A lot of guys won't take the time to take care of their grooming, though I am straight I think grooming and taking care of oneself transcends gender and orientation. I was nervous at first, but from the first visit onward they've been nothing but consummate professionals. I think some of the techs are newer than others, but everyone's good in general. Lindsay is usually who I've met with; she's got a great personality, fun to talk to, and knows what she's doing. I've also interacted with Shawna and Christiana who are super cool to talk to. No matter what I think Skin Tight will have your best interests at heart.

Experiencia negativa: Don't sign up for their financing option. Skin Tight Med Spa does not explain the details to you. I had a bad medical experience after only one treatment, expressed my concern, and have not heard back from them. I have called to talk to a manager several times since 8/9/24, and no one has returned my call. They sound nice on the phone (actually, they were in dispute with another client on the phone when I was there) and in person until you sign that contract under duress, which they don't thoroughly explain to you. It's a nasty business, and it looks pretty scamish to pay for services you are not receiving. I reported them to BBB and Atty General!

Laura, as well as the other person who was at the receptionist desk, are both incredibly knowledgeable (I will edit this post as soon as I find out her name). They have been giving me really great recommendations for my skin concerns. I highly recommend Skin Tight MedSpa for any of their available treatments!! I've been going to them for several years, as I used to go to their Acton location. They have the absolute best prices, best technology available for laser hair removal, and an incredible team of talented professionals.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid them, they are incompetent and dishonest! Please read this before you waste your money and time. -- A few hour after signing their laser hair removal agreement, I figured out that it's against MA consumer law. I tried to talk to them about this but they avoided me, so I disputed the charge. -- Later they called and asked me to cancel the dispute and promised a change in the agreement. -- I canceled the dispute and gave them a letter from my bank that the money is paid. -- Now they claim they didn't receive the money and refuse me the service. The issue is going on since Feb 2024. If they resolve the issue I'll change this review. Until then I strongly suggest to avoid this place. Update Oct 2024: Do you wonder why their "bad" reviews disappear? They told me to take this review down, otherwise they won't talk to me and the issue stays unresolved. Update, Dec 2024: The issue was resolved without their help, a year of wasting time and energy.

Experiencia negativa: Sometimes they are rude or bipolar, I don’t know how to describe them. Maybe mad because they don’t sell a lot of packages and they don’t get enough commissions, How they can sell packages when they are like that . I do not recommend this place if you want to get laser hair removal, they are always in a rush because they have to fit other clients. I had 8 laser sessions and I have parts where the laser was never placed. My sister, who has serious problems with ingrown and thicker hair, went to another place to get the same service and she had great results like baby skin after eight sessions, like me, her results are to be admired.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased a groupon package for coolsculpting that was $1,000. I have a lot of saggy skin from weight loss and aging. So I wanted to have my thighs worked on. When I went in for the first time, the MedSpa Manager took me in a room, looked at my legs, and told me that emsculpt was the way to go. She asked me to return my groupon pacakge and to purchase a emsculpt package for over $4,000 at this spa. I did so. After about 7 sessions, I noticed there was absolutely no improvement on my legs. I was devastated and couln't believe I was conned into spending so much money. Please be careful with this place. I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I have and to be out such a huge sum of money.

The company is lucky to have her because she is knowledgeable and she communicates with spontaneity and care to the patients. I will definitely come back and I will ask for Christiana.

Barbara was attentive to my concerns about my progress during my last visit and was kind enough to add a few extra treatments. Laura did my treatment today and was mindful of my pain level which was very much appreciated. She did a great job. I cannot say I have had a bad experience. Everyone is very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment over the phone for which they took a deposit (free consultation?). The day of the appointment they text to cancel due to a call out. I was told that they would not return my deposit for the appointment THEY canceled and that I could only reschedule. It is not convenient for me to reschedule. The receptionist informed me that she would pass along my information to the office manager and they would call. I have not heard back from anyone. I emailed the location and no one has returned my email. With that kind of customer service why would I ever want to schedule an appointment with this company? I paid a deposit for an appointment on that day at that time. I would not have made the appointment if I had known it could not have been at that time. I’m very disappointed by this experience

Experiencia negativa: I am reposting my review because I was told I would get a refund if I delete my previous review. They played and lied to me for months now. They even sent me a check with NO FUNDS. How much more deceiving this place be? Never heard of a business who does that. Back in Jan 2023 I purchase a whole face hair removal laser treatment, and I also got a Morpheus8 that didn’t do anything to my scars or my face. (I purchased both treatments the same day) 1. My experience with Morpheus8: was traumatizing by the pain, they are supposed to pause if the pain is uncontrollable. I remember my whole body shaking and my eyes watering during the procedure. (My body was in total shock, involuntary movements) The girl who did it made me bleed so badly, I had so many scars in my face for weeks. Instead of helping it made my skin worse. 2. I went for my first face Laser treatment and the girl who did it, was done in less than 5 mints. I suffer from PCOS so I know it will take time to get all my skin. Well you guest it, I had hair patches in random areas of my face. Extremely unprofessional. So I kept rescheduling because my gut feeling told me to not get treatment there. Until I finally decided to give them another chance. I am a busy person, I missed the appt and they tried to charge me 50$ to reschedule when I had a flat tire in NH. The lady who answer my call was EXTREMELY rude and entitled. That’s when I decided to not continue getting treatments and I wanted my refund. * Reasons why? I think they don’t care about their customers. Why would I want to put my skin in someone’s hands that don’t care about nothing else but money. Not my pain, not my results or my health. Find a better place where they will care about you genuinely. And where they won’t deceive you. If you want cancer or some bacterial infection work with careless people. Health comes first, before their fancy looking place. Money is the root of all evil. Don’t play with your customers lives.
