Experiencia negativa: I did so much research trying to find a PCP. I read the bio about their office & read reviews. Talked to customers of mine that were patients there so I really thought it would be a good fit. I was going in asking for help on trying to take care of what I have going on. I just wanted help to take my body back. I was fat shamed! She said everything that is wrong with me is my fault because I've let myself get fat. I'm broken hearted! No one who is a physician should treat anyone like that. The medical system is broken & doctors do not care. SUZANNE SANDERSON HAS NO RIGHT TO HAVE TREATED ME LIKE THAT! Hopefully a fellow provider will treat me with more respect

Experiencia negativa: After reading a number of reviews I'm finding that I have the same issue as others. I was charged $600 for a visit where nothing was accomplished but to refer me to their other FNP. I requested that my prescription be renewed since I would have to wait to get the service I was there for. When I questioned the billing department why I was being billed for a service that wasn't provided I was told they had to which is patently incorrect. The amount charged is far above industry standard and the service provided is far below. I'm shocked and disappointed to be manipulated by a healthcare provider. It's greedy and disrespectful. I've made an appointment somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I have followed her from Medford to Ashland and back to Medford. My husband suffers from white coat symptom at the higest level. It has gone over 220/120. He is at easy with her. Also she found another Urologist after one diagnozed him incorrectly.

Experiencia negativa: Forget any semblance of competence with these guys in terms of office operations. They forgot to send lab orders to Ashland Community Hospital after being unable to tell me if their in-house lab took our insurance. Not the first time this happened.

Experiencia negativa: I believe people should see this, especially if your self pay. They charge you 200.00 before you even go back into the room. You talk to the doctor and of course set up blood work. You then get home and get a email that owe the doctor. First visit just shy of 600.00 blood work is separate so of course I had to call and ask them whats the deal with the second visit. Yep another 200 and doctors charge. I'm glad I put it on a credit card. Worse than going to buy a car, so get ready for it.

She, as well as everyone else I encounter, present a welcoming demeanor, answer all my questions knowledgeably and present very professionaly in the way they interact with me. Before I moved to Oregon lived in Portland, Maine... the FIRST Portland not Oregon's city to the north that was named after it. Medical care in southern Maine is very much linked to everything "medical" in Boston, 2 hrs down Interstate 95 from Portland. l My best friend, as well as my nurse practioner for a number of years, was the Dean of the School of Nursing at the University of Southern Maine and had a PhD from Vanderbilt University. Having had the quality of care I received in Maine, I wasn't sure what to expect here in the greater Medford area. Suzanne, you have been every bit the knowledgeable FNP that I had in MAINE and hope to continue with as I begin my 8th decade on the planet. To ALL of you at Monarque, thank you for everything you provide at my visits. . . greeting me with a SMILE, answering my questions, working with me on scheduling appointments to fit my need for someone to drive me to my appointment, and just the overall feeling I get when I enter the front door and see your smiling faces to when I walk out the door to return home. She's a nice balance between traditional medical practices, and incorporating good balanced choices such as a healthy whole food diet, exercise, as well as a positive mental outlook and healthy lifestyle choices for overall health. Experiencia negativa: I had such a great experience with the Doctor but was absolutely shell shocked at the almost $600 price tag for a new patient visit. Even with insurance it was nearly $500 to speak with the doctor for no more than 35 minutes. I do not understand the necessity of being nearly three times the market average but then to not be transparent on top of it is shameful.

I got an appointment two hours later. Suzanne examined me thoroughly and got me all set up with medication. My prescriptions were filled by 3:00 in the afternoon. I’m so appreciative to have a doctor who takes the time to listen and who really cares.

