Both drs are so good at what they do so this will be my go-to clinic when in TX. We moved here recently from MN and have a wonderful chiropractor there for 26+ years. New Life is proving to at least match the quality we’ve come to appreciate. They are thorough, friendly, and professional. I also love that faith shines through the minute you enter by the music and chatting with Dr Rob. Thank you so much!

Experiencia positiva: Please be aware of OMS, Overmanipulation Syndrome. I received treatment for a neck and shoulder issue which was relieved after the first adjustment, but was encouraged to keep coming frequently. I had previously just used chiropractic when needed, but was encouraged to get x-rays and begin a treatment program coming 2-3 times a week. About 3 weeks in my pain began worsening and i felt very bad, like something was really wrong. I stopped treatments and began to feel better. I did have to ask for a refund as my treatments were charged to a care credit account the office opened on my behalf.

But I’ve been in pain that I couldn’t fix myself and was not going away. So I found Dr. Rob on Facebook after talking to a friend about going to see a Chiro (my phone listens to me) and he popped up. I took a chance after seeing Dr. Rob’s ad. I am so very glad I did. I walked out feeling so much better than when I walked in. He took the time to address my concerns and explain my issues. I tried so many other things to fix my migraine issues and nothing was working, going to the chiropractor was the last resort because i didn’t really believe in them and turns out it was the only thing that worked! It took a few sessions but after the first couple weeks my migraines have decreased significantly. On top of that a bonus is that my neck pain has resolved. Experiencia negativa: Decent chiro, but their payment scheme is a total racket, Including unauthorized charges of almost $500 on my credit card that they kept the information for. I paid initially for a course of treatment Go twice. I went back a month later after a wreck to have them check me and got charged again without being told for another almost $500. No credit was given for the original charge.

I started feeling better right away, and now contine weekly adjustments, to fix the problem for good! Highly recommend this practice! My son is also a patient (high school football player).

Experiencia negativa: I regret to share that my experience at this clinic was disappointing. Based on positive reviews, I expected excellent care for my relatively new left hip pain, which was about a four out of ten in severity. I sought correction and adjustment to continue my exercise and weight loss journey. Initially, the doctor appeared genuine and caring, displaying warmth and kindness. However, my subsequent visits were repetitive and concerning. Each session involved the same routine, and on multiple occasions, the doctor addressed the incorrect side of my problem. I had to repeatedly remind him that my issue was with my left hip, not the right. Additionally, he consistently performed aggressive neck adjustments, despite my not having a neck issue. This resulted in me experiencing neck pain, particularly in the mornings. After five months of treatment, my hip pain initially improved slightly but then worsened significantly, to the point where I was in tears every morning. Despite diligently performing the recommended stretches and using the provided equipment, my condition deteriorated. As a nurse, I decided to seek the opinion of an MD. It was then discovered that I had extensive inflammation in my hip and lower back. After being prescribed a steroid pack, I experienced immediate relief. Post-treatment, my pain only returned minimally, and with proper stretching techniques, I am now able to run again, which I had thought was impossible. In conclusion, I believe this doctor did not address my medical needs effectively. Over the course of treatment, I spent over $2000 without any substantial improvement. I feel that these funds could have been better utilized elsewhere. I advise others to be cautious and not to expect miraculous results based on the doctor's promises or the clinic's Christian atmosphere. Follow your instincts and prioritize what your body is telling you. Seek multiple opinions if necessary to ensure you receive the appropriate care.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited Dr Rob 4 months ago with severe sciatica pain in leg, lower back and stiffness in neck, almost no pain at this point of time with great care from Dr and his support staff. I had 4 herniated disks in lower back and 3 herniated disks in neck since 2010. For the last 12-13 years I have tried a lot of medicines, physiotherapy, several MRIs to improve the situation, but there was no significant improvement in the symptoms. The symptoms would get worse with episodes such as awkward lifting, light exercises, long international flights, seating in chair for longer time etc... every episode I would have to take meloxicam / ibuprofen for couple weeks and as needed. This year’s episode lasted for more than 3 months, sciatica pain continued to grow and neck stiffness still not getting any better. Finally, I considered chiropractic option in March 2023 and started searching for it, luckily, I found Dr Rob and decided to visit and get my X-ray and consultation visit. I really liked the way Dr explained the current situation of the spine and plan to recover. There was a significant improvement in symptoms after a few weeks in the adjustments, and it just got better and better with each visit. Dr Rob did another X-ray last week and changes were visible in X-ray as well, I didn’t think another X-ray was needed as I was already feeling better. What I liked about Dr Rob is that he listens to you every visit regarding your progress. This last 3-4 months helped my quality of sleep and overall felt energetic and in good mood (believe me sciatica can mess up the mood any time). It feels better to get up in the morning with no back/neck stiffness. On the side note, my wife also joined me for chiropractic care for her neck at same time as me and already feeling better. I would highly recommend Dr Rob for any chiropractic needs. Special thanks to his staff for their service.

The breakdown of my X-rays, my husband & 2 kids (3,5) made me as a parent feel better knowing each of us has room for improvement. Living with scoliosis & wearing a brace for 3-4yrs was a challenge during school. We were referred through a co-worker with high remarks & such care they felt like family at each session. Already 6-7 sessions in my lower back (scoliosis, 2pregnancies & 1 car accident), is feeling little to no pain & no need for a pillow to lean against during sleep. We have chosen to have our children in the process of Corrective Care also for preventative issues.
