagnose my situation with prescribing appropriate medications. Explained thoroughly regarding my situation. And was very patient when I asked for clarification. If not, she’ll be sure to include it in your after-visit summary. She also understands how doctor visits can take longer than usual at times & when she comes in the room, she makes sure to make it an easy process for a little one who’s anxious about their shots or being in the doctor’s office by making every moment count. She listens to not only the child, but the parent’s own concerns & well-being. I give her all my 5 stars. Every appointment is such a blessing & great experience. Thank you!!

I highly recommend this clinic. While I am cisgender, I have spoken to a few providers at this location and have reason to expect that trans individuals would also receive excellent care here.

In addition, his nurse, Kelly is tops! And lastly, when you check in, Debbie at the front desk is very detailed. All in all, a terrific experience!

They are a complete mess, do not come here if you have an issue, you will get the run-around, lost paperwork, can't figure out anything, wrong information each time you talk to someone. I would gladly list every single person who doesn't know how to do their job properly. The way they do this management is just shameful for 2024.. Feels like we are in 1932 or something, and I need to send an ET phone home message.

I was been seen in another hospital for my salivary stones, the doctors kept me doing continued testing to tell me your insurance does n9t take this surgery. When I went to Allina, in two months time, KY surgery has been done, and I can eat perfectly fine now without any problems. Thank you Dr. Predoni. (I hope I spelled your name correctly) He was so good to do periodic checks on the surgery area, to make sure it is healing properly. Also, no long time waiting in waiting rooms

Experiencia negativa: I wish when you go online to get a medical appointment, and ONLY virtual appointments are available. That after you submit the reason for your appointment and it appears that you probably are going to need in Clinic medical tests, that the appointment will change from a VIRTUAL to an IN PERSON appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: From time of check in till time of departure, I was cared for by caring, respectful personnel

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been sitting for 45 minutes waiting for a flu shot. The RSV that I was supposed to get I was just told is not covered. If they would have told me that I would have just went to Walgreens. Customer service here is none existent. No one cares about their patients.
