Thanks to my trainer's fitness passion and knowledge I have lost over 20lbs, 12%body, and have accomplished other fitness goals including bikini competitions. I noticed some catty drama, but it can be expected when you only train with women. They have great transformation stories and results, and it is a great place for those who enjoy it! Personally, I would rather be with my current gym and trainer, and I feel more welcomed there.

Experiencia negativa: I initially signed up for the online zoom classes but due to my work schedule I was not able to meet at the times they were held. After reading the cancellation policy, it said I had to send a signed request in order to cancel my subscription. I received an automated email saying they would get back to me about the matter. No one ever got back to me. Two months later I am still getting charged BUT I am no longer receiving the email receipts that I was getting when it charged me monthly. So no more emails with my subscription invoice but I was still getting charged. I tried to go in person but for some reason the address on file takes you to a shopping strip with NO GYM. Both representatives that I talked to on the phone told me it was at this location. But as I am standing at this location the business is definitely not here. Unfortunately it looks like this place is most likely a scam and I am cautioning others to not purchase anything from them or subscribe to anything because they will not be available to cancel. Also the representatives said they were not able to cancel my subscription but they “sent my information to someone who can” They are most likely in on the scam as well. Currently trying to have my bank dispute charges. If that is not possible my next steps will be legal action.

Experiencia negativa: I have been trying to cancel my subscription with these guys for the past few months!! I don’t know why it is saying I have to cancel through PayPal, I don’t have a PayPal account. I tried creating one but still was not able to cancel my subscription!! I have called and was assured by a male employee that he was going to cancel my subscription but DID NOT!! Before I called I emailed them, NO RESPONSE!! When I noticed I was still being charged, I tried calling again, NO ANSWER. I’ve emailed MULTIPLE TIMES, STILL NO ANSWER!! AND I AM STILL PAYING FOR THIS SUBSCRIPTION!! IF A REP OR EMPLOYEE IS READING THIS, PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!!! It is under Dorothy Tito. I’m not gonna ask for refunds even though I should, I just want you to stop billing me!!!!! If I could rate these guys, it would be a -5 star rating.

I did my research, became excited after reading the reviewing and even more excited when I saw a 5am class was available. I called & left a message w/ the answering service as well as sent an email. Everyone is busy, but I am motivated to start working out again - so after several days of no response I decided to go to the 5am class & get my questions answered and sign up! This is when things started taking a turn... the "challenge" is what is offered at 5am & the "challenge" was on it's last week! Still hopeful & excited about working out again, I was giving a tour and a peak of the class going on. I was told that the 5am "challenge" class may or may not be offered, but she would confirm and let me know. The receptionist followed up with good news!!! The 5am class was going to be open to all, however I couldn't find a place to register or pay. I asked for further instruction. Finally received the link, I paid and I showed up for the 5am class. Eager to get started I was stop at the front door. I was asked did I register for the class? I responded, I didn't know about any type of registration. I was not prompted to create a password nor download an app. I paid $350 as she suggested for the 5am class! I showed a screen shot of my recepit. As patrons continue to enter and go to class I asked is this something that can be discussed AFTER class? Remember this is all happening at 5am on the first day... it was something just about every morning with the check in process or the instructor being late and I also realized I need more than 3 excerises to keep my interest. I was then told all other kinks or problems must now be sent to the administrator via email. I was okay with that, but I received an automated email back that said thanks for contacting us but please allow 3-4 days for a response. No problem. At least I thought it wasn't a problem until I went the next day to the 5am class & I was told I couldn't not participate! REMEMBER, It's 5am! I have paid my money, downloaded the app, registered for the class through the app 48 hours prior & signed the waiver, but because my account is flagged on their end and I haven't received a response from the administrator via email I was told I couldn't work out!! By now this was to much back and forth at 5am! I simply asked for a refund of the remainder sessions and to cancel my membership! Reggie C Fitness maybe great for someone else, but not for me...

So I tried it out one Monday and enjoyed it so much I now try to hop on at least twice a week. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Before I moved to Houston (from Florida) last October I found Reggie C Fitness through Instagram and was so impressed with what I saw. The amount of women who have transformed was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. What made it real was when I met the women on the page and saw that it was real. My second day in Houston, I IMMEDIATELY joined this gym. It was one of the BEST decisions I could have ever made. I was so thankful God led me here. Reggie and his wife are so personable and welcoming. I joined one of their weight loss programs and dropped over 30 lbs. I’ve since joined their 90 Program and am now doing personal training. Almost a year later and I’m STILL enrolled today. I’m excited to continue my journey here. The atmosphere is unlike any gym or fitness program I’ve ever joined. Hands down this is the best gym you could be a part of. It’s worth EVERY dime. What I love the most is the community they’ve created and the atmosphere for you to achieve results you’ve never had. Body goals are ACHIEVED here and it’s due to the programs and people he has in place. Reggie and his staff have a passion for what they does and it’s evident. I can’t express enough the importance of this gym. He HAS THE BEST GYM IN THIS STATE! JOIN TOOOODDAAYYYY!!! You won’t regret it!

I really appreciate his class because, because of Covid, I'm not back at the gym and now that we've lost daylight, I can't get out for my 5:30 a.m run. Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of this gym since last November. I really love it here! They have done an amazing job transitioning to virtual classes. They even went above and beyond to loan members equipment at the start of the pandemic so that we can get as much of the full experience as possible. There are now options to attend classes safely while practicing social distancing which I hope to get back to soon. Not to mention the livestreams that you can catch 3 times a week on IG and Facebook for all who would like to give it a try. I really am grateful to ALL of the staff - Reggie and the coaches, for working so hard and keeping everyone uplifted during such uncertain times.

The classes are very fun and energetic with a fire playlist. This workouts never disappoint and I love the transformation my body is experiencing. Check them out, you'll love them too!

Experiencia fantástica: Joining Reggie C Fitness was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. The atmosphere is fun, the coaches are wonderful and they are very informative. Workouts are great and it truly feels like a family. Truly motivating!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: RCFitness is a wonderful community of women working to live a Fit & Healthy lifestyle. Reggie and the trainers are truly invested in helping you achieve your fitness goals. While I truly miss being on site, but the FB and IG classes are awesome!!
