This appointment was nearly 2 months in the making (new patient) and their prompt communication thru the portal has been impressive. Second, when I met with Melody, she took her time to review my labs, educate, explain and recommend. I appreciate that she took her time with me and made me feel like my health concerns matter. She does not over medicate and takes the time to develop a patient specific plan to improve health. I’m excited to see how this new regime will work out:). This is a kind, professional clinic that clearly employs highly competent,, compassionate and helpful people at every level. There is zero pressure to buy extra services which I understand is not as common a practice at most clinics. I was given a lot of time with a comprehensive explanation of my current condition. It was a dialogue with Rebecca, not a monologue. I was referred to AW by two very happy coworkers who clearly are losing weight and are glowing.

As an RN with decades of experience in the ER and Trauma we as a profession don’t automatically trust a practitioner. Dr Rodarte has taken the time to figure out my metabolism and assisted in not only losing 40 pounds but also in helping me to become much healthier version of myself as I age. My lab values are now all in the normal healthy range. I feel better and have so much more energy. “One size does not fit all” when it comes to treatment in medicine. I see Dr Rodarte as my PCP and Becky for hormone replacement therapy. Everyone is the office is caring and attentive. If you are looking for a PCP or want to look into weight loss you will not find a better practice.

I worked with all 3 at times, but primarily was seen by Stephanie. I was treated for medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. Stephanie was friendly and encouraging during my treatment but was also stern and consistent when needed, (which was very appreciated). Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Activated Health and Wellness for anyone with similar medical needs.
