Extremely unprofessional seemed more co deemed about gathering the fees instead of listening to me . Was just going through the motions and didn’t want to hear anything about my story . Just horrible service !!! Will find another to take my business too!!

Experiencia negativa: At the very first appointment, I met with the consultant Jamila at the Orange office, I had back pain and asked if I can fill my paperwork on the desk, the receptionist said it was okay as she got up and moved some documents. When Jamila came out, I felt her attitude, and said "please sit down", the receptionist right away told her that i had back pain, but she still asked me to sit. Once I met with Jamila, she promised different results from what the doctor's results and one of those was the relocation of my belly button. I asked to cancel it, but Jamila went out of "her way" and was able to add the procedure (that was supposed to be on originally). I short of wanted to back out of it because the of the broken promised results. Jamila pushed it and said that she got the doctor to do the added procedure at no cost to me, but Sonobello was still going to pay the doctor's fee. Jamila also mentioned "you don't want to get a doctor upset for underpaying his fee". On surgery day, May 31st, everything was okay until doctor started injecting me with this device multiple times, I was in a lot of pain and I felt like the doctor did not care, all he said "Do you want me to stop", there he goes again until I screamed out of pain again, and same thing he said "Do you want me to stop" I said, just give me a couple of seconds, and then I was out. On the 3 month post-surgery appt I mentioned to the nurse that my belly button was up there and my skin was stretched down to the point it looks like a flat baby bottom. I was told to wait until my 6 month post-surgery appt, at the time the swelling would be at its minimum and you can see the real results. Well belly button still an issue plus I look like I am pregnant again. Now I have to wait 4 months to see the doctor and let him know about my concerns. Now I understand why Jamila said that to me, it feels like doctor did a mickey-mouse job for being underpaid.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: Rescheduled my appointment and went in 10mins past my time. This backtracked them by 40mins and STILL wasn't able to meet with the consultant. I'm telling you, this place is a WASTE OF TIME if you don't have the TWO hours to spend around waiting for them to free up. Came in for a consultation and waited here for OVER AN HOUR past my set appointment time because they had "double-booked" too many people today. I left before even getting to the actual consult because even after the hour mark they still hadn't called for me. I had to make a true effort to come in for this, even had to have my kids wait in the car for me for them to just waste my time with their lousy management of appointments. Some people have the luxury of being able to wait all day long, unfortunately I don't.

I’ve maintained my Weight so I’m just thinking the areas may need a little more work then what the Dr. anticipated. I have heard some Patients have a Redo. I definitely am one that would need it. I’m hopeful & still hoping I will see the Full Results that I was expecting if I end up having a Redo. I haven't had the procedures yet so I can't speak to those yet just the initial consultation. Everything was explained effectively and thoroughly and the prices are fantastic so of course I signed up immediately. Just be prepared to wait a long time to be seen on the first visit because they are very very busy. But I promise you it's worth the wait!

Experiencia fantástica: They were and are fabulous. They were very kind, quick and efficient with my consult, surgery and aftercare. The doctor had a very serious, but kind and comforting bedside manner. He called and checked in on my after the surgery, and my results are fantastic. I didn’t do so much of contouring, but I needed a lot of fat removed ( debulking ). They removed 3 liters of pure fat and my word, it looks so much better and I’m able to move so much more. Pain is on a tolerable, but not too intense. The meds and cream they give you help a lot. I was awake during the procedure and surprisingly, it was not too painful. The staff from the valet parking, to the front desk and nurses were amazing. They make you feel so good about your choice to go with them. They superseded my expectations. They use local anesthesia which works best for me because I don’t want to be out under. I had my whole torso done along with my arms and excess skin cut off my tummy — My results are AMAZING already and I’m only 2 weeks post so I just know I’m going to be beyond loving my final result. Although the procedure was a bit painful - just the numbing part - it doesn’t last long and Dr. Rizvi was so patient kind and professional with me. They are friendly, quick to respond, and show concern. The clinic is very pleasant and neat. I love how they observe cleanliness and safety. Parking is free. I just hope that there’ll be in-person check up/visit again after one month of procedure instead of after 3 months. I will definitely recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: I did laser Lipo at Sonobello Beverly Hills. Dr Daz did the procedure. I was told by the consultant that the belly fat will not come back but it did not even a year after. They did 4 areas in 1 visit. But I was told that it should only be max of 3 areas per procedure visit. Paid them cash outright before the procedure. Be careful.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment today and I spoke with my consultant Christina. We talked about financing and she told me a company that they used. I said no because I did not want to run my credit. She told me that it wouldn't be a hard inquiry on my credit it would be a soft run. I don't know why I believe her but she lied and I will no longer use Sono Bello. Also I called twice to talk to an office manager one call was 8 minutes on hold and the second call was 5 minutes on hold. Then I vwas told the office manager couldn't talk to me and would call me back at the end of the day. That's not business to me. Christina also pressured me to leave a deposit I told her no and she tried again and I told her no again. Why should I leave a deposit if I'm financing unless the deposit was for a cancellation. I didn't not like what she said so I left without leaving a dime. I heard things about the people that work there but I did not believe it. Well now I think it's true....... Well it's 9:11 p.m. and I have not received a call back from the office manager. And Brenda why should I email you when I'm the customer I should receive a call back from you or your office manager.

I payed for my friend to fly in a ND take care of me. It was a huge struggle to get the time off of work. For them to postpone the surgery due to a previous procedure I had. I had told them about it before I signed up. I even told the doctor directly!! The money I spent, the mental thing I went through. I am pressing charges. They messed up. I received a text immediately I was scheduled in less than a week for a consultation and the procedure was doable and scheduled a month later. From Front to back office. Everyone was wonderful. The procedure itself I was amazed at how easy it was I receive continuous emails helping me through the process And someone is always available to answer any of my questions or concerns.
