Experiencia negativa: I never write reviews but I had to come on here and write a review, if I could give 0 stars i would. I made an order for 14 meals, I had gotten an email stating my meals were delivered on Sunday but I never received any meals. I called the company and they told me they would call me back on 30 minutes, I waited and I never got a call back. I called again the next day 3 times and each time they told me the same thing. Nothing was resolved and I ended up having to make a dispute on my card. This place is a scam.

Experiencia fantástica: Spartan and legacy fit has been a major life. Changer. I am down 32 lbs and I have been enjoying the entire process becausse of how delicious the meals are. Thee staff is super friendly and always happy to answer any questions I have.

Experiencia fantástica: On my 2nd week of the gainer plan 5 day a week meals...the food is delicious and I have tried other services and this is good. And its offered at a fair price in my opinion. Fresh, good flavors and meals I want to eat. Wish they delivered nationwide, specifically Socal so I could continue when I go back West. Sometimes I eat 4 of these meals during the day!

I never got my order no one ever answers the phone and to drive to the miami address on line and finding out there is not even a kitchen in this place! I have been scammed!

Experiencia negativa: I signed up for a 30-day challenge. The promo said that I would be able to pick my meals each week (false), that I would receive the meals every Sunday (false), that I would receive a free air fryer with my order (FALSE). I have never felt so scammed by a company in my life. Not only did I not get to pick my meals, but they sent the same bland selections every week even though I would indicate that I didn’t want certain dishes included. The first round arrived at 5pm on Sunday, which is what they promised. After that, I referred a friend to the service. He never received his food. Beginning with the second week, my meals were a day late or more each week. I never received the air fryer. I have called and made several attempts to contact and ask about it. I spoke to a live person ONCE who promised to look into it. That was the last I ever heard. It’s been 3 months. I cannot believe that a company that treats its customers this way remains in business. I would not spend my money here ever again.

Experiencia negativa: Wouldn’t recommend. Customer service is non responsive over email - had to connect with them on Instagram. They say the delivery driver will call you the morning of but really, they just call when they are 3 minutes away and deliver food without any ice or insulation. First week the meals were ok. On week two I realized that they never switch up their menu. Prepare to eat 5 different types of “low carb/keto” eggplant/chicken/etc parm and have the same vegetable mix (zucchini, cauliflower, green beans) on the side of your sauced chicken. Paper salt and pepper packets are thrown into the containers for breakfast meaning every morning you have to dig out soggy condiments before reheating. They forgot one of my meals and assured me they’d do a partial refund for the inconvenience and send some extra food the next week. This never happened. Finally the calorie counts are not right. I’m on 75 hard and was shocked when I hadn’t lost a pound during the three weeks I tried this service. despite 150 minutes of daily exercise, no cheat meals, and no alcohol. This meal prep (WEIGHT LOSS PLAN - 21 MEALS) was the only thing I was eating, while drinking a gallon of water a day and one cup of black coffee in the morning. Now that I’ve switched to a new service I’m starting to see the results I would have expected all along. Makes sense considering they have a big bowl of overnight oats with chocolate chips, a full banana, cranberries, almonds, and an unspecified amount of brown sugar marked as 316 calories and 45 grams of carbs.

Experiencia negativa: I would give this zero stars but I don’t think that’s an option. I ordered from Spartan meal preps and I am vegetarian, the first week they didn’t deliver because “they didn’t have enough food” so they offered me a 50% discount plus a week free since I had ordered another week in advance. The second week they called me on a Sunday at 12-1300 explaining to me that the chef is out of town and they would be unable to provide me the food again. I decided to not order again as they had promised me two weeks and free snacks. When I finally received the first week after almost a month, the food had mold, it didn’t have the macronutrients and it was labeled with paper. I contacted them and was told they would send me more food the following week to make up for the mold. The following week I never received any meals, I contacted them in all possible ways and no one has reached back out to me. This is probably the worst company to order from and I am glad I didn’t refer it to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Just wanted to say that I tried Spartan and the food was good, no complaints. The issue started when I placed a customized order they send me the wrong food. That was the first red flag, I kinda forgot about it and placed another order and this time they never shipped my order at all. I reached out by phone calls, IG messages and customer service they told me that it was an issue with UPS and that for the following week they will send the food, then the same thing happened no food delivered. I reached out again and they offer me a 50% discount for the inconvenience which they never gave me at all. I even tried to reach out 3 weeks later asking for a refund and nothing, I had to dispute the charge with my bank and after that they reached out apologizing saying that they will send me a free full 15 meals for the inconvenience and here we are nothing after 2 weeks. They are super unprofessional, they lie to customers, they are doing false advertisement on their website and I don’t see this business getting to far just because they don’t know how to run a business and eventually they will mess with the wrong person and get a lawsuit.

Experiencia negativa: I placed an order on Saturday 2/27 and never received any update about the order being fulfilled or shipped. I sent 2 emails and got no response to either one. I then used the chat feature on their website and again received no response until I messaged that I would chargeback my credit card then magically I got a response right away saying they could refund my order or fulfill it next week. Customer service is atrocious and the level of incompetence is staggering. I’ve ordered meal prep from megafit meals for 3 years and never had any problems with orders or getting in contact with them. I decided to try this company because I as a Florida resident I wanted to support a Florida business but their lack of communication made it impossible. I highly recommend ordering from megafit or another company and avoiding this trainwreck of a company.

Experiencia negativa: First let me start off by saying that their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I found this company because they came to my girlfriends gym and saw the pricing was really fair and decided to give them a try. I got a call and had one of their brand advisors talk to me on the plan he wanted me on to reach my goals and that to place an order and he would send me information so I can get started. I was excited. I thought wow a meal prep company with support. This is really cool. I placed my order and confirmed that I did. That’s where the communication ended. I sent multiple texts, left voicemails and not a single response. My food just showed up and I had to tell the driver that I never got any of the information promised. He then had it sent to me. Mind you this is almost 2 weeks later. Then I noticed that the food or nutritional information was not matching the description on the containers. I’m not an expert but I know that a big bowl of oatmeal, a large banana, chocolate chips and dried cranberries doesn’t add up to 316 calories and 45 grams of carbs. I started talking to people in my gym and they said you are lucky you even got your order that they ordered and never got their food. I then noticed on other meals that the ingredients weren’t what it said on the meals. Brown rice was white rice and just totally off in numbers and content. This is ridiculously misleading when someone is taking their diet seriously and trying to lose weight. I finally got a response via Instagram and they told me that they haven’t updated their containers. So basically you have no idea what’s going into your body due to poor logistics. Fine, I let it go and placed another order almost a week an advance. An order that never got to me. 3 days later and nothing for only to get a sorry we couldn’t fulfill your order this week, you should have gotten a call about it through Instagram and they offered me a coupon for next weeks order that’s worthless to me because I don’t even trust they’ll fill my order. Then I’m sitting here looking at them post on Instagram all the people that received their food this week except me. Now I’m forced to charge back with my bank over food I never got because of their lack of communication. This is Miami and meal prep companies are everywhere. Customer service is vital. I rather spend more money knowing what I’m putting in my body without misleading nutritional information, knowing I can count on my meals being delivered after I paid for them in a timely manner and proper customer service.
