Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Quartell is the consummate expert in Chiropractic. I’ve been going to him for many years. He has been spot-on every time diagnosing the issue, usually having to do with lower back pain. About 8 months ago I was told by an area podiatrist, after complaining about numbness and pain in my ankle and leg, that I needed surgery to fuse the bones in my foot for the pain in my foot and ankle to go away. Luckily, I conferred with Dr. Quartell before following through with that surgery because as it turns out the problem was not in my ankle, but rather caused, once again, from a disc in my vertebrae. After a few months of adjustments, the pain is gone. This is just one example of his great care.

Experiencia negativa: Bought an appointment using a Groupon. Called the day before as I had to reschedule due to a family emergency. Apparently this was an hour past their 24 deadline and they considered me a no show and redeemed the Groupon without my knowledge. This was never discussed on the initial phone call, nor on the 2nd call where I informed them of the rescheduling. Any company that cares more about $ and not their customers is one I will not ever go to. Buyer beware with this company.
