Experiencia negativa: Angry, disappointed, frustrated. To be clear this is in regards to business operation and customer service. I did not get to experience treatments. I drove over an hour for a consultation. I arrived early for my appt and was greeted warmly by Michelle. She informed me there would be a very long wait. When I asked how long she couldn’t tell me exactly. There were 2 people in the waiting room and when I pressed she said it could be anywhere from an hour to 3 hours. I said this was completely unacceptable, why wasn’t I called or at least given the option to reschedule? Then I asked if she could call or text me when it was my turn so I could at least go get some coffee or a bite to eat. Her response was no. She said if I wanted to text or upload pictures of my body then someone could call me to talk to me over the phone another time. So I got in my car and drove over an hour home. Complete waist of my workday. I will not be using this company or recommending their services. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review and it’s not something I like to do, but hope this is a teachable moment.

I have a high tolerance for pain but I literally felt like I was being sawed in half . A year later and I’m not happy with my results . I should have listened to my instincts and went else where .
