After 1 adjustment I have more mobility, flexibility and better sleep. Overall I felt like I just walked out of the fog and into sunshine! This practice is modern and professional compared to my previous experiences at other chiropractic center. I like the cleanliness and up to date-ness of this office.

Experiencia negativa: Coerced into a contract, when I couldn’t make the first appointment I called and canceled and was verbally informed that I was ok because I never used the service and will be refunded. The refund never came and I was charged again the next month. When I called I was told I signed a contract and I will be charged again. DO NOT GO HERE!

Experiencia negativa: This is NOT a one stop shop for all of your wellness needs… at least that is what they told me when I requested an adjustment, with acupuncture and massage. When I inquired about the various other services in their brochure, they responded with a blank stare and kept repeating that they can’t get a hold of my attorney. When I called my attorney for them, they had no questions or concerns for her - they said they would call her back. So please explain to me why you can’t treat me? You needed to speak with my attorney about “some stuff” but when I had her on the phone for you, you refused to speak with her. After my second visit I received a text from the provider asking how I feeling - I responded and kindly told him I was” experiencing more pain and new numbness, perhaps we could add heat after my next appointment and massage?” I never received a response from him, but after I confirmed the reminder for my appointment scheduled for tomorrow, I received a call from the front desk. She rudely informed me “ they are not able to provide the services I have requested in the text message during the same visit, so they are discharging you, okay? Thanks bye. “ Soooo it seems as though they sell packages to the Groupon buyers and they really don’t cater to personal injury at all, even though they advertise as personal injury specialists. I will gladly accept their discharge and hopefully nobody ends up paralyzed from their careless approach to “holistic care”.

With over 20 years in the healthcare industry- and most of those spent working for PT’s and chiropractors, I am very picky about who I see for my care. I will always make the long drive from Santa Barbara just to see Dr Kalani & his superior staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been dealing with muscle pain and a neurological disorder for at least 15 years. I’ve tried all the things insurance company has prescribed. A friend of mine told me about Kalani total health. I was hesitant, but at my wits end. Of course, the doctors and staff have not been able to cure a neurological disorder, but they have given me back quite a bit of my range of motion. Relieved some of the pain. And most of all, have listened to me like no one else has in the last 15 years. I gave them a five star review. I would give them more, if that was an option!

Experiencia fantástica: Started going to acupuncture here a couple of months ago, Natasha the acupuncturist is the best! I feel instant relief from so many ailments, it’s like magic! The place I used to go to often felt like a doctors appointment but a session with Natasha feels like a spa treatment, very comfortable and relaxing and I trust her. I tend to get very cold and my last appointment she heated the room, it was so nice! Also the front office staff are so friendly and accommodating, at first I was put off by the business’s online scheduling system which booked me at a day and time Natasha wasn’t there, but now I just make my appointments in office while I’m there and it’s great. I really look forward to my visits and feel so lucky I found such a great place. I’m so glad I tried it out anyway after that booking experience. I can’t speak for their other services, but looking forward to getting a nutrition consultation from them in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I apreciated the two chiropractors -Dr Sean- that interacted with me and Dr Tom who gave me an adjustment and gave soft tissue kneading. Both were professional and helpful with their recommendations. For this Health Center to be able to take xrays also was helpful and the time that Dr Tom took to explain the results to me. I also think it's valuable that they offer Trigger Point / Joint injections & Vitamin B12 & Immune Boost injections... They also have a nice, spacious office to be able to relax in. ; )

Experiencia negativa: I’m sure this is very good facility but I was extremely turned off by the way the receptionist and office manager handled my appointment scheduling. They would not honer the special they have posted on there website after they said they would. I’m really upset because I was really looking forward to having my wife treated there but I was scared away before I even made it through the door. I hope you fix this problem internally because this is not Ok!

When I got there they welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been to a few holistic healing centers but here I felt very comfortable, they even took X-rays to see how bad my back was. By the time I was done, I could stand up with out bending my knees and put shoes and socks on. Thank you all, new customer turned regular.

I was really happy to find out they also provide PRP, stem cell and trigger point injections. I get banged up at work and it's good to know that I can get fixed up quickly instead of living in pain.
