Experiencia fantástica: I had to go in for a a repeat mammogram. I, unfortunately, don't recall the name of the technician that worked with me but she was young and very supportive. She made sure that I was comfortable the whole way through. I hope when I go back that I have her again. Thank you Phelps!

Experiencia fantástica: They were absolutely amazing. Made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Even joked with my husband and I. Lisa was my RN, she deserves a huge raise. She started my IV, she gave me a shot to numb it for the IV, but I don’t think she would have even needed it, she’s that good. She deserves a huge raise and the Daisy award!!! Hands down the best- no comparison.

Experiencia fantástica: Due to arthritis in my wrist, I was seen to receive an injection. Everything was explained completely and injection performed. Afterwards, post procedure care was explained! We have the best medical care available right here at PMHC! We are truly blessed!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was very friendly from check in to check out. They were professional and willing to meet my needs and concerns. I don't know what I could have asked them to do better. My wife and I even got a free breakfast voucher when I left the hospital that morning and the food was excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: I had blood drawn. Brandie was fantastic. I’m not an easy blood draw. Many have to go to a smaller needle and draw from my hand. She got me in one poke. Jaci was awesome and Dr. Cloud answered all my questions.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience! Starting Tuesday afternoon when I called to make my 7 year old daughter an appt at PMG for the next day, to our ER experience! When I called to make my daughter’s appointment Tia’s senses started tingling and she put me on hold to talk to a nurse just in case they wanted to see her sooner, due to her symptoms. Marla calmly talked to me and explained that if her o2 levels went any lower I needed to seek immediate medical care. We monitored at home and then we decided to head to the ER, Nicole listened to her symptoms and got her all settled before talking to the provider who decided to do a chest X-ray as soon as they could. Brandy was GREAT! She noticed my daughter was nervous to go get her X-ray without me, and asked her if she wanted me to go as well, which helped ease her anxiety a little! (And she got to ride in a wheelchair for the first time, which she LOVED) Tiffany did a good job making my daughter feel comfortable with the medication she was getting, by asking her if she wanted liquid or a pill. I love that she gave her the options for a med that will help her in a form that best fits HER! All in all, the team was great and the care was great!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had my mom and dad at Phelps Memorial Onocology Dept. They were so personable. Could say like family. The care they received was excellent. Staff members genuinely care about your family. Sadly mom passed, but dad is still going and is receiving the best care. Highly recommend this facility.

I haven’t been too happy with Lexington Regional for awhile now but just kept going there because I didn’t know any different until I was referred to Phelps Memorial and the difference is amazing and I will be finding a family doctor in Holdrege. Experiencia fantástica: The two women that were doing CT scans today (8/02/24) were so amazing!!! They made sure I was comfortable as I could be during the scan, as I have broken ribs and kidney stones. They were so nice and got the test done quickly.

Experiencia positiva: The Spine center may be ok if you have a minor problem but if you have a complex spinal cord issue they can not help you, they are very nice folks but i wasted my time and theres, my primary care sent me to them.

I used to start the day with Tylenol and ibuprofen cocktail which helped some with the pain I was living with. But thanks to your fantastic care I am pain free in my back. Such a blessing.
