Experiencia negativa: No longer does full body cryotherapy. Would not honor purchases made prior to covid that haven't been able to use the past two years because of covid. As a business they had an opportunity to upsell me or get me into something else, but instead were rude and unaccomodating.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to see Crystal for a few months now and i’m absolutely amazed by the results but also what a kind person Crystal is. She makes you feel secure and comfortable during the whole treatment. I leave feeling confident and excited to come back every single time!

First off I much say Ashley is full of knowledge and certainly helps fuel the excitement of the experience. She and Natalie were so wonderful explaining all the details, potential benefits, pricing and directions to me. I felt like they genuinely cared about how I was feeling and were excited for me to try this. It was freezing! Teeth chattering legs shaking freezing! But I can do anything for 3 minutes and when it was done I noticed Improvements in my leg and feet soreness I generally deal with daily. I felt more awake and like I could breathe more clearly. If you haven't tried this yet you're missing out! I already booked a second appointment and I'm bringing 3 friends to try.

Experiencia positiva: It felt weird to be in that chamber at such a cold temperature but having a staff member to talk to made the 3 minutes go by fast. I don’t feel as sore as I should be after my double workout the next day but I’ll be able to really tell the difference after my next appointment at Thrive.

The location was a little difficult to find at first since its located inside another business (Symmetry). Once inside, it is somewhat relaxing.

Experiencia fantástica: A fun experience. Being cooled by liquid nitrogen chilling effect is something you can experience in a controlled and safe environment. Get chilled out in under three minutes. They also have an infra red sauna for you to try as a service if you are still cold after the session. Main benefits of the therapy are going to hold only if you can do it thrice a week or so. So inquire over the phone for rates and such.

Above all, the thrive staff ensures that your experience getting cryo ( or the sauna ) will always be safe and effective.

I bought the three month unlimited use package for the Cryotherapy as it is the best overall value and I can come regularly to improve and maintain results. I must say, I do think cryotherapy helps a lot with my muscle recovery and ability to run long distances, more frequently. Thrive is quick, efficient and very reasonably priced compared to other cryotherapy places I've looked into.

It was my first time doing Cyrotherapy so I was nervous. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was not scary like I imagined lol. It was amazing and the way it makes you feel is even better. I woke the next morning feeling refreshed, lighter due to not having an inflammation and my muscles felt great. I would recommend this to anyone who is having pain in there joint, injuries or even if you just kill it in your work outs.

Experiencia negativa: I have certainly had a change of heart within my 30 day membership. I will NEVER return to Thrive. The staff informed me that the machine was in need of repairs, and the owner continues to assert that his staff is “miscommunicating the information.” Sounds like a cover up to me. There are too many Cryotherapy places in the area to settle for a shady place like this one. The owner continues to deny anything was ever wrong with the machine. Yet, his entire staff informed me that they were unsure of the accurate temperature in the machine, and had to gauge the temperature in hopes that it doesn’t get too cold. His management along with his techs shared this information alike. However, when brought to the owner’s attention, he claims that they need more training because, they essentially do not know what they are talking about. BEWARE...serious safety concerns here.
