Experiencia fantástica: This place is great!! Went in with a combination of numbness in my shoulder blade and connected pain all the way to my elbow. The pain was 24/7 and was extremely hard to sleep. Ibuprofen and the usual stuff wouldn't touch the pain. It was so bad I couldn't even concentrate enough to complete the sign in paperwork at the Drs office. The receptionist was nice enough to help. I felt helpless. After a couple weeks, the extreme pain was gone and was sleeping so much better. Now it's been a another 4 weeks and I feel great. Very flexible on scheduling so it makes it easy to go. I'll recommend to all my friends!!

Experiencia negativa: I'm willing to revise this review if there were extenuating circumstances. Here's what happened from my side: I scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday. Lynette called on the day to let me know that the doctor was going to be out of the office (I assumed sick/family emergency) and rescheduled me for that Friday. I arrived for the appointment and found the front door locked. I thought perhaps this was a security/COVID thing, so I called the phone number on their door sign. After listening to their automated message, it went straight to voicemail. I tried again. I then noticed that the office was dark; no one was there. I called again and left a message letting them know I had shown up, how I found the office, etc. It is one week later and I haven't heard back.
