Experiencia fantástica: Got me in on the same day that I was sick, which is an outstanding service. Tricia Ische was very thorough getting an X-ray immediately, so that she could begin a treatment plan asap, which once determined what was my health status she explained in order that I understood. The entire staff from the front desk, nurse checking me in and the techs for X-rays were awesome with their care. The Hastings MN Allina Clinic is the best clinic I’ve ever been to. Would highly recommend to anyone who wanted to experience a positive outcome!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went into see Dr. Swenson for a preoperative exam. I wasn't so much worried about that part of the process, but definitely terrified of the next step which was the surgery to remove my kidney stones. I've had surgery to remove stones a few times before that went fine. The last time, however, I had stones in both kidneys. A doctor from another health group took care of them in two separate surgeries. The first was a routine procedure; however, the second surgery involved staghorn stones, which required a much more difficult process and the doctor was concerned about the possibility of nicking my lung. After surgery it appeared as though everything was fine; however, the day following discharge I came close to losing my life. I went into pulmonary, kidney and cardiac failure - my lungs filled with fluid. This has haunted me ever since that time and I don't know if I'll ever get past it. Long story short, Dr. Swenson and everyone else I encountered while at the clinic seemed so caring which made me feel as though I would be in good hands and be well taken care of. I highly recommend the doctor and the clinic based on the compassion and sincere concern they showed for me as an individual. Thank you, Dr. Swenson and Allina Clinic in Hastings.

Experiencia fantástica: The mammogram techs at Allina Hastings are absolutely amazing. I've had 3 or 4 mammograms there and had a different tech every time, but they were all so good. Explained things fully before, during, and after and were gentle and understanding. Made me feel very comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I go her name but unfortunately I just remember what she looked like, but I'll skip that. *Front Desk People* If a patient or parents of a kid patient want to reschedule a lab, they should be able to without threat of having the Dr be angry with them, saying the services your are use to might get taken away, and that we will have to pay a fee etc...WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU!? Unless you are standing with the chart open and know what we can or cannot afford that is non of your business and you were wrong just plain and simple. I'm not sure I want to continue with Allina if all your good for is bullying people. Shame on you!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this clinic for 24 years. I moved here from S.S.P and I went to the old clinic before they moved to the new clinic. This one is closer to where I live.

Experiencia negativa: I went into this clinic with severe pain and had multiple tests run. During this visit I was asked if my pain resembled labor pain, a tad insulting given had my chart been reviewed they would have known I had never given birth, as well as I am not sure what would lead you to believe I had given birth. Further, upon checking my Walgreens app 10 days later I happened to notice a prescription that was sent by this clinic the day after my visit. Turns out I had an infection, and they had a script sent to resolve this infection. However, they never called to follow up to inform me of the infection, the test results, or to inform me that they had sent a prescription. I did however receive four additional calls asking me to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound I declined during my initial visit. I called the care coordination team multiple times and left multiple voicemails regarding this situation and never received a call back. These all seem like basic steps of a care plan they didn't care to follow through on.

Staff is Amazing and all were genuinely good people which you don't see much anymore. Learned extremely important info regarding my cancer that I was never aware of and now feel hope going forward for myself. Dr. G went above and beyond to make sure I was good and everything handled before I left. I couldn't get in at my normal clinic but think this was a blessing that I went here.

Experiencia negativa: Allina Health’s prescription refill system suffers from critical communication deficiencies. Despite the “automatic refills” promised by my doctor, the recent denial of my refill without explanation is frustrating. Improvement communication protocols are needed to address these shortcomings, otherwise patients will continue to face unnecessary inconvenience and uncertainty in managing their medication needs.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT use the weekend walk in service, as they will abuse you, insult you and slander you. Also, that employee has total immunity all the way up the ladder to the CEO. If you are a senior, this will happen to you as "you are too old to know how to tell the truth(their words) and are unable to know how you were treated."

I was making plans for cataract surgery, and every single staff member was outstanding, good humored, friendly, informative, and very helpful in making me feel relaxed and informed of what the process will be. They did it in easy to understand words, and also used a plastic eye to show me what the surgery would be like in detail. They answered every one of my questions in a way I could understand, and that made me feel good about my choice in the medical staff that will do the surgery on my eyes.
