The staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is nice as can be. All the services are very professional with outstanding results! Like I said, I’ve been coming for years and Definitely won’t be going anywhere else. I also have a family member that did the cool Sculpting and it worked amazingly!

After doing further research I checked out UniQ laser center in Watertown. Beautiful and clean atmosphere, the staff are so lovely. Vanessa has been caring for me while I visit for my appointments and she is just wonderful. Best results and they have a menu of many other goodies to book. Experiencia negativa: Honestly I’m very disappointed, I got basically my full body done there, almost every time I went a different person would attend to me and, the first 3 sections were great and the girls was amazing, after that I got maybe one more good section because the girls I would get would do everything super fast, skipping parts, and one time she was literally leaving and I had to remind her there was another part to do. Not only that, but one time I scheduled for 5:30 (cuz I leave work at 5) and I explained that to the lady and she said it was fine, as long as I got there before 6 (when they close), I got there at 5:37 and they refused to do all the sections, literally just left out the half legs (which takes literally 5 minutes do to) and then I had to go back there just for that part. And now they charged me a fee and didn’t even bother to call before to see if I was still coming. Honestly, they have a very cheap Groupon, but you definitely get what you paid for, not worth it.

Both Georgia and Vanessa were total sweethearts. I would dread going in last year because the staff was pretty nasty which really impacted the energy of the place, but things feel much better now that there are new faces. Very excited to see the finished results this time. Reasonable prices considering they have a deal each month, and lovely staff!

Experiencia positiva: I completed 6 sessions on my underarms & 5 on my legs before finding out I was pregnant and couldn’t continue my sessions. I understand I was supposed to finish 8 sessions, but the treatment so far made absolutely no difference for me. I have light olive skin with dark but fine hair. I do wish I didn’t buy 2 areas & just paid for one to try it out before investing more. I would recommend purchasing a small area at first to see if it works for you. The girls were always friendly & inviting so I have no complaints with the service! Just didn’t work for me. I was told I may need another round of 8 sessions to get better results but considering I had absolutely no change in hair growth at all with 6 sessions I’m not really sure I want to invest another 2k.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed. I bought 8 package for full bikini, legs and underarms. Bikini zone and legs it’s like never saw the laser, underarms like 80% still growing. Went today for last appointment and told them I still have legs and bikini no change and they told me they will make one level up. So I got bikini underarms and full legs done in 10 min. 10 min? Where did you see 10 min laser, it should to be 10 min just for bikini area. I’m totally disappointed in this salon and I will never recommend to anyone. SAFE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!!!!!

Please note I’m African American, for laser hair removal purposes. While I could see tremendous progress of hair not growing back between appointments. Once I completed all treatments (which took almost a year), 2 months post ALL of my hair grew back. While they explained this was possible, I didn’t think it would happen to me as I don’t have thick body hair. I would recommend everyone highly consider this as possible and reconsider before flushing $2k down the toilet.

I live in Maine and willingly commute 4 hours round trip for their service because it’s completely worth it. Initially, the manager was very prompt in meeting with me to discuss the various packages. I felt like the cost of our package was reasonable for the number of areas we are treating. We are on our third session of hair removal and we're definitely beginning to notice a difference in her hair growth. Overall, my daughter and I are very pleased with the spa and their staff.

Experiencia positiva: I have been coming to this place since Jan 2019... Initial I had bought package for underarms and full face. The first two appointments went really good so I bought more packages. Their staff changed in between and I was not happy with my appointments anymore as I was not seeing any difference. They asked me to wait for 6 sittings to see the difference but I still had lot of hair on my legs, arms , hands ..after my 7th sitting. My friends last appointment was with Tracy Lee and she suggested me to go with her. I had an amazing appointment with Tracy. She was very patient and did the laser very carefully. I saw a reduction in growth after appointment with her. Unfortunately it was 8th appointment for most of things. I would give 5 stars to Tracy but as I was not satisfied with all my appointments so I am giving overall 4.

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot describe how fantastic the service here is. Absolutely welcoming people who put passion into the work that they do. I went in to get laser hair treatment done on my chin area and this was my absolute first time doing so. The first thing that they do is consult the client. I was expecting that the consultant would just take a quick glance and then demand money from me, however, it was the complete opposite! Natalie - who consulted me - was absolutely amazing and helped me understand how the whole process would go down, and answered all my questions and comforted me because I was EXTREMELY nervous. When it came down to the actual appointment, it's literally only five mins for the laser treatment itself (chin area is very small so thats why its short. Timing is different for everyone). The people who do the treatment to those areas are a blast to have short convos with and very welcoming. They make the entire process of the laser hair removal treatment so seamless. I have been doing the treatment after every four weeks and I see a significant difference. The hair on my chin is far thinner and grows much much slower than before I sought out laser hair removal. Finally and this is a BIG reason for why I wanted to drop five stars and give this company some love is the FLEXIBILITY. I am a college student and serving in the US Army which makes me extremely busy and prone to unexpected work. This place has a policy against last minute cancellations and that they charge $25 for it. Just yesterday, I was held back due to extra work within my Army unit that interfered with my appointment time. I thought I would get charged for the last minute cancelation HOWEVER, they were graciously understanding and did not charge me for something out of my control. I was extremely humbled by their gesture and respect for service members within the military. The final verdict: This company is amazing and I 100% recommend getting laser hair treatment or anything beauty done here. You WONT be disappointed.

My upper hair has been reduced to 50%. I signed up for another package and the manager gave me a good discount. The staff are very professional and the place is absolutely clean. Tracy performs the procedures for me and she is absolutely the best. I'm only halfway through my procedures and already extremely satisfied with the results. I also signed up and paid for more areas.
