I recently had an order but couldn't make it to the store during business hours. To my surprise, the manager himself went out of his way to personally deliver my products to my home. Experiencia negativa: The store is located next to the gym , which makes it super convenient. The shakes are great and they have great amount of supplements. The reason for the low review is because they don’t really give a welcoming vibe or feeling in the store. Don’t tell you hello or thank you after purchasing, some do but the same people I have seen constantly don’t. As a business owner my self, you always want to make your customers or potential customers feel welcomed and greeted. This is what makes people come back to your business and recommend to others.

Experiencia fantástica: First things first, the owner Chris is a real stand up guy. He definitely cares about his business, and the success of each person that walks in there. The firefighting event was phenomenal, very fun and entertaining. Chris told me that that event is the only one they throw all year and it was executed well. The store itself has anything you could possibly imagine as far as supplements, and to top it all off. They have a smoothie bar, and their own selection of protein ice cream! Thank you Chris for a great event and a wonderful experience in the store!

He was very knowledgeable. In which I loved that. He didn’t just ignore me as some may have. He added to my knowledge of certain things and questions that I had. The last few years this place changed significantly. The staff is not as friendly, don't seem interested in helping out and seemed annoyed if you ask a question. Had not been there in a few months in part because of this reason. I also found a different place where guys actually help you out to find different products and make suggestions. Today I was next door and needed some protein so figure I stopped by. The guy at the counter didn't even acknowledgment my existence (much as it has been the last few times and one of the reasons why I stopped shopping there). I couldn't find what I was looking for so I went to the counter and asked and this guy was totally annoyed by the fact I asked him if they were selling that product and instead of helping me find an alternative since they no longer sold that, he pointed to a wall full of protein and said there's different ones there and went back to his cellphone. I just turned around and left. It's obvious they don't need my business. I just went down the road and spend not only the original $60 for the protein I needed but $150 on suggestions I got from the nice guy down the road. It's ashame. Charged the review to 1 star today. July 18 2023. Original review from 2020 with 5 stars: Awesome place, fair prices. Everyone is always super friendly and willing to help with any questions you have. Chris is the man.

Experiencia fantástica: On February 4, 2020 I went into TFSuppliments for the first time. My experience was the best I’ve ever had after years of going to other nutrition stores. I’m am looking forward to doing future business with TF and highly recommend buying your supplements from TF. The staff is amazing and actually know what they are talking about. Great prices and great customer service. I wish I had known about them a long time ago. If you live in the Spring/Woodlands TX area pay them a visit and support your local small businesses. Keep it local!

Experiencia negativa: Went to ask for help for a person I know , for something that would help them with a tooth infection, ,possibly something that would have nutritional or immune value and the cashier at TF nutrition said Sprouts Vitamin or a Vitamin store on kurkendyal would be better able to help thanTF Nutritional Supplements , Thier was no one in there except the young lady I spoke to and a gentlemen, they were both sitting down when I came in talking to each other, the whole store was empty and they sent me to two different vitamin stores , go figure! They must of been more interested in each other than helping a new customer
