I had heard such wonderful things about Karla, & with me being with a group of robot Norton doctors after having Covid 19, my very first time seeing Karla I felt like she truly listened to me, came up with a treatment plan, but more importantly she gave me hope. Karla saved my life. Had I stayed with my previous doctor, I shutter at the thought of where/what this disease would have done to me. Not one time have I ever heard Karla say "This is all too new, we just don't know" ..... instead Karla says we'll find the answers, together. We will not give up. Because at Jarvis, you're treated like family, & you don't give up on your family. Karla holds a very special place in my heart. Karla also has the "magic touch" & can turn your saggy frown upside down, among many other things! Spa days are Friday .... trust me when I say y'all don't want to miss out!

Experiencia fantástica: I moved my primary care to Karla about a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. To find a primary care that looks at you individually and tailors care and treatment to what is going on with your blood specifically through vitamins, nutrition and medicine last is almost impossible. Having the Spa services in the same location is icing on the cake. The IV hydration has become part of my weekly personal care regimen and changed the game for how I feel. Her staff is always smiling and friendly, easily get through for appointments. Her early treatment protocol and post covid protocols have helped me and many others I know prevent long covid symptoms. Jarvis Family Medical cares about you, Ms. Karla knows everyone that comes in and always asks how they are feeling first and foremost. They are like family to me at this point.

Experiencia negativa: I loved this place when I first discovered it. The 800$ annual subscription fee was perfect for the first year, when treatment needed to be monitored often. I was worried about any sort of clinic with a subscription, but everyone was so friendly and helpful that I put it aside. A year later, I only need to visit once or twice annually to check in. I get a call saying I need to renew my subscription and come in for an appointment. I try to call back so I can see if I pay by visit or make an appointment, because 800$ for two visits is insane. No one answers. I spent three months trying to contact this clinic. I left voicemails (they would call back telling me to call them again. No one answered). My prescription gets declined. I call more urgently. Of course, now I wish to change clinics, because I don't want to have a 3 month fight for an appointment or refill. I finally get a hold of a human person, who kindly tells me that in order to get my refills to last until my clinic change, I have to pay 300$. For a service that costs nothing. To pay for a subscription service until then, which only includes ONE VISIT. Never has my medicine been held hostage in such a way. After a week without my medicine, I feel like garbage. What sort of clinic requires a subscription payment for REFILLS? Why would I be required to visit for labs that are just going to be done at the new clinic anyways? After putting me through hell, I have a pay a small fortune to stay healthy until I can have my appointment somewhere else? This place is a trap. Do not go here if you're transgender. Don't trust clinics with subscription fees.

Experiencia negativa: Her office is run by young high school and college age and your appointments will be miskewed and occasionally be referred to wrong specialists. Your appointments and referrals will be lost and forgotten from time to time. There is never an effort to correct these mistakes. My calls have been ignored for prescription refills now for over 6 months, at a time when other doctors are not accepting new. This is bad for high blood pressure, prostate and diabetics. Even left a message on her personal line. She will push her Botox and CBD oils and her boutique shop.way way overpriced! My advice keep shopping for an actual doctor with a degree. Don’t waste your precious time as It won’t be respected. it’s all about how much you spend to her.

I had been in pain for years with my legs and feet Karla walk in the room I tell her what's Going she said Ok let began what you eating I told her she told me what to stop eating change Meds that I have been taken. For years Now mind you I had been going to the same Dr. Before Karla for 15 yrs. A d she never had done any of the test or injection that Karla did in a day. It has been 6 months now I feel great and I have loat30 pounds all so.i have sent all my family to Karl they love her we Love Jarvis Family Medical. Staff is alsome. I tried the foot detox & it allowed me to see all toxins in my body that are negatively affecting me. So glad I was referred to Jarvis Family Medical Services...

Experiencia negativa: Never even got in the door. Two different times I called for an appointment, got voice mail, left a message. Both times when they returned the call, a couple of days later, I was unable to pick up and they left voice mails. When I called back within 10 minutes, no answer. Left messages and never received a call back either time. I finally went on their website and saw you can schedule an appointment online, so I did. Received an email acknowledgement of the time and saying they would contact me to confirm. No one ever did. Finally I called and was told appointments aren't available in the afternoon -- well then why did their website show me that availability and allow me to schedule it?? I also learned that the only way they accept my insurance is if I switch to them as my primary care physician (which I have no interest in doing), even though their website says they accept my insurance and doesn't say anything about needing to be primary care. They lost me before I ever even got in the door.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there was one service I was looking forward to that was not able to be performed due to lack of adequate equipment (doctor addressed this concern). Experiencia negativa: Still struggling with bills. I did ask if they can keep me within a network places with my insurance because if I get big bills I can’t pay it. I’m a single mom with 2 kids and now got 1,400 bill from Accu lab after 8 months. Don’t even know who to call to complain or get an appropriate help on this, because when I called to Accu lab place they said my insurance isn’t in network with them that’s why I have a high bill. So, what should I do, if Dr.Jarvise’s office said that they’ll make sure to keep all the services within a network with my insurance. They could’ve at least inform me before sending results to the lab which is not in network with my insurance and ask me if I can afford it?! This is my first and last time going to her practice. I have already paid about 500.00 for my visit in total to that place and ct scan place, but this doesn’t end!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to spend time with. I received the IV treatment for very severe hydration. It helped accelerate the recovery process. Also, they added vitamins and some other things to the IV. One of the ingredients, which I don’t remember, is supposed to help you sleep better. I didn’t take it seriously. However, when I checked my sleep results from my Oura ring app, my Deep Sleep was the second longest period in the 4 months I’ve had the app.
