Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend Dr. Reza Hashemipour. He served little to no help for my needs. I had a paralyzed esophagus and needed to change my peg tube. Before changing my peg tube he read the instructions in front of me on how to do it, then proceeded to make multiple errors with setting it in place. He put the wrong one in and then put the correct one in improperly. It was extremely painful and chaotic. Then he had to put me under for him to do it correctly when he described the operation as a "5 minute replacement". I refused to finish my process with him and sought help elsewhere.

Nurse Crystal Lubis and Nutritionist Katelyn Metz eased my fears from Day 1. They listened to my concerns and offered solutions to help me reach my weight loss goals. With their coaching, through check-ins and telemed appointments, as of November 2024, I’ve lost over 50 pounds! I’ve drastically improved my overall physical & mental health. And as a result I’ve altered my relationship with food. I highly recommend Digestive Care Specialists!

They are caring, compassionate, very professional and knowledgeable. Doctor Charbel takes his time. He is not like most doctors I have encountered who send their staff in to get all the information and then come in. He wanted to obtain as much information for himself as possible to better understand what I was dealing with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who ask me.

They contacted my insurance company and arranged everything for me, and I was able to start on Ozempic! They meet with me refularly to discuss nutrition, exercise, and any physical side effects.
