Experience was OK but the last few minutes before leaving I felt like I didnt get heard and not only that but ashamed for even asking more info about adhd and how can one get diagnosed and if they do it here. My doctor said, "Let me ask my manager." When he came back, he came in with his manager barging in, and asked, "You said you can't concentrate? Can you not remember?" No I can't. -explains why- "Then you need to try harder or use a planner." "Do you exercise? How's your diet? Maybe the junk food is not letting you concentrate, try exercising. Did you graduate high school?" Yes, but I barely pass because I couldn't concentrate. "Oh, then you don't have adhd because you graduated from high school." "Oh, Did something bad happen to you recently?" Yes, but I had my symptoms since childhood. "Maybe you have depression, but definitely not adhd because you pass high school." I just said ok whatever, at the moment, and after she left, I left home disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Today I want for cleaning my teeth I didn’t know that I was due a X-ray before cleaning my tooth and in my chart it didn’t say any thing about that , I sit in the waiting area and here ever thing that was discussing about me , yes I know because I herd my name, and that I canceled and I did not reschedule so I can’t do it today, I didn’t have no appointment for X-ray . Instead of come out to me and say this is what happened we’re sorry this is what happen sorry we need to do this before , you sit and discuss it do loud That I could say in the waiting area and herd then comes out with a big plastic smile on you face and yes I was told I have a appointment for one pm and I should be there for 12:45 and when I get their it was close for lunch .special thanks to Maria who take the time to explain to me what was going on which is no fault of mine I only show for cleaning my tooth

Experiencia fantástica: When going into the clinic, I felt immediately at ease as Arielle was able to assist me in not only getting set up with health care needs the first time but second time already even remembered me as rapport was built. I felt finally a person in the field that cares instead of always being brushed off and rushed. If everyone else can be trained to be like Arielle, it would make healthcare have a better reputation. It took a lot for me to even make an appt as no one likes to go to the doctors but she has definitely made it so much nicer! Hire more people like her!

Experiencia negativa: Sadly, I moved from another state and sought medical care here. Everything was fine until the doctor I was seeing left the practice to move out of state. Someone changed communication settings in mychart. I started missing appointments and messages. The provider wasn’t available for my appointment on 4/12. I rescheduled for telemedicine on the 18th but it was an in office appointment. I called 30 minutes after this appointment to see what was going on and I was told it wasn’t scheduled for telemedicine. They had the nerve to go in mychart and leave “notes and remarks”. At this point all I can say is this place is about money and greed. If you want to make comments in mychart also comment that you are incompetent to treat me like a human! This is a really sad place to seek treatment. Best of luck, they created other situations for me with medical care that make me really sad now.

Experiencia negativa: Watch out if you are transgender. I have been taking a total of 8mg a day of Estradiol (Estrace). Then I see this PA Connor J McIntyre for the first time, he runs labs and saw that my estrogen levels were over 600. Now he wants to lower my dose to only 4 mg total a day. So ladies if your looking for serious transformation and breast growth, stear clear of Connor. He is clearly not an endocrinologist and is in the dark for MTF transgender hormones regime.

Experiencia negativa: In the years I have been going there, I have never once seen an actual doctor. They have no overall quality of care, and even the PA you're assigned to drop like flies and there's no way to establish any relationship with anyone if you need ACTUAL medical care. I even had to buy my own crutches after 2 years of them dragging their feet. (I need a double hip replacement, mind you). Now, they are refusing to refill life-saving meds because I could not get anyone to reschedule a follow-up after the last PA bailed. It's time to look for a malpractice lawyer and somewhere else to go. I'd rather be sick than deal with these people any longer.

You may get a copay and they screw you over on a well woman's exam and charge your insurance wrong and still don't get it right after you fight it. Stay away from this company. Experiencia negativa: I had Severe Shingles REQUESTED A PRIMARY CARE M.D AND INFECTIOUS DISEASE M.D. I WAS ASSIGNED A PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT KORTNI JONES. SHE TOOK OVER 3 1/2 WEEKS TO GET A CERVICAL AND A THORACIC MRI APPROVED. ANY MEDICAL DOCTOR WOULD HAVE KNOWN TO GET ME REFERRED TO AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON. THEY ARE NEVER QUESTIONED BY INSURANCE. SHE NEVER WOULD LISTEN. AND HER PARTING WORDS WERE GOOD LUCK GETTING SHOULDER REPLACEMENT SURGERY APPROVED. I DID BY GOING TO AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON. HER DELAYS IN GETTING MY NERVE DAMAGE STOPPED CAUSED MY BODY TO IMPLODE. SHE NEVER EVEN CHECKED TO SEE THAT I HAD A COMPRESSED ULNAR NERVE IN MY LEFT HAND. SHE WOULD NEVER LISTEN AND IF YOU TRIED TO TELL HER WHAT WAS WRONG OR NEEDED TO BE DONE. SHE TOLD ME I HAD TO MUCH TIME TO THINK. SHE ACTUALLY PUT HER HAND TO THE SIDE OF HER FACE SO I COULD NOT QUESTION HER. BECAUSE OF HER INABILITY TO CORRECTLY DIAGNOSE I HAVE NERVE DAMAGE STILL IN LEFT HAND. HAVE HAD TO HAVE 3 LEVEL CERVICAL CAGING, REV TOTAL RIGHT SHOULDER JOINT REPLACED. NOW AM GETTING TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT. HAVE HAD TOP SURGEON'S NOW TRYING TO REPAIR WHAT HER DELAYS CAUSED NERVE AND BONE DAMAGE. ALSO LOST USE OF BOTH ARMS. A PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT SHOULD FIRST LISTEN TO THE PATIENT NOT THEIR EGO.

