I went to Goshorn Chiropractic for weekly shockwave therapy as a last resort before considering surgery. I diligently did all recommended exercises with six weeks of shockwave and what a difference!! I can't say enough positive things. I am so much better, able to walk distances and stand in line at the grocery store again. I'm very thankful and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: It's been a few years since I've been in to see Dr Goshorn, after retirement the lack of sitting most of the day has probably made my back happy. The last few months I've had lots of shoulder pain that was getting worse, which I mostly noticed when playing volleyball and sleeping on my left side. I thought my next step would be to see an orthopedic specialist, but I decided to try out chiropractic first. Dr Goshorn was unavailable, so I saw Dr Romano instead. He spent a lot of time on my shoulder, and while some of it was not real pleasant I was amazed that the majority of my shoulder pain was gone right away, which I especially noticed when playing volleyball and pickleball later in the day. A day later things seem great still, not perfect, but I'll be returning again in a few days.

After 4 visits, I was able to walk on the beach for an hour everyday while on vacation. This therapy has been a lifesaver for me!

From the moment I entered the treatment room I realized I was in the right place, with a caring practitioner, and a soothing atmosphere. Receiving acupuncture itself was not painful at all, and in fact, after the needles were inserted, and I had time alone in the room, I managed to practice a 20 minute meditation. I left my appointment feeling encouraged that I would finally be able to achieve relief from my pain. I will be continuing my treatment there and look forward to my next appointment.

Experiencia negativa: I contacted this office after a motor vehicle accident seeking chiropractic services. The woman I spoke to asked how soon I needed to be seen and of course I said ASAP as I was in a lot of pain. She took my information and said the office manager would contact me the next day. I called near the end of the next day and was told they had my info but the person who contacts no-fault insurance for authorization wasn’t in today, they’d call me ASAP next day to schedule. Never called me back. I wasted several days in pain awaiting their call too before I found a different provider. Not recommended as they don’t seem interested in onboarding new patients (or their administration is a mess). Either way.

One I was folded over and couldn't stand up straight, another I had pulled my neck pretty good and today I had pinched a spot in the middle of my spine. Each of these times, they fit me in that day super last minute and got the issue taken care of. That first instance I wasn't even a patient with them and they still prioritized getting me in and taken care of. Very professional and kind. Today, I can say my quality of life is significantly better than when I started receiving treatment at this practice a couple of years ago. Hands down, the best chiropractic office in the Rochester (Webster) NY area! Not only do they help with my back and neck pain, they address me as a whole person. Dr. Hill has prescribed exercises that have improved my quality of life, my mobility, and reduced my risk of further injury. He has given me advice on exercise equipment, how to set up my workspace, and recommended sources for good nutrition, and lifestyle changes that have dramatically improved my overall health. The goal of the doctors in this practice are geared toward improving their patient’s quality of life to the extent that the patient can reduce how much intervention they actually need. Shouldn’t all medicine work this way?

Dr. Goshorn also has been helping my medically complexed child weekly for about the past two years. I cannot say enough amazing things about him and his staff. Dr. Goshorn was able to stop my son from puking (all day, everyday) and was able to get him to sit unassisted at the age of two! Experiencia fantástica: With just one sesión with Dr. Pierce my pain and discomfort level from my lower back muscle/nerve inflammation has gone from about level 5 on a scale of ten to about level 3. I no longer need over the counter ibuprofen pills, about 600 mg per day down to zero the day of the treatment. Two days after the first session of "adjustment" I was able to clean the house including vacuuming and mopping floors today. I feel fine. Looking forward to two more sessions next week.
