Experiencia negativa: This rating is a one time, "You dropped the ball big time," review. Me and my client are both patients at WVH and both of us are very pleased, but not Thanksgiving night. My client, with my assistance, needed to reach on call services to speak to on call physician regarding a vital medication issue. The pharmacist involved advised to obtain information from WVH. We started calling at 6:30 pm Thanksgiving day, 509 907 6300 left two separate numbers for call back was on HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR with no person coming on the line to assist. As of 9:30 pm we had not heard from anyone associated with WVH. Not ok.

It is a large and modern building, all rooms are very clean, the staff are courteous and professional, and services are prompt. Dr Whitney Hale showed concern, answered my questions, and was very thorough during my visit. I am fairly new in the area and am glad I found this place.

Experiencia negativa: I just delivered a beautiful baby girl on 9/14/24 and she had her first well child check on 9/17/24 with Dr. Wardrop in West Valley family Medicine FWC. This was such an uncomfortable experience for myself, husband and our baby girl. For the title he holds he seemed really unprofessional, careless, sarcastic and rude. I don’t want to give every detail because it is something I need to discuss with someone high in management there at the clinic. I will say this, I immediately called a different clinic to move my children over. I do not want to see this Dr ever again.

Experiencia negativa: ALL I can really say is , NEVER IS IT OKAY TO KEEP A PAITIENT WAITING AN HOUR AND HALF TO SEE THE DOCTOR ! when an appt is made , it is not unreasonable to expect to be seen in a timely manner. This type of service is something you expect at the ER . At check in, if they are running behind , you should be imformed and given the option to reschedule if you are not willing or can not wait more the 30 min.

Experiencia negativa: Una experiencing muy mala ami baby de 2 años casi le destruyen la vena en el laboratorio lo agarraron entre 3 viejas y aparte la Abuja se le retorcio en la vena y la vieha todavia quería scarlet sangre cuando vio que no salia le seguia subcionando hasta que les grite ya basta, esa mujer no save sacan sangre agarraba la mariposa desde lejos el cable quedaba colgando y para eso ocupo mas gente k le ayudara aparte se estaban riendo cuando se salieron del cuarto y mujer que le saco la sangre asi respiraciones como si no se pudiera controlar ella no save estoy pensando agarrarme un abogado por todo lo sucedido mi baby quedo traumatizado aparte que ami me dio un dolor de cabeza k casi me meta y todo por la imprecion de ver como lo trataron y lo k le hicieron

I’d also recommend Sara Warr , I would see her during a couple of my visits when my doctor wasn’t available and she was great as well. I know some ladies like to stick strictly to their main providers but seeing both of them when I needed were great experiences.

Amy Turner is our family provider, & she is just AMAZING she always has a smile on her face, and listens carefully to every concern. She addresses everything you need and gives that reassurance. Lupe is so sweet :) Manny up front very nice. Very flexible with saturday appts and evening same days. The pharmacists algo go above & beyond as well. Chris knew i would be at an appt with me & my kiddos & he went to find us at our room to give me my kids medications before closing! Shout out to also Santos & Luis, very kind & professional. I'm always recommending Farm Workers. !!

Experiencia negativa: I would recommend a smaller clinic this one is too full and booking is Terrible if you don’t have fully open availability. They will work with you but it’s not easy worst booking experience throughout my entire pregnancy and I only received 2 ultrasounds. This clinic is to over worked w little doctors atleast in the women’s health part and the children’s as well can’t get seen unless it’s minimum one to two months out. The scheduling staff also tried to schedule me in at 38 weeks when I was barely 34 when I was supposed be seen weekly at that point I just kindly told her no and hung up. The staff is nice MAs are nice nurses are nice but they need more help if there going to be accepting such a large volume of patients it’s ridiculous I will not go here if I have another pregnancy.

My only problem is every time I schedule an appointment with provider Baptiste I have to wait over an hour to get my daughter seen. This last occasion I had to walk out because my baby was being too fuzzy after waiting 1 hour for her. I walk out of the room and she's standing there talking and I let her know we're leaving because my baby is annoyed and she smirked and said "ok"...I understand we all get busy but be a little more professional we all have busy life's we need to get too.

Experiencia negativa: Provider Baptise, lacked bedside manners, told my teen he didn’t need a chiropractor because he’s too young. Which in my opinion is not true, my children see the chiropractor since they were toddlers. Throughout the entire appointment she was completely dismissive, rude when my teen expressed his concers. She lacks empathy. I’ve never had an issue with the providers at this clinic. This is the first time we’ve walked out of the clinic feeling like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. The provider would ask my teen questions about his health and then ask my husband the same questions, dismissing my teens responses.

He has helped me through several massive life changes including in mental collapse and cancer. I don't know what I would do without him, if he moved to Cuba I would probably move too.

It'd been a rough work week and I was a bit on edge. Not only was I able to pick up my script, but the pharmacists mannerism completely put me at ease. The staff there may have their moments; however, I have never witnessed anything short of professionalism.
