It had got to the point that my fingers were starting to go numb. All of that is gone now and the curve has come back into my neck as well thanks to monthly maintenance and using the Denneroll each night. They worked with me on payment plans too when I needed them. Can’t recommend them enough!

Even if you have insurance, plan to spend at least $60 per visit which I don’t think they understand most people cannot afford in this economy. I just want a simple adjustment with a $20 copay, not all the extras until I can afford it.

Experiencia negativa: ***Update to Sandstone auto reply - I did call and was told it was my fault for misunderstanding and that there was nothing that could be done for me because services were rendered. Services I did not need. Don’t come here unless you’re rolling in the $$$ dough. As a college student, who only works PT, I explain my situation and that I would only be able to do what my insurance covers, as they really try to push plans and extra services on you. My first visit, the girl who triaged me into a room, explained to me that the services I would have done were all covered by my insurance, except my back brace- which would be $95. After my treatments, I went to check out and I was told I owed $95. I told the blonde girl at the front desk that I was going to wait on getting the back brace at that time, because I couldn’t not afford it. She then informed me that the back brace was covered and the $95 would be for a treatment that they had me do which is not covered by my insurance. I had to sit in the waiting area and had to embarrassingly call my mom to borrow some money. I’ve never felt so embarrassed in a medical office. I chalked it up to miscommunication and new hires on staff. However, my second visit did NOT end up better at all. At the beginning of my visit, I went into the report room with DR to go over X-rays and MRI. While in the room, you are pressured into picking a out of pocket paid plan. I told the doctor I can’t afford to do the extra stuff not covered by my insurance and told her it might be more possible after I receive my tax refund , but never chose a plan or stated that’s what I wanted. I was literally sweating in that room trying to get out, but felt like I had no option. The doctor told me that I wouldn’t be charged for any services my second visit, yet when I went to checkout with the blonde girl again, she claimed I owed $140!!! I told her the doctor said I wouldn’t owe for today and she said “ok well we will need to keep your card on file for the future”. My copay is supposed to only be $20 each visit and even that can get costly when you only work PT and pay your own bills. This past week I had to travel for work and happened to notice a fraudulent charge that I DID NOT approve for the amount of the $140. I called sandstone and was told “Sorry for the miscommunication, but yes that’s what you owe.” No care for the fact I’ve told them multiple times that I can’t afford those kinds of charges or that I’d follow up with choosing a plan (which I found out you don’t HAVE to do) when I was in a better position. My advice to anyone looking for a chiropractor, skip this place unless you have a money tree growing in your yard and don’t mind fraudulent charges coming out of your checking account.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my first time seeing a chiropractor. I was having pains in my lower back, my neck and numbness in my left foot for over 3 years. Neurologists had performed their tests and indicated nerve damage from compressed vertebrae. Solutions were more pain meds, steroidal injections or surgery. My visit to see Dr Amanda & Dr Allison gave me new options to not only relieve me of my pain but to fix the problem. I am early in my varied treatments but so far I can say that I am feeling better, have greater range of motion and actually look forward to my visits. The entire staff just makes me feel special. They use state of the art equipment and explain in detail what each treatment does.

I have chronic back problems from 35 years of playing saxophone and my other career as an electronics business owner where I’m hunched over a soldering iron for hours at a time during the days. Before coming to Sandstone, I was having issues just getting out of bed in the morning and I also had issues sleeping due to hip pains. The ladies at Sandstone straightened me out and I am in a lot less pain these days. Plus their service and attitudes are simply outstanding! They’ve become like a second family and they love our newborns! Outstanding experience. If we could give them 10 stars, we’d try to give them 11.

Experiencia negativa: There are much better chiropractors out there. My wife and I had a completely horrible experience there. It's a very long story. Short version is that we found a new chiropractor and he did more for us in one adjustment then what sandstone did over the course of 2 years. They have warm smiles and bubbly personalities which some may like. Both my wife and I did not feel the level of chiropractor care was great at all though. I regret putting my trust into them. We spent well over $4000 there over the course of 2 years. It's a shame that you don't know how bad of care you may be getting until you go to a doctor that actually gives you proper care. I also do not agree with their sales tactics. We feel that we were talked into a treatment plan we did not need. I feel the Dr was over confident in her diagnosis and should have recommend testing to confirm what was going on. That is what our new chiropractor did. My wife had testing done for carpal tunnel syndrome and had surgery. Her pain is gone. The Dr. assured us that the issue my wife had was not carpal tunnel and also assured us that her $3000+ treatment plan would help. Sandstone was a big disappointment over all. Another area they could improve on is their hours of operation. They are closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day. Working people may only have their lunch breaks as an opportunity to come in and that is when Sandstone is closed. They are also not open on Friday afternoons. That means if you have issues on a Friday you may have to go all weekend before getting an adjustment on Monday.

I had a neck injury and felt sure I was headed for injections or surgery, but I was able to avoid that with their care! Their treatment plans are comprehensive and tailored to you and your needs. And if there’s a problem, they are quick to problem solve and get you seen if need be. I will never forget how they were there for me after I injured my neck on Christmas Eve. I decided to go with SandStone and couldn’t be happier. They are ON. TOP. OF. IT. there is little to no waiting the entire visit!! The staff are always moving and it seems to be extremely efficient. I probably got asked 10 times if I was doing okay/if they can get me anything else to drink while I was there. They explained everything very clearly and seem to truly care about my appointment!! I’m actually excited to go back and am thankful for them already! It’s just day 1!
