I have been to several chiropractors in the past, and Hill Country Physical Medicine is awesome. Excellent, efficient, friendly staff. Dr. Sid Moreno is fantastic - a careful listener, experienced and excellent at diagnosing the problem, a strong guy who can handle big patients and yet is gentle, and he gives you the information and advice you need for taking better care of yourself as well. Adjustment was followed by a few minutes of physical therapy. After a week in pain, one visit and I am feeling MUCH better. Thanks Dr. Sid and the staff at Hill Country Physical Medicine!

I was EXTREEEMELY pleased that Dr Sid took enough time w me to discuss my EXPLICITLY DETAILED PHYSICAL HISTORY that spans 53+ years w me. I am also EXTREEEMELY impressed w Cariann, who has understood my legally deaf status & has taken the time & attention to detail required in TEXTING me rather than trying to put me through telephone calls that are difficult for me. I was EARLY for my appointment & was PROMPTLY attended to the moment I walked in. Dr Sid & I discussed my extensive medical history & I was impressed & pleased w the fact that although we cannot do an adjustment until he has my PCP medical records & a referral for his services, he did not let me leave in pain. Speaking as someone who is in unyielding 24/7/365 PAIN, THAT SPOKE VOLUMES FOR HIS ABILITY TO EMPATHIZE W MY PAIN!!! He put me on a table w a massager that stretched & loosened my spine & the muscles on both sides of it. I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL FOR THAT RELIEF & PRAY IT IS INCLUDED IN EVERY VISIT. ON YOUR RATING SCALE OF 1 BEING POOR & 5 BEING THE BEST POSSIBLE SCORE, I MOST HAPPILY RATED YOUR DOCTOR SID & CARIANN @ 5 FOR EACH OF THEM. The staff and doctors do not have any intention of providing you with a true diagnosis for your condition and instead choose to focus on arbitrary aspects of your body such as nutrition or dehydration. They chiropractic care you will receive is pathetic. They will take you in, pop your back twice, put you one a message bed and call it medical rehabilitation. For reference, I am very fit and physically active. I assume my pain is likely the result of a sports related injury, yet the staff paid no attention to my concerns or input about my condition. Instead, the doctors chose to focus of my two broken collar bones and how they are slightly asymmetrical, completely ignoring my complaints of middle and lower back pain. The imaging I received was equally disappointing. The doctors were not interested in providing me with a referral for an MRI so that my back could be further investigated. The doctors were content with the inconclusive x-ray that I received from their office. These people have no interest in helping you, they only want your money.