Experiencia positiva: Anytime I go to an appointment at Valleywise it has always been great for any medical to me it's not like most places you see your doctor the Nurses are super and the front desk always so polite and helpful never have I been to a medical facility that didnt seem like one wasn't nervous like other doctor visits I don't feel no anxiety at all .

Experiencia negativa: I recently moved to Arizona scheduled a new patient appointment at this doctor this office. I got a call the morning of that my dr wouldn’t be in that day and rescheduled for three weeks after my original appointment. Then got another call that day that my doctor will it be in and rescheduled for a week after. Finally got to my appointment and explain to my doctor that The prescription I’ve been on every day for the last three years was about to run out. She wanted to do bloodwork before she prescribed it (which makes sense) So we do bloodwork and I come back for another appointment two weeks later. I explained to her in that appointment that my prescription had now run out. She makes it high priority and Sends it to my pharmacy. Insurance denies it because it’s namebrand so I send a message explaining that I need a non-name brand version for insurance to cover. After going back-and-forth with the doctors assistant I continuously explain I need a non-name brand and give them the Non name brand my insurance will cover. It’s been a while and the office keeps telling me they’ll make it high-priority but they can’t seem to figure out how to change the prescription to no-name brand or get a hold of the doctor. So if you’ve been on medication for a while and it’s some thing you depend on I would highly recommend not coming here because it turns into a game of telephone with everyone in the office. And you will never be updated on the situation.

The can still be a bit stuck on their old ways of doing things which was not patient oriented whatsoever and still have some improvements to make. I get the impression when I cone here that the patients are a problem that needs to be fixed. In actuality we are the ones paying you for services and the dates times and availability of those services need to reflect the needs of the patient rather than the other way around. I understand maximizing appointment times and get as many patients in the door as possible. However your policies of cramming in every open slot isn't the best as there should be some slots unfilled as the day is unpredictable. Retaliation against your patients is never a smart tact to take as that could land you in some hot water so to speak. Because a patient is late or misses appointments is no reason to retaliate if it is then you are in the wrong business and we are are going to the wrong providerm

Uneducated unskilled staff befoul even eliminate communications with impunity with no accountability. Dangerous for patients. Abusive medical neglect. Endangerment.

Experiencia positiva: A comprehensive clinic that address LGBTQ+ health issues. For a public hospital, I find them to be efficient, compassionate and considerate. They work to maximize your Healthcare benefits which is impressive given the volume they serve. The mobile app platform they use is fairly robust but certainly leaves much to be desired. This is particularly true of their appointment setting where I wish the rescheduling functions were better. Simply out, I trust them to have my best interest in mind. Bottom line, when I found out I had a serious health issue, I chose Valleywise and have yet to regret the decision. They addressed the person and not my illness and covered my health concern comprehensively.

Just got my attention when I call for answers for an general e mail address (base e-mail conmutator) and they do not provide any.

I am always treated with great care, smiling faces, and people that genuinely care about my health and that I have everything I need to do so. They always ask great questions and verify that everything is in order in regards to records, and my insurance. A special shout out to Elizabeth who went the extra mile to make sure my records, info and insurance was all in order. She made phone calls on my behalf so I could leave there, worry free. Thank you Elizabeth and thank you to the whole team at Valleywise! P.S. I love Dr. Patterson. She is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love the care I receive from Dr. Armstrong. He is compassionate and caring, and he really takes his time with his patients. I never feel as if I have been rushed through, and he always makes sure that all of my issues have been addressed. I would recommend him to anyone that’s looking for an outstanding physician.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst clinic. They advertise that they take walk ins but most days they dont. On other days their doctors call in and they cancel. But if you call stating you are stuck in traffic not only will they make you reschedule after seven minutes they will bill you and not let you be a walk in.

Extensive resources here for those of us living with HIV/AIDS. They offer free STD testing and free educational tool, as well as free supplies to keep one healthy and bug free. You don't necessarily have to be infected to inquire and utilize there services. Dedicated staff and volunteers can guide you in the right direction no matter what you may seeking services for. Packed with resources and education this place is a diamond i think every city in America should have!!! A++++++

There is also a specialty pharmacy and a dentist's office on site. Every person working here from Doctors to the volunteers are the nicest most positive happy spirited professionals I've ever had the pleasure to know. Fyi... I'm a patient here.

I would only be able to complete paperwork and labs. This was disappointing, as I very much need the services they provide. My next appointment isn't for another week. I received a call from Dr. Hartman, apparently some of my labs came back indicating concern. I was impressed that he called so quickly and not a nurse or MA. This alone was impressive.