You’re offered tea when you first arrive and the atmosphere is peaceful. The providers take their time . I never feel rushed. They make sure all my questions are answered and treat with true compassion. They have been on schedule every time I’ve visited. When I’ve called or emailed needing documents or anything else, they are quick to respond and get me what I need. After bouncing around to several providers around the valley, I won’t be going anywhere else. Can’t recommend enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Being a doctor myself, I must say the treatment I have received and the courtesy and caring nature of each employees is beyond what I have ever experienced before. They go beyond the call of duty and treat you like your family and to have a NATUROPATH treat my head trauma and spinal injuries from my accident 12/19/20 has been a GODSEND in treating me as holistically as possible so I can avoid the side effects of prescription drugs except when it is the only options. They are amazing and I can't recommend them more highly. I wish I would have had such care years ago.

Insightful, personal, patient focused, custom, and professional are some of the words I would use to describe their style of care. My appointment with Monarque Health & Wellness (MHW) was a comfortable, inviting experience that surprised me. I had been putting off meeting with a new primary care provider for years, and I greatly appreciate my decision to choose MHW as my primary care provider.

Experiencia negativa: The new dr they have here (Dr Presswich) does not listen to concerns. In the 2 times we saw him, he tried to prescribe unessasary medicine to our minor. Gave a hasty and inaccurate diagnosis after her (brief) FIRST visit with him, he claimed he was "going out on a limb". He ended up Prescribing our daughter a hazardous medication that landed her in the ER! After the ER visit he STILL tried to push the medicine. He acted egotistical, arrogant and demanding. He treated us (her parents) as a casualty. Dismissing all concerns and making light of everything. The first red flag was when he asked to talk to our daughter privately, something that had never been asked before by anyone seeing our child. He acted like he was above everything and could just do whatever he wanted, he didn't seem to care about the outcome. We dropped him as our child's dr for these reasons. Unfortunately the other health care provider that works there (Lisa Morris) whom we have been going to for over a year, treated us unfavorably after we voiced a complaint about dr.Prestwich. I question the ethics of the clinic now as a whole . We are done with this clinic now, and my daughter is in better hands. We will never look back. Sharing because I believe it may help someone else...

Experiencia fantástica: For my first appointment here, they were Very nice the front desk receptionist when I came in to check in. Their medical assistant was very nice and understanding also. When I met Dr. Susan Sanderson Who is a nurse practitioner there, for the first time she was very nice and polite to me. She took her time talking with me and doing her job there. I am looking forward to going back and seeing them and yes I do recommend them for others to go see. This is a small private clinic so to me I like them better and you tend to get better care and the doctors seem to be or patient understanding in my experience with smaller private clinics. I will definitely be going back and I’m looking forward to seeing my doctor there again

Experiencia negativa: Was super excited to take my whole family here but was extremely turned off by the rudeness of the front desk when I called to cancel last minute. This office says not to come in if you don’t feel well because we’re in a pandemic (sound advice). But if you cancel at the last minute as a new patient, you can never establish care here again. Tell me how those two rules coincide. The person at the front desk didn’t even give me a chance to explain the situation. Sorry for not trying to potentially get other people sick. please retrain those who represent your practice to not be rude to your clients and prospective clients.

I see Suzanne Sanderson and couldn’t be happier. She’s really listens and I never feel like she has one foot out the door like I have w other care givers in the past. She works ‘with’ me to develop my health plan. I also appreciate that Quest Diagnostics is right there in their office where I can get all my blood draws and tests done. In addition, I like that all of my health records are accessible by me through their online health portal. Making it easy for me to make sense of my health, and I can take my time to go over results and records. My overall experience with Monarque has been excellent. I’m very happy there.

Her experience in hospital nursing is an added plus to her extensive knowledge. Even more extensive is her capacity for caring, empathy, involvement - and tolerance of older people and their ills, complaints and challenges. This is a "new way" of care, which also includes pretty instant access to a practitioner. This is a new - and excellent model. Can't praise their operation enough - it's not just excellent people who comprise a great team. There is a higher level of care being demonstrated here! Can't recommend them highly enough! Another plus is a testing lab next door - so that getting some major tests is quick and easy. I have been a mental health practitioner and administrator for 50 years. This is a new and wonderful experience of healthcare excellence!
