I have repeatedly seen the staff give better customer service to others and then when they assist me, they are totally different. Not sure how many more chances I am willing to take on this place.

I am a 50+ woman, and I’ve been there in great shape and I’ve been there out of shape (the COVID 10) and every time they take time and care and explain to me what I need to do, what I need to eat. Best of all; they are always so positive and encouraging. NOTE: If you want an incentive to get fit or are starting a program, they will do an inbody scan for free. ($100 value) Very fun and motivating. Right now they have a promo for a free hoodie when you buy a couple products, it’s a very cute hoodie too! They don’t put a value on it but I was going to buy a hoodie online and they’re never less than $40. PS- Support small business please! Better than giving Amazon $$ for products that don’t always deliver and are sometimes fakes or expired. The Nutrishop owner is local and also owns the Nutrishop in west Boca.

Ryan was very informative and recommended a tasty protein powder that they let you have a sample of in the store to make sure that you like the flavor before you buy it. Staff for the first time in my life knew what they were talking about, had products I’ve only been able to find online and had a body fat scan. Experiencia negativa: While some of the things that you said in your response are true, everything that I stated was completely true. What you are missing and what I thought was very clearly stated was the fact that I was having additional products basically forced on me and after explaining multiple times that I had already requested that my nephew come to the store to expand his arsenal, the sales pitch just seemed like it was never going to end with the words, What you have chosen is just part of the puzzle. Based on this I will be happy to line by line the entire experience. Upon walking into the store and being greeted by the salesman and the owner who is responding to my review even though he did not personally witness the entire visit, I explained that I was coming to use the InBody and pick up some supplies. By the way folks, I have never walked into a NutriShop that did not have the InBody for free so don’t let the FREE make you feel like you are getting something special here. My experience has shown that they are free at all locations. As the InBody was currently being used I did begin to explain to the salesman that I was picking up supplies for myself and my nephew. I was instantly asked how old he is so it wasn’t like I offered this information. I did however then proceed to explain that he is just beginning and before I could get the question out that I have still yet to ask, I was being pulled down the aisle and having multiple bottles pulled from the shelf and repeatedly told that what I have chosen is just part of that puzzle I mentioned earlier. I said multiple times that I have already instructed my nephew to come in but the sales pitch just wasn’t ending but was yet being directed toward me personally. Here’s the problem with that. What questions did the salesman ask me about my diet? What questions did he ask about other things that I might already be taking? What questions did he ask about things that I may already know that I should stay away from? The answer to all of these questions is, NONE. I was never asked any of these questions but yet being told that I need to purchase these products anyway. What if I was a cancer survivor, you know like my wife and you were forcing something on me filled with soy? Would you have thrown in an extra shaker bottle? Giving a 50% discount on shaker bottles is not the same as giving 3 away for free. It’s called trying to take care of the customer since you are more concerned with stocking expensive products than providing what people are actually asking for. Speaking of the shaker bottles. It was very convenient that this store that has shelves filled with $70.00 bottles of pills but only has high dollar shaker bottles when all I wanted was the simple see thru instead of a solid black bottle that you can’t even see which drink you have inside of it. Oh, but it has a little compartment for keeping those $70.00 pills so I guess that’s where this whole thing ties together. I will sleep well knowing that I have presented the facts of this visit as I was present for the entire thing and the public can make their own assumptions based on what has been explained. Public, enter at your own risk but remember you have been warned.

Excellent products, and even better staff. Chris was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help based on my needs; not what he was needing to sell. In addition, Chris garunteed to beat any price even online. They also have new designed custom shirts every month which is really cool. And to top it all off, they have a very accurate and FREE body composition reader that you can use consistently to track your progress. Honestly, this was the best experience ever being in a vitamin/supplement shop. They also have really cool clothes (small selection in store but really good stuff and you can order your size). Now to put these supps to good use!!! I’m fired up and motivated!! Thanks Chris and staff.

It has been four years of education, commitment, and success with Evan and Shane at Nutra Shop! When I met you guys I was 60 pounds over weight, complaining of arthritis, but determined to lose the 33% body fat stranger who is not me but who snuck up on me and wrestled away my identity for a short while. Sorry for the metaphors. Now at 20% body fat, energy restored, discipline restored, and what I must eat to maintain my efforts clarified, I can truthfully say you guys are more important in my health than any doctor I’ve ever seen, any nutritionist, any training or trainer. To put it plainly, knowledge is not power. Applied knowledge used to achieve actionable results is powerful! No guessing! No wishing!! Just good old fashioned reliable science that works!!!
